I was met promptly coming through the door and they answered all of my questions. My appliance was delivered within 2 days. Delivery was quick and I saved on a service fee by having both my seal and the stove done at the same time. My delivery person was nice. He came in and got the job done. I haven't gotten a chance to use my stove yet but everything seems to be working. The delivery person cleaned up after himself on the way out and took my old unit with him which I did pay for. Their delivery prices were very reasonable. Every unit on their floor appears to come with a warranty which I really liked. Most of their items are used/refurbished/open box items so I felt a lot more confident purchasing knowing there was a warranty and the items had been inspected.

Determined it was a burned pump and quoted $350 to repair. But he included a 2nd $85 charge for another return visit. Other operators stock parts and don't require a 2nd visit. I even asked ahead if he would have parts for this model and he assured me he would have them. I ended up just buying a new dishwasher. When the installers came, they found that the hose was clogged and so I shouldn't have even needed a replacement. This should have been a very simple repair. Instead I wasted $85 on an incorrect diagnosis and spent $600 on a new dishwasher I didn't need. Be sure to confirm that repairs can be made the same day. And be sure that your service tech does a thorough inspection of hose lines.

You could have driven to at least one of the stores here in town twice, and once and back, with the other store that offers vehicle installations. Unfortunately, you can't get hold of someone on the phone at the store, at least when I've spent an hour trying to get a hold of somebody local. On the positive side, the installation was completed over three visits on Wetmore, which is a 40-minute drive one way. I should have used the Auto Installer like Audio Express, etc., nearby in case anything went wrong or needed further attention. Unfortunately, my truck failed inspection because the Best Buy technician did not properly install the reader that the admissions must use to read the readings on your vehicle . The job was halfway done when I encountered issues with the Remote Start they installed with the female port of the key fob. This port broke, preventing you from charging the Remote Start to the vehicle. Now I have to try to get that replaced under my covered warranty with Best Buy. The name of the store should be Worst Buy. Overall, the customer service was terrible. They should either go out of business or switch to an online-only model, similar to Circuit City. It's too bad they are a monopoly on TVs, surround sound systems, computers, electronics, etc. I definitely would not recommend these guys at all. It amazes me how much information these foreign countries have on us, US citizens, so these greedy CEOs can keep making their millions and paying workers in Guatemala a dollar a day or whatever it is.
