    Just had and argument with another customer because of the crappie employees that work here. I finished shopping got in line to check out. I hear someone being and asshole I back of me so I turn around and the guy is bitching about me getting in line. I had NO clue they have an employee lining customers up to check out. Instead of telling me the employees and the guy stood there bitching. When they saw me looking I told them all they had to do was tell me and I have no problem moving and letting him go first. The employees was not telling people and she was know where near the register so I didn't notice her doing ANYTHING!! I miss Rickels!!!

    Stopped in the other day because I was in the area and had a to-do list. This Home Depot has the usual stuff that all the other's in the area do, but the Employees here could definitely use a Customer Service training program. One that actually teaches them how to effectively deal with Customers. One of My list items was to get some keys made so I headed to the key making counter where a line was already forming. I let one of the HD Associates know they should send someone over. He nodded and did nothing. I head to the Service Desk where She Pages for Customer Service to the key counter. 10 minutes and still no sign of an Employee. I head into the Department where I see a HD Associate and ask him can he make keys? "Nope, I'll get Someone though". 5 minutes go by and still nobody. I Returned to the Service Desk where She tells Me to use the key kiosk [which sucks btw, keys made here are non refundable and never work]. "No, I want the key person" I told her. "Get Me a Manager NOW!!" So 5 minutes later He stops by and says "Yeah our key guy is on his way." A total of 20 minutes later the key guy shows up. When It's My turn in line I ask him "are You the only person in this place who knows how to make keys?" He says "Yup, that's Me" My time is important to Me and so I won't need to return to this place. Two Stars for the merchandise.

    We recently moved and this store is local to us. PC Richard's is a name everyone knows. I will say…read morethey have some of the better prices around however, their sales team needs a class in customer service, at least at this store. Since moving in we've had to buy a couple of major appliances. It's already stressful having to move and schedule delivery and what not. The sales team at this store as a whole just like I said needs a class in customer service. You call there and you're not met with anyone friendly it seems unless it's the girl who calls to schedule the delivery. They pick up and don't say who they are which is strange to me. I've worked customer service jobs and we've been trained to say Hi, this is (insert name). Unappealing that the sales team doesn't do this. Also, I've caught some of them lying about other sales associates not being there when they are. There are only two sales associates I would consider giving business too, Paula and Dave as they were nice and considerate when we spoke with them. Curtis the manager was okay as well and wanted to make things right. The first one we brought was a dishwasher and our sales lady Paula was great and very helpful. However, installation of it was a nightmare. The first installers who came, came before the dishwasher was even delivered and then took the kit that I paid for back with them. The second installer who came was okay but said they couldn't do it because our dishwasher wasn't next to the sink. It was but not side by side with the sink making a more difficult job. The third installer who came was a straight shooter told me it was more difficult but could be done and the second installer just didn't want to do it. I do speak to the store manager more than once regarding this and they did make things better by offering a rebate and buying a longer hose I would need. Our next appliance was a stove. Nothing too bad with that came and was installed no hassle. However, the hood we also brought was on back order and would be delivered at a different time. That came the other day and the third installer who did my dishwasher came and did the hood which I was grateful for. When I had to call and schedule the delivery of my hood to my stove the person who answered the call sounded annoyed they had to do something and then just hung up on me after scheduling my delivery.

The gentle man that I was speaking with on the phone said it sounded like the microwave door latches needed to be replaced. When the technician Joe showed up at my house the next day he stunk like a cigarette. He preceded to take pictures of the serial number on the appliance. In conversation I told him that the same Kitchen Aid microwave that I have is currently 499.00 dollars at Lowes . He then told me with out doing any diagnoses that the repair was going to be 450.00 dollars so I was better off just buying a new microwave. He also said nowadays the microwaves that they manufacture are throwaways and that when they go bad you throw them out and replace them with a new one. Now if that is the case why didn't the gentleman on the phone when I called them explain that to me. It seems to me they just wanted the 121.00 dollar service call fee that I paid them. Ironically I looked up on line the prices of the switches and they were 24.99 each. I also took apart the control panel and cleaned the switches and now the microwave door switches work fine. I also wanted to add that we used Georges appliance repair in the past and we had no issues. So we were not a first time customer. When I called Georges after I fixed the latches I got nothing but a lot of crap from the gentleman that I spoke to on the phone.
