    Went to home depot to look at the flowers and they have a huge selection to choose from. If you want a nice garden definitely come to your local home depot.Was pleasantly surprised. I will be shopping at this home depot more often, employees more than happy to help you,answer questions and helped me load lumber in back of my car. The staff was friendly and helpful. Can't say so much for one of the patrons, a guy in a pickup decided he didn't need to wait for pedestrians or a stop sign and passed up three vehicles waiting.

    Noticeable impression in carpet looks really bad

    Three months ago, we paid The Home Depot to install carpet on our second floor and this unsightly impression is at the entrance to our master bedroom! We called them out immediately to see it. They told us, "just try vacuuming it". Nothing has changed after 3 months! NOW Home Depot has informed us they could replace the hallway carpet (admission that carpet was defective), but that the die lot would be different from the original because they don't have the original anymore...they said it shouldn't matter too much when all the doors are closed (we have 3 bedrooms and an office on this floor and we leave the doors open). Also, they said they won't replace the adjoining carpet going down the stairs, so that would be a mismatch as well. I think they should refund a portion of what we paid. They offered us only $500 when it cost us $4500 total! I don't want to have to go through the trouble of clearing out the entire second floor to have it redone, we work from home and the ordeal was so frustrating when they installed it the first time. It took several men and they were really loud the entire day, walking around the rest of the house as well! It really bothers us as we usually leave the double doors to the master bedroom open so we walk past this multiple times a day!     We waited over 20 minutes for the closed aisle. We finally got to look for what we needed, but we were asked to leave again.

    This is so frustrating. We can't even have enough time to find what we need. They keep closing this lane. I do have to say that the employees at the checkout line were much friendlier and helpful.

    There are two things home depot never failed me, good deals and lower prices, precisely what I need in my business. My local Home depot delivers the materials exactly when I need those items for my projects, giving me fewer worries about purchasing the products since they have customer service that is easy to handle. Every time I visit their store to take a look for other materials. I have always been greeted by their employee and assist in my search for quality material. Purchasing items at the cashier does not take not much time. Some of their bath and sanitary materials in their shop list are costly, but after buying one of their products, you get what you've paid. No question asked. There are tons of opinions suggesting that home depot is the worst, but the store is well known not for that reason but the quality of the items and price. It is sad to look at some of the reviews that are not even professional contractors suggesting nonsense whatsoever. Home Depot is the best store in this city and HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Low and behold, the extended warranty is now worthless as Plass shut down all of their stores, and there is no parent company to honor the warranties for people. There seems to be some sister corporation based in St. Louis, but thus far, we have have to jump through hoops and it has been a tedious process even trying to get thru to this company between sending written letters and voice-mails in between the last two weeks of the Christmas and New Years holiday.. Our stove's "self-cleaning" feature hasn't worked in awhile, so it appears we are now stuck. Should we get through to this possible sister company and get resolve, we will be happy to not only update our review but provide information to anybody else this same situation may have happened to.. For a high school kid, he most definitely understood his stuff and was very good at explaining computers in a way I understood without it in any way sounding condescending. I know zero about gaming computers, but I never felt dumb because of it. I'd wished I had my gamer college aged son there, but Ramy made his help and presence unnecessary. I never felt any pressure to spend more than I wanted. Or buy more computer than she needed. He was very helpful in showing us a range of options at different price points and explained each of their pros and cons. I also really appreciated that even though she's only 13 and in junior high, he involved her in the conversation. He asked her questions and educated her on what she needed. He didn't just ignore her because she's a kid. I sure hope I won't be back here again, buying an expensive setup, but I'd hope he's working there should I be in that situation again

One to reconfirm my ring size is the same as Oura ring 4 and to see if I want rose gold or regular gold. I walk into the store and am greeted. I ask the employee where I can find the Oura ring display and he vaguely points to a corner of the store. I go that direction thinking as long as he sends me to the general direction of where the rings are, then I can manage to find it myself. The rings were not in that direction, so I spent the next 6-8 minutes looking for the rings. I could not find them and it took another 5 minutes until I was able to find another employee. Turns out they don't have the displays out, but I can go to the checkout to find the sizing kits. The lady at the checkout wasn't so helpful either, I was looking for a sizing kit to purchase so I can wear for 24 hours. But she just kept telling me to tell her the ring size I need and she will bring it out to me to purchase. Only problem is, oura ring number 5 is on preorder right now. So she probably can't go and grab it for me. I just said thank you and walked out. Overall my experience was remarkably unhelpful. I'll try another location and hope for a better experience.
