This location has terrible customer service and stole $30 from me. I went into the store to get 5…read morefeet of fuel hose. They only had 3 feet, so I had them order more for me. A few days later, I went to pick it up. I forgot my receipt, and they couldn't find my order, which I thought was weird. I needed the fuel hose, so I bought 5 feet with the intention that I would come back with the receipt and get a refund since I never picked it up. When I returned with the receipt, the manager said it was rung up as a sale, not an order, and he couldn't do anything for me since I didn't have a fuel hose to return. When I told him I didn't have the fuel hose because it was an order, and I never received it. He called me a liar, saying, "How would I know you never received it?" He told me I might be able to come in when the cashier who checked me out was in, and maybe he would remember me, but otherwise, he could not help me. I have a corporate account with O'Reilly and maintain a fleet of vehicles. I don't have time to go in a 4th time for this matter. From now on, I'll be shopping elsewhere and cannot recommend this location. If you're the owner reading this, you should talk with your manager about basic customer service because you just lost a corporate account.

This didn't go well. After a few weeks calling (parts not in, parts not in), I gave up and bought a new fixture, instructing the person to return it, unfinished. When I picked it up, it was rewired, but reassembled incorrectly and with the wrong parts. ***Billed for the "repair", did not take this up with the repair person so I don't know if they'd have addressed it.*** Overall, I can't recommend.

He told me he had them. I asked the price and told me that too. I went into the store and asked tine cashier where they were. She looked them up on the computer and told me aisle 3. I got them and went to pay. I liked that I didn't have to wait in line. Another cashier came to the front of the store and took me to pay. There are so many advantages to going to a small hardware store versus a Home Depot. And the number one reason is the customer service. Thank you all for starting my day with a smile!
