Ordered items to be shipped. All items were sold by Walmart and shipped via my local store. Carrier stated all 3 items were delivered however photos taken by driver of delivery show only 2. Calling CX service they told me there was nothing they could do but give me Walmart credit OR put back on original payment ( charge card ) but that the money they instantly took out would be returned back to me in 10 DAYS. Wonder how Walmart has become so rich ? They steal your money and collect interest on it while yours charges you interest on your card. Shameful. read more

Home Depot what can I say after hundreds of visits. I like the location hence this is why I go there vs Lowes. If Lowes were in this location I would probably only go to Home Depot a few times per year when I happen to drive by it. Lowes just has a more "store" feel rather than the Home Depot which feels like an unheated warehouse with no style. Price wise I buy appliances at Lowes because the last purchase a month ago I went online and it was delivered to my home 2 days later! You don't get that service at HD and delivery was free. read more

Out of sheer convenience, we go to this Home Depot location for our home improvement needs because it's the closest. It's located in a plaza down the road from Pleasant Hill Mall with a massive lot so parking is never an issue, especially for huge utlity trucks. In the store, the aisles are clear and organized but the exterior pathway has bulks of items placed in arbitrary spots so it's hard to maneuver an adjustable panel hand truck seamlessly through. Keep in mind, the walking-through passage could easily fit 2 forklifts with enough room for people to mosey on by when it's clear. Lawn & Garden- We usually come here the deals on mulch. Storage- Always in need of latching storage boxes for organizing and putting away the seasonal stuff. Building Materials- Reliable lumbar. Overall Service: Workers are hard to track down for assistance especially by the plywood cutting service area. Once we did manage to track someone down, they were helpful. The cashier folks were more consistent, friendly and fast. read more

I ordered a 60 inch vanity (double sink) for $1019.00. These were delivered to my garage. When I opened the box when my friend was able to help me, the whole vanity was damaged/cracked - see photos. They told me I needed to bring it back to the store and this weighed hundreds of pounds, so that was an unreasonable request especially since it just needed to be discarded unless they can recycle the material. I spent hours on the phone with them. The end result was I got $500 toward a new sink. Three times total, the orders were delivered cracked. I found this to be unbelievable & there was never a positive resolution from Home Depot unfortunately and I had to shop elsewhere after wasting about 4 months on this. read more

Bought a washing machine. Had Home Depot install it. Had to buy new hoses as part of installation. Connection of new hoses to machine leaked. Dripping and spray. Turned off water. The connection was over-tight. Had to give it a couple turns with pliers. Reinstalled hose after checking washer. Hand tight and a half turn. Several calls to Home Depot. Got a Claim number but way too many calls, way too long on hold, and had to listen to the never-ending sales pitch far too many times. Nice person in the store to purchase the item. I have been waiting all year to get my Halloween decorations! First year with a house outside power and I order the 6ft grim reaper. Stupidly I didn't see that it was for indoor use only so I returned it and went to the store to find something else, FOR HALLOWEEN! Their was nearly empty shelves for Halloween and a crap ton of Christmas lights in my face as I walked in. I am so disappointed that we can't take one holiday at a time. Guess what Home Depot, some people like the fall and get sick of Christmas because of stores like you. This place has great selection of all things needed for home building and repair. That's the only thing nice I can say about this place. Their service however is horrendous. One time I got a phone call and email saying that I have refund in my account from cabinet installation, so I went to the store to get the refund. The woman in the service desk says there is no such thing. I even showed my email from one of the managers, but she could not find the record. I don't know if she was incompetent or just did not want to help me, I could not tell. So next day I called the manager who sent me email. The manager said she will find out what's going on and give me call in few days. Instead of few days, it has been 6 months since then. Another time I have ordered granite counter top and crew came in with a counter top that has chips and cracks all over. I pointed that out to them and they started talking in their language (Portuguese I think.). They were upset and said they can take it back if I did not like it. They basically threaten the customer with nasty voice, so I said "Dude, take it back and I will call Home Depot to get refund. I don't care.". When I said that, they said "Sorry, I will come and repair it tomorrow". They repaired it next day. Also, they forgot to bring in the matching sink which should have come in first place. I don't know where Home Depot hires these goons, but they are obnoxious and just rude. I can go on and on, but you got the picture. I have made big f**king mistake to order any installation service from this place. However, if you lower your expectation beyond comprehension, you might be actually happy with this place. read more

