Just exercising their "FREEDOM" to possibly infect my enclosed space with their lung droplets. This is disgusting,, I never want to get the Corona virus again. Terry showed me that one plus another option for the same price and made some helpful suggestions that made the decision very easy. The whole transaction took 15 minutes. Their delivery fee was very reasonable which included removal of the old machine putting in the new one, hooking it up and running it to make sure it worked. There's a 6 month warranty, if anything should happen they will come and fix it and if it's not fixable, they will replace it. They set up a very convenient delivery time for us. They were on time with that as well. We appreciated their service so much, that we returned a week later to purchased a refrigerator!

After multiple calls and messages, they didn't show up until four days ago and said compressor was bad and it wasn't worth fixing -- but they'd take care of me. And then, they didn't get back to me about the options. When I reached them two days ago they said they'd give me another one for ~$550. --Hmm. So, despite that the one I bought should have lasted more than a year -- that's the best they can do for me for a replacement? After making me wait for over two weeks for them to even look at it. And of course, they've promised to call me back 2 x's since this last conversation --and haven't. I even told them that I want to buy a washer and dryer from them over the next month. -- Doesn't make any difference in their interest in helping me out. --I might as well start buying new sale or scratch & dent appliances instead of being treated like this.

This company definitely sold me a bad refrigerator or it was damaged in transit to me. The owner or employee (whatever he is) Germaine is very unprofessional. Tried to sale me another broken refrigerator for $200 and that was not acceptable to me. There is absolutely nothing me or my 5 year old daughter could have done to make a refrigerator completely malfunction. It was broken when it was sold to me. They told me my power could have went out, but that is not what caused the refrigerator issue. The DTE Repair Tech stated the compressor is bad and 9 times out of 10 it is due to the refrigerator being laid down during transit to my home. My power has never surged in the last 5 months. I would know because I work from home. Overall HORRIBLE experience. I always try and support small businesses, especially when they are black owned. This just left a bad taste in my mouth. I HIGHLY recommend having someone inspect your refrigerator, if you are going to purchase from them. They sold this to a young black single mom and now I can barely feed my child due to not having a refrigerator, YET AGAIN. Now, I'm on that hunt down for items for my crawfish trap project. So I walk in,, everything looks just like any other home depot. They have their seasonal stuff. I was looking for wire sheets, so I grabbed the nearest associate I can find. He told me that the items I'm looking for would more than likely be outside by the chicken wires and such. So he told me to go through the outside doors and turn right. Viola!! the stuff I was looking was right there. All different kinds for different uses. I bought 2, and made a crawfish trap with one.
