    This is right down the front of my sink. It's already cracking.

    DONT BUY KITCHEN COUNTERTOPS HERE! If you want countertops that take five weeks from cabinet install, have the WORST SEAMS you've ever seen, right down and off-center of the kitchen sink, leave huge gaps on the sides where the countertop meets the walls, and that require installers to come back twice (no masks either time) because they screw up how the manufacturer cut the stone, then please go to Twin Falls Home Depot for Precision countertops. And even if you don't sign off on them after they are installed, HD does nothing to help you. So don't believe that you are saved just because you don't sign the acceptance sheet after install. And don't think the nice saleswomen there will help make it right. Go to Lowes. Cheaper and better selection.

    Just save yourself time and money and shop at Lowe's.The customer service and communication on special orders is awful.

    BUYER BEWARE!! 5 days waiting on a part for my dryer and…read moreservice man shows up, i am happy to see him, and i greet him friendly, but he is old and very grumpy. Thats ok, he confirms the part we need but immediately starts complaining about the work that usually takes him 20 minutes will take much longer and needs approval. So he proceeds to call the office. on and off the phone ad for probably another 20 minutes (not working) complains of how much work it will be ...on and on... i try and even offer to put it together myself if he puts the part in(NO), i offered to pay extra(NO), then after more complaining and moaning, he starts in on me saying that i may have worked on this dryer improperly and sparks were flying... some crazy story. I stopped being nice and said "there were no sparks and the FN dryer was not plugged in" (while we were on video w the insurance service man). That was it. He said "i do not feel comfortable here with you cursing so i am leaving". At first i thought i really offended him, and even apologized. my conclusion: 1. incompetent: job too hard and too complicated for him?, 2. old, UNGODLY and lazy, with no work ethic? *3. He created this drama on purpose so he didnt have to work, and still get paid? *My definition of a service call scam is: someone taking your money and not providing any service. I have insurance and I prepaid the service call of $125, he finds an excuse to leave or overcharge the insurance company they deny my claim and service man gets away with $125 and NO WORK! and the company will not call me back. not sure if the owner is aware of this practice or cares?? BUYER BEWARE!!!!! especially if you have a prepaid your service call.

She had asked him when she was buying if it was working, He assured her it did and was ready to go. When she signed the paperwork he had told her to sign a receipt of purchase, which turned out to be a no refund slip. Not even a whole 24 hours later she realized it did not work and had reached out to him to try and make it right. To which he responded in a hateful and argumentative manner. Telling her it was her fault she should have paid attention better and that he would not be helping her in anyway to make this right. She let him know the purchase was for another family in need and that she didn't expect a refund just a fridge that was in working order. His response again was it was her fault for not paying attention to what she signed and her fault for not doing a better inspection of the fridge. then reiterated that he would do nothing as she had made the purchase and it was her fault.

They refuse refunds and say that after so many repairs they will "upgrade" you yet there's nothing in there worth "upgrading" to. He has a horrible attitude and horrible customer service and people skills. If they're not going to actually fix the issue when your appliance breaks then they need to give a full refund, end of story.