Home depot has a permenant "sale" on this item. On 06/1/2020-06/16/2020 it was listed as the same "sale" price (which has been the same for at least 3 months). On 06/17/2020 at 11:20pm it was listed as "see sale price in cart". Finally it was on sale for real. On 06/18/2020 at 10:56 am I checked my cart and proceeded to my bank to transfer funds. At 2:56 pm, the same day, it was back to its higher "sale" price!! I called my local Home Depot and was told that Corporate sets the pricing and they cannot help me. Daniel Webster Highway, Nashua, NH. Terrible experience in the lumber section. Totally ignored by the old whit guy. Walked by me and my girlfriend several times and never acknowledged us. When I finally got his attention about cutting would, he said no and pointed at the out of order sign. I said, oh that's funny Lowes saw was out of order. He scoffed and said Lowes doesn't cut on the weekend. he said this with a rude tone. The. He pulled the gate on one end of the aisle. Another employee came toward us and told us they were closing the aisle. I said, well I'm not done. Still no help offered. There was another customer, male, who was getting a large order and that was more important than my 4 2X4's. That customer opened the gate when we were done. He felt terrible. Both employees were not helpful. The old man was downright rude. Not sure if it was because we are women or because we are a gay couple. This is one of the 3 Home Depots in the Nashua area and it is by far the worst of the 3. Being on Daniel Webster highway means that this place is tough to get to during busy times because of the traffic and the place is also usually packed with people especially on weekends. Its also a little bit smaller and not as well organized as other Home Depots I've been to. The staff are not very helpful and tend to avoid customers which is not what I usually have found at other Home Depots. So unless your already in this area or this is the closest one to you drive an extra couple minutes to the one on Exit 6 or the one on Exit 8. read more

My mom and I went to purchase new sliding doors for our condo. Everything appeared to go smoothly when we started the process. But, when it came time to purchase the doors, the associate was instructed to put the purchase split on a credit card and a check. Instead, she typed it in to the system as the whole purchase going on the check. Thankfully we had the money in the account, otherwise we would have incurred overdraft fees. When we brought this to the attention of the staff, we were informed we would get a bank check since they could not refund the amount, despite it being their mistake and such a large amount of money. After playing phone tag, they eventually got the OK from their loss prevention to do the refund. We also had them install a new water heater. Seemed okay, until my mom noticed our basement flooded when she did the laundry. The guy did not properly reattach the lines. When she called to have them come out, they said they may not be able to make it since it was Memorial Day. Again, their fault. Terrible place. Will not be going back. read more

I would like to give a shout out to the staff at Home Depot on Amherst St, and especially Brian who i found near the lighting department. After 3 stores including the other Home Depot location i found the staff at DW highway near the mall the most accommodating and helpful in finding me the right solution for my DIY vanity table project. Brian listened to my project, came up with ideas and walked me through the aisles until i had everything i needed. He even walked us to the register. The fact that the other stores i went to didn't want to give me the time of day or really listen to what i was trying to do or what i was trying to achieve has just earned Home Depot on DW Highway my business always! read more

So I bought a Bosch Ascenta 24 in. White Front Control Tall Tub Dishwasher from S. Nashua (288 Daniel Webster Hwy, Nashua, NH 03060) Home Depot last week. Looks good, and it got good reviews. At the time of purchase they clearly stated that delivery and installation were included in the purchase price, and I also paid an extra $25 for them to haul away the old dishwasher. However, when the delivery guy dropped it off and I asked about installation, his response was just "good luck with that." No further information from him and no scheduling a time for someone to come and install it. So I called the S. Nashua, NH Home Depot where I bought it and their response was "we don't do dishwasher installations, you have to do that yourself." And then they sent me an email with a "Pro Referral" to a local plumber. I called that guy and he said he would be happy to install the dishwasher and take away the old one - for $300, which I would have to pay. What gives, S. Nashua Home Depot? What's up with the deceptive selling practices, and the bait and switch? If you don't want to do dishwasher installations, that's fine, but don't advertise that installation and connection are included in the purchase price, and then change your tune after the sale is completed and you've got my money. So I wanted to write this review to warn other consumers about this "free installation" scam from S. Nashua Home Depot. I will also file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and see if they can help get my money back. read more

I went in before Christmas and a nice older gentlemen I believe his name was bill was working at the register and it was so busy everybody else was busy helping customers. I asked him for help finding a inflatable I wanted to surprise my dad and I looked everywhere for it and this was the only place they had it and it was the last one but it was a display. Bill went out of his way to go up to the top shelf take it down for me he was so kind and patient and you could tell he really loved his job and enjoyed making the customers happy. 10/10 will be back I hope he gets the recognition he deserves cause he made it such a great experience. read more

