EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE!!! Would buy again from United AG in Milford, NH tomorrow, they were that great to deal with. I can't speak more highly about Jonathan Tirado specifically as a patient, non-pushy, accommodating sales person. I had done my research, I knew exactly what I wanted. I wanted to blow snow with a 47" blower and NEEDED a yellow JD 54" deck (which turns out is 2022 and prior). John searched all the United stores and found exactly the right unit: X590 and had it driven up from a CT store. This thing is a BEAST. The EFI and extra 1 hp was a great upgrade for what others were charging for the X580. John was patient and talked through all the options. When I went to the store to pick up, they had everything ready for me and were warm and welcoming. Just a great experience. I spend close to $4500 cash at the Lancaster, MA store a few days ago. I was told i would get a call on Wednesdayregarding Thursdays delivery, that never happened, and when they delivered the lawn tractor it was just left in my driveway. No demonstration like they said I would get, no nothing. Didn't even bother to ring the doorbell. I had no idea it was delivered until i stepped out to go to the store and wham there it was just sitting there. Tells me alot from the delivery service alone. I will spend my money elsewhere. Someone is always there to answer the phone when you call, which I greatly appreciated because I hate speaking to robocalls! Called about my lawn tractor hour/fuel gauge not working. Asked for my information and stated it was covered under warranty. Took tractor for repair. Called 3 days later and was told ready for pickup. I asked about charges and again told $0. Went to pick it up and charged $204.59. Told was not covered by warranty. Feel they lied to and they told me anything to get me to bring my tractor in for them to fix. If you need them to work on your tractor get an up front estimate including parts and labor. They called after I posted the review and apologized for the confusion and are in the process of refunding the money. Very nice of them to get back to me. If you need outdoor power equipment, especially John Deere and Stihl, this is the place to go. This branch especially. The general manager Michael Rouleau is amazing. My sales guy Al has always been awesome as well. Been a customer of theirs for many years both in sales and service and they always do a top-notch job. I had an issue with my tractors snowblower that was due to a manufacturer defect. While out of warranty, the general manager, Michael Rouleau went above and beyond in customer service and made sure my issue was resolved quickly and with zero hassle. He kept me updated every step of the way and made sure everything was taken care of perfectly. I could not have asked for better customer service. Had several problems with a zero turn mower my father in law owns that I could not seem to diagnose. Took it to these guys they got it right in and had it figured out in a few days and even gave us a fair price on maintenance that had been neglected on the machine. Overall satisfied customers. Only thing that I can ding them on is they don't give a lot of progress updates so communication is a bit lacking from customer standpoint. read more

I was hesitant at first to use a John Deere dealer as I could get the job local and possibly cheaper. But even the local guy warned me not to use cheap Amazon parts as you will regret it. Anyway, called United Ag and Turf and was able to drop off my Garden Tractor 42" wide X300 right away. The price seemed reasonable. I only needed the belt changed and new blades but more must have been done to my pleasant surprise ! The job was done when they said it would be, (the next working day), and so I tested it right away on my 2 acre hilly lawn with many rock obstacles. I was surprised how well it handled and cut like never before. Before, I would be left with turn-burns in the lawn and on the hills and big clumps of grass left behind on the straight-a-ways that i would have to re-mow. Now it is cut like a golf course and I can trust my wife to cut it, but probably won't let her because it doesn't take that long. .The parts dept was very helpful also and wish to thank them.
