This is the worst transaction/customer service experience I've ever had. I have already left a review on google about my experience as of Saturday, 4/26, but there still hasn't been a resolution. Home Depot please don't reach out to me here because you already did on Google, I have a case number and there still isn't any resolution. This location is "managed" by liars who don't value customer service. I ordered a grill online on 4/23 to be assembled and delivered on 4/26 any time between 6am-8pm. As you can see in the screenshot below it says this was attempted at 6:30am, that's a lie. I was later informed that the grill is still currently at the store and has yet to be assembled, STILL. The online associate said they spoke with someone at the store and said they felt there was a high chance it could still be delivered on 4/26 as I've shown in another screenshot. I noticed a tracking update that showed a "Missed with attempt" for a delivery at 5:26pm even though it was 3:58pm, as you can see in my screenshot. I called the store immediately to get an update on what was going on and the associate I spoke with told me her "manager on duty" was reaching out to the assembler to have him come in to build the grill so they could send it out that day. She told me he was coming in at 5:30pm. She also stated that her manager was reaching out to IT about the tracking mistake. She took my information and said she would call by 6 with an update. I never received a call. I called the store back Monday because I was informed they don't do deliveries on Sunday. At this point the tracking still hasn't updated. Once I got to another "manager on duty" I told her about my situation on 4/26 and she informed me that the assembler didn't come in on 4/26 and isn't scheduled to come in until Tuesday, 4/29. So the associates from Saturday lied. Every time I ask if there is anything that can be done for this inconvenience, I'm told a note is made in my file. Again, the worst experience I've ever had. I will not be doing business with this location going forward and maybe not Home Depot. read more

I purchased a storm door, was going to pick up, but decided to have it delivered. I called the n t mor to have it changed. The first call, someone answered, and I was transferred and placed on hold. The second call, was on the phone over 25 minutes to be told we will call you back. I kept calling back. After the 6 th call, finally get through I was told I would I need to come in to pay. Mind you on the second call I was half way to the store and was told I could take care of it on the phone. I spoke with a manager, she apologized , but I will need to come in. some of the workers, are very unprofessional. I plan to go in to cancel my order. probably will go to Lowe's read more

I rented a ladder. Great service. Great customer service. I will use them again. The lady was very nice and professional.

Came to this store to buy a lawnmower. The price posted as $429 for it. They had two price tags posted above the three lawnmowers that was there. They called the manager and she said she could not honor the price because "Any customer could have moved the tag." While speaking with her, the other employee went to remove the other price tag from the shelf. Simply shocking that home depot employees stock the store wrong and then blame your customers and not honor your mistake. Would not shop here again. read more

Firstly I'd like to say I hate being a "Karen" but today's treatment at my Home Depot was uncalled for. I was in the SCO line waiting my turn for a free register and when it was MY turn I went to the available lane. The tall dark-skinned woman working the exit door told me it wasn't my turn and proceeded to call another woman who walked past me while I was in line to cut in front of me at my register. I politely told that I was standing in line and seen the other patron come up after me but the worker insisted I was not standing there and told the lady to get in front of me. While I could have shook this off and waited for the next lane, the Home Depot worker proceeded to mumble under her breath about me and "these customers." My opinion, she is not a good representation for the store and should be placed where she don't need to interact with customers. She doesn't need to be let go, just repurposed because everyone she be able to work and support their family. When I was on my way out the door she proceeded to bark about how she been there two years. It is as almost to say that they condone her behavior towards customers here. This happened today right around 1pm on August 29th, 2021. Being in very fluent in retail, I'll be contacting the store manager, the DM and if this needs to be escalated up to corporate then so be it. The Home Depot is a great store. My store. Get rid of the "don't wanna work kids" and get people who actually want to come to work to help people. This is the 3rd time going to this location to get wood cut and there has been an issue! 1. Waiting forever to even get the attention of someone to come help. 2. Workers not knowing how to cut wood 3. Workers refusing to cut wood because they don't know how to work around a "policy" 4. Cussing saying "I'm not cutting sh** and she can't make me cut a damn thing". "I told her I wasn't going to cut it". 5. Having to rent my own saw because of workers refusing to actually work! I should've known something when we were told we had to pay for the wood first, then if we are not back by 8 he doesn't know who is going to help us cause he's going to be out Instead of coming back to help as the manager instructed, he returns to another aisle throwing blocks and talking to his friends! I hate to say it but I went to Thornton Road and EVERY worker we passed spoke and asked us if we needed help with anything! If there could be negative stars... tried to rent a paint sprayer, none of the three they had were in working order and no one there knew how to do anything with them. They were quick to mention the $100 cleaning fee, but it's obvious these machines have NEVER been cleaned or serviced. My husband spent an hour trying to rebuild one in the store so we could rent it, but ultimately hey didn't even have the necessary filters. Ridiculous!! Pics are of filters. I have been buying stuff at home depot since 1994 and seen a slow steady decline in service, product quality along a slow unresponsive web-site. I could fill five pages of complaints on this site but today I only want to mention one thing. Contractor grade garbage bags. No biggie right? NOT! Contractor bags no longer fit the gray large 32 gallon plastic debris containers, sold at HD, at the mouth. I own about 6 large cans for demolition purposes and I rely on these black contractor bags to line these cans, all bought at HD, so I can keep dust and debri dust down when I put them into a dumpster. This is so GD frustrating because I have wasted time and material costs trying to dispose of building debris with no ability to stand a damn gag upright. Does HD give an eff? Don't think so. read more

