I didn't buy anything, I came to return something and get the feel of the store. It was a great experience coming from a small island. I will, however continue ordering online. So I usually don't go here I go to Lowe's but I had to get some red ant killer and they were on my home last week. Stopped by not busy at all I was shocked. I needed to ask them what product they suggested and a nice young man was right there to assist me. He suggested the best red ant killer and made sure I knew If it didn't work I could bring back the product for an exchange or refund. I never knew that was an option. I made my way to the tub fixes and another man was there to help me. This was a big deal cause usually i can never find a soul when I needed one. I have been to this Home Depot in Upland in the past, but it seems I haven't done a review on it. So here I go... I came here recently to help my Mom buy some ant spray. She usually buy the generic brand called Real Kill. It's a lot cheaper than the known brand such as Raid. I ended up buying a dozen of Real Kill. It was less than $3.50 per can. Price was not bad at all. There was a wait in line for the registers, but it went fairly swiftly. Once it was my turn, I got up to the counter. The nice lady staff scanned the ant sprays. I paid and I was on my merry way. One thing about this Home Depot that I don't care for is the tight parking. One thing that I do like is the wonderful staff who are usually helpful. Inside is quite clean and organized. Sometimes it's easy to find things. Other times not so much. It all depends on the items. Anyway, this is my go-to Home Depot whenever I am near the 10 Fwy. read more

I do not know why I choose to keep coming here for paint, thinking it's going to be a different experience, the older white lady and the older man working behind the counter in the paint area were super rude! I wanted a specific type of paint and primer and I asked them for it, usually I get the can and bring my color, the same white lady has told me not to get the can "they dont need it". So today I ask for my paint and I go check out and it's more than usual I went back to let them know this is not the one I wanted, she looks at me and said that's the price and I said I know but it's not the one I wanted, the one I wanted is cheaper and she looks at me and laughs and says "prices have gone up, (like if I can't afford it) no paint cost $15 " I look her and the older man in the face and say I've been coming here and always get this quart for this price! Don't know if this is a race thing or something but if you don't like Mexicans maybe don't work at Home Depot! I felt so discriminated and disappointed! Not to mention the older man Robert or something later helped another WHITE LADY and was the sweetest to her! DO BETTER She looked at me like if I was poor! Went in around 7:30 pm on 10/28/25 and some older white lady with short hair working the paint section was so rude & condescending. I expect certain behavior from men going into Home Depot but from another woman herself threw me off completely. From the start I could tell she was in a bad mood, I just needed paint and she was speaking to me like I was one of her employees or her children. She laughed at me when I was clearly confused and like I mentioned just super condescending. Ultimately, I ended up just leaving and not getting anything because I didn't want her to have any of my energy. Definitely ruined my experience shopping here. I would just like to say thank you so much for going above and beyond for your customers. Today I checked in for a curbside pickup order and was left waiting a long time for my order. After calling to see when I would receive my order, the woman on the phone was incredibly kind, apologetic, and provided amazing customer service. She immediately grabbed my order and came out to give it to me personally. Not only did she provide me with my order, but the most sincere apology and a full refund. I wish I would have remembered to check her name tag before she walked away so I could address her by name, but to the woman with the colored hair who brought out my order: Thank you so very much. Once again went to this Home Depot for paint. I don't know why I haven't learned my lesson yet, but one more time that I walk out of the store without my paint for some reason this paint department here is the worst paint department you could ever deal with ever I go in today place my order for my paint, walk around the store get what else I need come back the guys waiting on all kinds of people taking their order and never made my Paint once again. I've gone to Home Depot for about 7 years to get material for work. I've gone to many different locations from Fontana Rialto menifee Irvine mission viejo Long Beach and each has always been good and with a staff that does try to help. But THIS Home Depot is the WORST! I had to get some 4x4x12 And one guy instead of trying to help me he says "I'll get someone who could help you" so he had me wait for about 20min and no one showed up. So I used one of the big step ladders they have and I grabbed about 14 of the 4x4 to just have a different employee tell me "hey you can't use that" and to top it off a cashier lady tell me I can't pay for all the wood I got with her and I had to go to a specific line. I've never been to a Home Depot with a staff that feels like they intentionally make your visit there hard. Like me asking for help is an inconvenience for them. Next time I'll drive the extra 8min and go to the Home Depot on 19th street next to the 210 freeway. read more

Went in to the store to get some paint and casually looked at blinds when Francine saw that looked like we needed help. She came over and really explained measurements and how to install blinds. She really took the time to help us look at all of our measurements and picked the right blinds for our new home. We had over 10 blinds to buy and she was so patient cutting all of the blinds for us to make sure they fit perfectly. She made our visit here welcoming and made the experience less intimidating. Came in to return something, that I had a receipt for, and Yvonne from customer service with out even helping yet, looked at me from the line and said in a loud voice "that is not ours " . I answered, yes it is because I bought it at Home Depot on Euclid. When it was my turn to get helped, she was the one to call me, and I asked her why would you look at me from the line and say that. She stated that Lowe's has the blue handles , that Home Depot carries different color. Obviously she is incorrect because that floor scraper was purchased at home depot, I was so upset that I wanted to go in to the store and find the same scraper, just to show her, she made me so uncomfortable, saying that in front of everyone, even before helping me. Eddie with the curly hair is an asset to your company. He helped me make 3 copies of keys. As a business owner, I am always looking at employees and trying to figure out if I would hire them. While carving out keys, he was reorganizing shelves and products that were misplaced. He was not wasting time standing around shaving keys. Almost was a -1 star I was days away from opening my new business doors when I realized I needed to touch some paint up on the walls, so I took my paint in for a color match (seems easy enough right?!) well I patched up the spots I needed and left for the night. Came back the next evening to prepare to open next day when hell broke loose!! The paint was a complete different color!!!!!!!! Omg a disaster!!!! See photos below!! I was so upset, it was 7pm and now looking to have to repaint the ENTIRE 4 walls again!! I went back in furious!! A gentleman named Christopher was helping me. He said the gentleman who helped me the day before did not put the numbers in correctly to color match. I wonder why this location gets low ratings. I came in for a fridge and supplies to hang things in my apartment. Friendly customer service and easy check out. The young lady who helped me with my fridge (2 days of help) was so friendly and helpful. I went on two different days and she helped me both times. She helped me measure and explained things about the fridge I was looking at, and compared. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Great customer service, I was in there to pick up an order that was sent from San Bernardino to Upland. My situation was very scary. I was told that in Ontario that they're gonna turn off the electricity for 25 hours my dad's on hospice and both of my parents are on oxygen, we need to get a generator. Edison didn't want to help us whatsoever even if he had they had a doctors note phone number and so wanted to save my parents needed this and some kind of help medication had to be in the refrigerator and my father was on hospice and they're both on oxygen, so here I am at Home Depot and they said my order is gonna take two hours. I wanted to panic. I wanted to cry cause I felt like I had no hope but the manager and service area name.Naomi help me and got my order right away. I felt like an angel was helping me. I think her for the patient and understanding and I wish more employees were like her. I do recommend people going to that Home Depot in Upland on Mountain because I know I wasn't the only one that has a situation like this, and I know that anybody else would've said I'm sorry it's not in my hands.
