    Shopping here is a nightmare. There is shit blocking every aisle. They need to park the fork lifts elsewhere . It's too. frustrating

    It's a tad weird there. When you go in there isn't anyone around except a receptionist, who is…read morefriendly, but reserved. Then she calls 'somewhere', and eventually a sales rep comes out, but the whole time you're wondering 'wth?' because there are no other people in the whole building. Weird. No background music, no literature laying around. etc. Finally a sales rep comes out from some hidden place, and he was very nice, friendly, knowledgeable and professional, but was unable to fully answer all of our questions. When we called him later on his cell phone there was no voice mailbox available, so we thought that was wierd too. Eventually we did purchase what we were looking for, but it has not been delivered yet, sooooooo, the final jury is still out. We don't feel very attached, but we are keeping our fingers crossed that everything works out as we have been assured.

    We purchased a stove and a seal for our washing machine from Frontline. I was in the store twice…read morelooking at stoves. Both times the sales people were very friendly. I was met promptly coming through the door and they answered all of my questions. My appliance was delivered within 2 days. Delivery was quick and I saved on a service fee by having both my seal and the stove done at the same time. My delivery person was nice. He came in and got the job done. I haven't gotten a chance to use my stove yet but everything seems to be working. The delivery person cleaned up after himself on the way out and took my old unit with him which I did pay for. Their delivery prices were very reasonable. Every unit on their floor appears to come with a warranty which I really liked. Most of their items are used/refurbished/open box items so I felt a lot more confident purchasing knowing there was a warranty and the items had been inspected.

If you can comprehend their language and vice versa,…read moreyou might make progress, but you won't spend less than an hour dealing with your issue in Tucson. You could have driven to at least one of the stores here in town twice, and once and back, with the other store that offers vehicle installations. Unfortunately, you can't get hold of someone on the phone at the store, at least when I've spent an hour trying to get a hold of somebody local. On the positive side, the installation was completed over three visits on Wetmore, which is a 40-minute drive one way. I should have used the Auto Installer like Audio Express, etc., nearby in case anything went wrong or needed further attention. Unfortunately, my truck failed inspection because the Best Buy technician did not properly install the reader that the admissions must use to read the readings on your vehicle . The job was halfway done when I encountered issues with the Remote Start they installed with the female port of the key fob. This port broke, preventing you from charging the Remote Start to the vehicle. Now I have to try to get that replaced under my covered warranty with Best Buy. The name of the store should be Worst Buy. Overall, the customer service was terrible. They should either go out of business or switch to an online-only model, similar to Circuit City. It's too bad they are a monopoly on TVs, surround sound systems, computers, electronics, etc. I definitely would not recommend these guys at all. It amazes me how much information these foreign countries have on us, US citizens, so these greedy CEOs can keep making their millions and paying workers in Guatemala a dollar a day or whatever it is. Truly, it's not customer service that's for sure. Oh, and good luck to you.

    I just received a brand new Samsung Range. After connecting the power, the door will not open. I…read moream handicapped. I tried calling the store. All I get is their AI garbage. I got the 5 year best buy warranty and the AI will not transfer me to a person. It told me to go visit the store and speak to someone there. I have used Best Buy for years, but after this, I will be using Home Depot or Lowes. You guys just lost a loyal customer.