This location is cool. Well stocked with a helpful and friendly staff. My only gripe is the parking lot is littered with trash and the occasional liquor bottles. The lot definitely needs to cleaned. Other then that I would consider frequenting this store more often but I'm all about an experience so sometimes I'll drive a bit further to a more desirable location due to cleanliness. read more

Im with a big remodel company from North Georgia. needed to come in and grab some cabinets for a kitchen install and waited for 1 hour on someone to communicate with the other members on the team here on getting equipment and an operator to get a sink base from the top shelf. no one seems to have licenses for equipment or they are hiring out people that aren't smart enough to get said license. most employees just walking around on their cell phones. My mother and I went to this location to get something to get rid of termites. We didn't know which kind to get so we looked for help. The two workers in gardening knew nothing and called someone else to help but I waited for a while and no one came. The woman at the cashier in the Garden section said she knew nothing except how to work the register. My mom went to multiple cashiers to ask for help and no one could help her. When she asked for the manager, they were in the back and called the same confused people to help. We just left and are going to another location. read more

I went here to spruce up my home with some upgrades. This store doesn't have as big of a selection as lowes. I look for shower heads, you know the fancy ones that make all your worries go away after you take a shower. Unfortunately there was only one that I could find that almost reached that peak of expectations. The displays are outdated. Who really wants a green granite counter top? However the one good thing was an employee named Carlos who went above and beyond to help me find flooring and a back splash. He listened to all my wishes of my dream kitchen and helped me put things into prospective of my actual budget. Damage deliveries as a contractor I have lost over 2000.00 dollars due to lies .I know there is a world wide availability problem. Went to rent a tool and to purchase blades to go with that tool. While we were in the rental center, they kept moving us from place to place. One person was using this computer, so we were moved over here. Come over here to check that the tool is working. Okay, we'll right you up over here (a different place). Now, sign over here (yet a different place). Just seemed rather chaotic. Also, the gentleman who was helping us got side-tracked with another customer, so the person who was helping that other customer came and helped us. They were all pretty much nice. The guy who initially helped us seemed a bit sour. When returning the tool, we had to buzz for the door to be opened quite a few times. FINALLY, someone opened the door. Terrible experience with online order delivery. Delivered four days after confirmed date and left in the street. Mary was great tracking down my order but the entire experience was frustrating. I had to call multiple times to let them know my order was not received and then was placed on hold for over a hour on multiple days. This is not my typically experience with Home Depot. To my dismay, these guys are just slow to respond, non-responsive, and the lead time is so long I would recommend going somewhere else. Sometimes just contacting the store and one of the departments can be an ordeal in and of itself. Now let's add the complexity of a third party contractor, & oh my its more fun playing with fire ants. Ya know its you talking to the store, the store talks to 'some anonymous' contractor, contractor talks to the store, who talks to you....all very convoluted and not efficient. Customer Service Rep-Angela. AWESOME, KNOWLEDGABLE, AND FRIENDLY; went to her for a school project and she led Me in the right direction; saved a lot of money; she's awesome. The only problem I had was at checkout; might as well be invisible there. The CASHIER just left us there while she walked outside. She didn't say anything, didn't excuse herself...nothing. Went to tool rental and rented something for 24 hours. The cashier started my transaction at 10:45 and had to help other customers on different registers at the same time. While waiting the tech had to keep starting and messing with my tool. There was a length of time that passed before we actually cashed out with contract. I was in my car after 11. Once I return the next day it was stated that I have to pay the full amount + late fee because my contract cashed out at 10:45. No way. The superior in tool rental was rude about the situation and when approached by manager there was even more bad customer service by him. The issue was not the money but simply how the situation was handled. I work for one of the largest corporations in the US so customer service is imperative.
