Overpaid for a FedEx. The lazy owner never dropped off my FedEx and it was delivered a day late.

I went there for an iPhone battery replacement. The iPhone was working when I dropped it off. They could not replace the battery and said that there was an issue with the motherboard. The iphone when turned on hangs at the boot up apple screen. The phone goes into a loop and can not be restored via my computer. My iphone was made unusable. Your mileage may vary. I would not go back there for any kind of service. let the buyer beware. read more

I went to this location twice today (1:15pm and 3:35pm) for service, they had a sign on the door stating that no one is there from 1pm - 3:30pm. Ok, no worries, I'll just come back. So I went back to the place at 3:35, waited, looked for a phone, intercom, additional signs, smoke signals, anything and nope, no one was there, nothing. There are racks in the store for customers to drop off packages, but no one to scan it, no self service scanning station or confirmation for receipt of goods. What had me even more concerned was the storefront was unlocked during the time that was unattended from 1pm-3:30pm - so anyone can go in and drop off or take packages. Not a secure place to leave packages. I wind up walking a couple of blocks to Walgreens where i was able to drop off my package, have it scanned, greeted by a polite and professional employee and took care of the item and secured it. I will absolutely not use The Hub and Copy Center again. While I was at the Hub, another customer was there and wanted to make copies of her documents...after all, it is a copy center, right. Unfortunately, she was also disappointed by the abandoned hub. Terrible...just terrible. read more

I've gone in multiple times and have been properly greeted and the customer service was the best. Any questions I had they answered and there was no wait time for any of the requests I had. Will absolutely come back again and would definitely recommend to friends and family! read more

Do not use this location for FedEx services. They are not an authorized location despite what their site says, and despite them coming up on the Fedex site locator. They do not offer the same services but that will not be made clear to you because their employees do not know this and you will literally pay the price for it. I attempted to have a family member pack and ship an acoustic musical instrument at this store. Packing was not a problem. As for shipping, there are technicalities that they will not relay to you (most likely because if they did, you would not use their services in the first place). The only way this location can quote you prices is if you use THEIR account #. I have my own Fedex account number and according to the manager if you use your own account #, they cannot quote you prices. Seems odd right? On top of that, they do not offer all of the normal options Fedex does which is how i found a charge of nearly $400 days later on my card. The Hub will not accept any responsibility for this even thought it was their neglect and inefficiency that made it happen. Even after admitting the employee is 'an older woman' he still saw no responsibility and "cant do anything about the charge". Do NOT use this store for your Fedex needs. If it doesn't say Fedex in gigantic letters outside (ie an actual Fedex and not a bogus 'authorized' location). Im pro Mom and Pop but that doesn't mean you get a pass on efficiently serving customers and leaving out details that would drive business away. I paid more than 3x what I set as the maximum budget for this shipment and it is this stores fault. Its not a great time to get financially taken advantage of with no recourse. read more

I would give zero stars to this place if I could. Literally the worst place I've ever been to. Completely disorganized and inefficient. There was one woman working there and I came in to get passport photos and some documents notarized. She took the photos and then had no clue how to print them and was trying to read directions to figure it out and still couldn't. She then tried with a different camera, which was completely dysfunctional and again failed. I didn't even want them to motorize anything after that because I didn't trust them. The whole place is a mess. I don't know how they are still in business!! read more

Very speedy service, able to adjust to my needs on a whim. They even allowed me to hand a personal piece of mail to the postal service as the guy walked in to pick up outgoing packages. Reasonable and professional read more

My package is missing and they still didn't get back to me. T_T I sent a package last January yes.. yes.. yes 2 months have passed! I still haven't got any help from them on tracking my package last update about my package was January 2019! read more

Mom and Pop place here , relax atmosphere , if you are in rush you wont like it but you get four quotes when you ship a package , trustworthy advices and a honest service . I do use them often and had no problems , mind the parking now during construction across the street. read more
