This Home Depot sucks. I thought the location in Tyrone Square was bad but I think this one is worse. The parking is horrible, the service is worse. I can never get any help here. I bought a bunch of concrete squares to put my BBQ & Smoker on. I didn't get enough, so I needed more & I can't even find anymore. Plus we just bought a new Refrigerator that has yet to be delivered. We did get the new Dishwasher & it's fantastic. We love the utensils drawer at the top. Very cool. We purchased windows through Home Depot because we believed a big, well-known company would be trustworthy and reliable. We were wrong -- this has been a complete nightmare. We ordered new windows for nearly our entire house: the living room, kitchen, bathroom, and two bedrooms (which included four windows total in the bedrooms). From the very beginning, this process has been a disaster. It took them FOUR MONTHS just to schedule a first attempt to install. Not the install -- just the first visit. Even though we paid full price on time, every single month, Home Depot did not hold up their end of the deal. After more calls than I can count -- constantly rerouted and handed off between "helpful" but useless reps -- they finally installed the windows... FIVE MONTHS after purchase. But guess what? They installed the wrong windows. In one of the bedrooms, they gave us frosted bathroom windows -- the kind you can't see out of -- in a bedroom, where we specifically did NOT order that type. Oh, and they didn't even fit at first, so we had huge open gaps in our house for days. When they finally tried to fix it, they brought the wrong windows AGAIN and broke most of the panels they were supposed to replace. Only one out of four was usable, and even that was installed so poorly it leaked water during a rainstorm because they wouldn't wait to install it properly. It has now been almost a full year, and our windows are STILL wrong. STILL not fixed. STILL leaking. We have called every customer service number they've given us. All we get is the runaround. Sometimes I wonder if they even blocked my number -- no one answers anymore. All I hear is: "I'm so sorry, ma'am, but there's nothing we can do." And then they hang up. I have made every single payment. I've done everything right. But they have done NOTHING to fix their own mistake. I genuinely wonder if they think I'm stupid because I'm a woman doing this on my own. If my husband had handled this, would they have taken it seriously? It feels like they've just given up on fixing the issue, hoping I'll just go away. But I won't. I'm considering legal action at this point. Home Depot is polite but useless. I don't want to be rude, but I have to get mad at someone at this point. Friendly voices that get nothing done. This has been the worst customer service experience I've ever had in my life. If you're considering buying windows from Home Depot -- DON'T. Go to Lowe's. Go to a local small business. Go literally anywhere else. Home Depot is a disgrace. read more

I would say beware of their pushy , shady sales tactics concerning installation of windows. I wanted to have two windows installed, and the consultant came out, promising to send me the documents within a couple of hours. These documents never came to me until 7 days later, after I called the consultant several times, and the Home Depot office number , and the number to the Atlanta office. The only document they sent was a sign and pay, with no information on it as to the amount to pay, nor the information as to what I was paying for. No spec sheet, no time information as to when the installation was to begin, and all the rest of it. It did not say how many windows, or any measurements, or any of the usual required paperwork. I let them know I would not sign promising to pay something, that had no other information. They eventually sent a link to sign and pay , with only a list of documents, and the link was set to expire in 24 hours . It would not be enough time to read carefully the documents they claimed they would be sending. My trust has eroded in believing they are being up front with their operations. I wanted to put this up as a warning, because this is very deceptive, and I hate to see someone quickly sign something, and then get burned seriously and end up crying that they can't get anything done, or their money back. Do not go here unless you have the patience of a saint! They've got idiot employees driving the electric rideable shopping carts around the parking lot while on their phone. Not paying attention to cars coming in or out, and if I wouldn't of laid on the horn I would've gotten hit because his head was in his phone while driving. Then, I went to the paint department to have some paint shaken, and I was told by the employee there that they can't do that. His reason was that he said it was open. I told him to transfer it to a different container and hammer the lid shut and he said no that would still be an open container. That's when I lost my patience and just left. Never to go there again. They were installed withOUT the moisture barrier, so when it rained, it got behind the window and got my dry wall all wet. It has been over a month, close to two months now and still no resolution from Home Depot. They gave it to Sedgwick and Sedgwick told me that the installer will get in touch with me. I didn't hire the installer. I paid Home Depot to install the windows. I want my windows installed properly and to be reimbursed for the damages. Asked an employee, he just nodded and kept walking... Then went to the front counter, told the cashier we've been waiting and trying to find someone for a very long time to help in flooring, she made an announcement over the PA system that customer needs help in flooring. Waited even longer, no one ever showed up and every employee wandering around the store doing nothing or standing at the cash registers chatting with each other never bothered. I hate to leave such a bad review to Home Depot, as I've done business with them for years. I don't know why they'd sell such a terrible refrigerator by Samsung with all of their known defects. I had one fix of my fridge under my extended warranty, sadly the same issues exist and after further research and a very helpful Facebook page (Samsung Refrigerator Recall USA NOW) these issues are engineering and design flaws. I've lost countless groceries, medication, and my child's breast milk on the most recent freezing issue. I'll be getting my third "fix" this week by Samsung, yet sadly their customer service is terrible as I've got more than 50 hours of time dealing with this issue with a newborn. Please Home Depot; save everyone from these issues and quit selling Samsung refrigerators. My husband and I needed to have our kitchen remodeled because our condo didn't come with a dishwasher or a place to put one. We signed the paperwork and set everything up in May. In May we were told 6-8 weeks until our kitchen is done. That would have put us, at the latest, in the first week of August. We are now in the first week of November and my kitchen only has cabinets installed. No countertops, no sink, no dishwasher, no backsplash, and none of that can be done without the countertops. Im beyond fed up. I've been so calm and nice about it, but now I'm being told that my kitchen still won't be done before Thanksgiving! I won't be able to cook my family Thanksgiving dinner this year. I still haven't had a call from management to make it right. They know I'm upset, they just don't care. I won't be using Home Depot for either of our bathroom remodeling and I'll be making sure none of my family or friends do either. read more

