This was a big, complex project that the instructions clearly called for two people, yet Michael handled the entire build completely by himself and finished it in just a couple of days. That alone was impressive, but the quality of his work made it even better. He showed up with all of his own tools and equipment, went straight to work, and did not waste any time. He was extremely careful with every piece, very organized, and paid close attention to detail throughout the entire build. You can tell he takes real pride in his work. On top of that, Michael was very personable and easy to work with. He gave us great advice on how to best position the playset in our backyard so it fit the space perfectly and looked great. His experience really showed, and we appreciated his input. The final result looks fantastic, sturdy, and professionally done. There were complications on their end with sourcing the refrigerant and originally was going to be until tomorrow to finalize the job. We explained that this was going to cost us revenue due to reimbursing guests. She took that to heart, personally went to their storage facility to procure the materials, and then coordinated the work this evening. And to top it off, she called just now at 8:30pm to close the loop and insure we knew it was fixed and tested. KATIE IS A SUNLOGIX ROCKSTAR... please give her and the team a big raise. Understanding that tech glitches happen, the consultant stated they would send me figures the following business day. Two weeks later I received an email with the numbers. Mistakes happen. We all forget things. Tech glitches happen. Two big "oops" just to get a quote doesn't represent well what communication and project management will be like during the project.