Home Depot has great customer service. Yeah. Home Depot (HD). We come here often, what with various home fix-it projects like replacing outdoor lights, tiling, getting screws for doors, etc. We have never had a problem or any hassle returning stuff, and the employees seem to know what they're talking about. Today, I came here to buy a gift card. No muss, no fuss. Easy in, easy out. Next stop: a card store. Gathered the cards I wanted to buy and when I was ready to pay, I noticed my wallet was missing. My last stop was HD, about 15 minutes away. I was hoping it was there. I have never misplaced/lost my wallet before, so I was a little nervous. Lots of credit cards, some cash, my license. Checked my purse again, checked the car, looked underneath seats. I called my husband, cuz he had Internet access for the phone number. In the meantime, I dialed 1800HomeDepot and spoke to an operator. She was concerned and sympathetic and connected me with an HD in Nashua, NH. She connected me with the incorrect store, but that store then forwarded me to the store where I purchased the gift card. I spoke to Janet at Customer Service, who said my husband had just called, and she apologized several times that they couldn't locate me in the store. They had paged me a few times, but since I was in and out of the store in about 1 minute, they couldn't find me. When I arrived at customer service, Janet recognized me and called me Mrs. K. She seemed so excited that I called and that my husband called. She said she was so happy I remembered where I had left my wallet and was glad they could help. They were going to bring it upstairs and lock it away. My phone number is inside the wallet, but they obviously never even opened it, which is ok. Just honest, nice people who seemed to care. It wasn't necessary for me to make sure nothing was taken, because I was sure everything was intact. read more

Typical Home Depot. Traffic can be bad in the area on the weekends. Don't go out the exit on Dan Chan St. if you need to go south on DW Highway or you risk getting stuck in the middle of the intersection. I give this store a low rating because I'm constantly harassed by salespeople every time I go. Often there's one stationed right at the entrance that can be avoided by going in through the exit doors. The worst ones are the well-dressed, pushy HD employees that roam around with clipboards trying to sell garage makeovers or other services. I've been told, after saying I'm not interested, "How do you know you're not interested if you haven't heard what I have to say?" Please leave me alone and let me buy my nails in peace. Lowe's doesn't do this to their customers, and I would go there if it were closer. I overheard some kind of manager reminding some employees that if they got a customer to sign up for a credit card, that they could take a piece of candy out of the treasure chest. I would be insulted by that if I worked there. Candy might motivate little kids, but not grown adults. I'm not sure why people think it's okay to bring their dogs into the store. They need to put a stop to this. It's crowded enough with all the people. read more

My wife and I went hardwood floor shopping at Home Depot last Saturday, I am not a carpenter and had many questions concerning the self installation.I saw my wife talking with a sales person and walked over.I could not believe this workers attitude. Home Depot worker Paul Hannon, walked us through the whole installation process, which included his 40 years of knowledge as a floor installer.We spent over an hour with Paul and he made sure we had everything we needed for the job, he even demonstrated how to use the tools and made us aware of Web sites that would also help us.I can say that I never met a worker like Paul, he was so professional, kind, and patient.After the purchase Paul gave me his work schedule and invited us to call him at any time during the project if we had any questions.In conversation with Paul I had learned that he was a Marine and served many tours in Vietnam and was highly decorated.I believe that good things come to good people, HOME DEPOT you should be proud of Paul in the way he represents himself as an employee of your company.This coming Friday November 10, is the MARINE CORPS BIRTHDAY, Happy Birthday Paul, SEMPER FI. Ticked off is an understatement. There was a great deal for the Samsung stainless black steel stackable washer and dryer that we really wanted. We stressed to the guy behind the counter we needed something ASAP, and asked if they could do same day delivery. He had said no, but that we could have it within the week. He said how about Saturday? It was a Tuesday. Waiting that long was not ideal AT ALL, but it was our only option and for the price and quality of what we were buying (about 1500$) it felt like a good idea. Saturday comes.. and goes.. and late afternoon we call. ONLY to find out delivery is NEXT WEEK. we just bought a house and we were waiting on the closing Dept to release the cd. We weren't entirely sure of the exact move in date, and the week leading up to it, with everything packed and so stressful, we had zero time for laundry, or anything. The fact that delivery is nearly two weeks makes me irate. We would have chosen somewhere else had we been told that up front. I have a one year old who FLIES through clothes and we are on the brinx of no socks no undies and no onesies for her! Terrible! Be up front with your customers, don't mislead them. read more

All MA residents need to come here to avoid paying those recently increased taxes. I was upgrading my porch with composite and spent a some sum on the gray ones at this location. An employee was right next to me the whole time. Helping me figure out how many I actually needed for my porch's dimensions. Helping me load it onto my trolley and reminding me that I needed color coordinating screws specially made for composite. He led me to the register and then to my car. Got me loaded up onto my trailer. It was surprisingly great service! read more

It routinely takes 24 hours or more to get an online order fulfilled (when all items are in stock and available) The Home Depot website says that online orders are normally filled in under 2 hours.