The 2 stars is for how their alleged "pro" checkout is run, although The store is actually stocked pretty well, and the staff knows their stuff. Doing commercial work, we have to make purchase orders by phone, and it requires some extra time. I stood in line on a Thursday morning in a lane marked Pro, and after getting the items scanned , the lady says I can't do phone in POs and that I'll have to go to the other pro desk, although it had the same "pro" signs. I wound up standing in that line for over 1/2 an hour. They should've marked the first pro lane as "no phone in POs" or something. On top of that, their pro checkout desk only had two people in a weekday morning. I'm amazed any contractors in this area get any work done before noon. At the rate these people work read more

My go-to home improvement store. I was going to say just because they are the closest to where we live, but after my last visit I will have to say they have awesome customer service at this location. I've been here over 5 times now in the last month and each time, everyone I have come into contact with has been helpful. Checkout is normally a breeze too with no long waits. The assisted checkout lanes are very fast convenient when you only have a few items. My latest stop in, I was looking at a grill/smoker, but did not see any on the floor. After asking an employee there, he located the 5 they had in stock- still in a box waaaay up on a shelf in another aisle. So he hopped on a forklift and brought the box down so I could have my grill. Instead of 1. Not even looking for the item 2. Telling me to come back later and 3. Being rude- He was the exact of opposite! Wish I had gotten his name, I will have to remember to look for him next time I am there. Anyways, this store is always in stock of everything I've needed so far. One start is being generous. I have work paint at 3 different Home Depot locations across the country. Training employees and supervisors in the department. NEVER HAVE I EVER turned down a paying customer when they asked me to sake another company's paint. I had an unopened gallon of promar 400 no rust. And they would not shake it saying "it would break in the machine" and the manager Bill was just as rude as the employees one of which who walked passed me. There isn't a lot to say about Home Depot. It is our preferred home improvement store. We normally can find most of what we want here. This is one of three locations we visit and has become our primary since moving to Pinellas Park. I have definitely become appreciative of their nice garden section since purchasing a house. They have a decent selection of flowers and I love that they have them labeled by perennial, annuals, etc. It is helpful for those of us that are new to gardening. Home Depot is also my go-to spot for getting keys made. It is generally pretty easy to find someone in that area to make a key for you. It is quick and painless. Like all Home Depot's it is often easier to find specific products yourself. I have found that if I ask a staff member for help I basically then get to watch them walk up and down the aisles searching for the appropriate sign and then looking for the product. I can do that myself. Overall, I like Home Depot and this location. I spend a lot of money there. While it could be better, I will keep coming back. They are easy and generally decently priced. read more

I bought a Frigidaire stackable washer/dryer at Home Depot and after the 1 year manufacturer's warranty was up the washer "suddenly" started acting up. It wouldn't drain out the water after the clothes were washed. The clothes were heavy sopping wet. Good thing I bought a 5 year warranty but even so, it was a hassle. I had 4 different service companies try and fix it and each company was out multiple times or more and sometimes they didn't even show up! I put up with this for over a year and FINALLY Home Depot threw in the towel and reimbursed me for just the cost of the machine. NOW my mother in Ohio is going through the same thing with them on her brand new refrigerator she just bought. It broke down twice in the few months she's had it AND she's had to throw out all the food because it was spoiled costing her hundreds of dollars of wasted food.
