He stated that he absolutely had no idea any of this happened nor did his staff inform him about it. Initially, I was livid and accepted all my losses from this so no matter how much he apologized to me, it wasn't going to solve the money I spent to replace my items. However, he took full accountability for his staff and their actions and did not try to make excuses. Not only that, he financially went above and beyond to fix the issue. He was sincere and truly wanted the chance to earn my business back, therefore it was only right for me to update my review and be fair as this business owner works hard to maintain his five star ratings. I love supporting small businesses and it doesn't always turn out with great news in the end, but I'm glad that we were able to come to a mutual agreement in a respectful adult manner. The absolute WORST moving experience ever. I was moving from one bedroom apartment within the same community across the street and had everything boxed up and ready to go except for a total of 7-8 large items such as couch, coffee table and de-assembled bed parts. They called me ahead and arrived right on time which was very promising until the move started. The guy that owns the moving truck is very nice and professional, but the other worker that was with him was nice also, but he was useless and continued to be on his cell phone during this move the entire time until I started picking items up myself to speed things up. He then broke my glass on my coffee table which I was upset about but I know things happen, so I didn't make a deal since they said it will be replaced. Hours later, I noticed my dresser with a huge crack and damaged during and they left items on the truck such as a lamp, curtain rod, and led closet light that I even asked for to be double checked at the end. I had to text the guy multiple times and ask for the items that were found left on the truck. He assured me that the glass will be fixed and he will personally deliver it to me. It's been 2 WEEKS now and I have NOT received my items nor my table. He was a no show two times after promising he will deliver them back to me. Ive called over and over because I have been understanding and reasonable, and not nobody even calls back or texts back. No word on my items and that's considered theft!!!! I called the office and the manager said the owner will get in touch with me... NOTHING!!!! I would NOT recommend using them AT ALL and save yourself the headache of having to pay money to replace items they damage or forget and overcharge by doing a lazy and terribly far less move!!!!! On the down side, the sales process while smooth and very corporate, lacked some communication with their team on the ground. For example, the booking team specifically said to leave drawers in dressers. The movers were shocked as they would always prefer less weight. Would I use them again? Probably. But I would prefer an actual mover to do the estimate instead of someone over the phone sight unseen. Even a FaceTime or similar video app that would allow for a visual could go a long way towards aligning everyone's expectations.

I took time off work based on a discussed 12 PM start time, yet at 1:08 PM, no one had contacted me. When I reached Jason, the schedule "shifted" multiple times in a single phone call--first to 1 PM, then to 3 PM--contradicting our agreement. To make matters worse, the estimated labor time suddenly jumped from 3 hours to 5 hours without explanation. Because they could no longer meet the timeline required to vacate my units by month-end, I cancelled and requested a refund of my $199 deposit. They refused, claiming it was non-refundable despite the fact that they breached the service window. A mover eventually called me an hour after I cancelled, admitting a last-minute job had been prioritized over my advance booking. This company lacks basic communication between the office and the field, showing a complete disregard for their clients' time, wages, and finances.

I asked if the furniture would be reassembled as I had heavy bedroom sets as well as an electric couch & loveseat. I even called a week ahead of time to let them know I would be moving most of the boxes to the new house myself - the quote included 50 boxes -to cut some of my costs, and the new house was just across the street. So after the move I was told that several things were missing from the estimate that John visually saw . 3 area rugs that were already wrapped. a dresser, an end table - all in the garage when John came. a small gate (for my dog). and a few other things that were that were there when John gave the estimate. So now the movers also told me that they had to reassemble the furniture, put area rugs down and then move them til customer (me) was satisfied with their placement! i was told this work was all included in my quote. The boxes that had to be moved were a total of 10 as I moved the rest a head of time. So now they tell me it is the time they charge for and not the number of boxes. Needless to say I was very disappointed as the whole thing felt like a scam! Emilio and Jonathan showed up on time and worked through the afternoon loading and unloading my stuff, even my heavy gym equipment we had to hoist up the stairs. They damages our new Bed frame and Dressers as they stuffed very tightly in their truck what I have noticed. When I sent all damaging photos to the owner for damage claim, she replied me saying that those damages were pre existing and I hid it with the duct tape. She thinks that I invested my time and efforts in hiding all the damages with "Blue" color duct tape on "White" bed frame (imagine Blue tape to hide all damages on White color furniture) instead of packing 3 bedrooms house that includes state to state moving before moving day and removed all the duct tapes after we moved for the damage claim before sending pictures to her. I mean If i want to hide pre damages I would use similar color or lighter shade of the duct tape and not the bright color tape on White furniture . Her and movers assumptions are very poor. She accused me all this by sending email and after reading email When I called her to explain she disconnected the phone without listening anything. This shows the level of her professionalism. Guys DO NOT HIRE THEM. The driver removed an owl statue from our property without informing us or asking for our permission. He touched our property without our permission. The driver kept some parts of our couch while packing and then could not find those parts after the move. He wasted a lot of time there. He even misplaced some nails for the headboard, he told us he will get it from Home Depot which he dint. One of the crew member use bathroom and did not flush properly, leaving a mess for which my maid charged me extra to clean Someone from moving crew packed one of the table lamp with a delicate shade "inside" a memory foam mattress. I'm sure she will claim it was pre-damaged as well and make a false statement about it. Attaching damaged lamp shade photos here Owner thinks that we were living with all damaged furniture and blaming it on movers for their carelessness. She purposely said to pay 90 % of the moving amount three days before moving day so we wouldn't have a chance to look for different movers. The remaining 10 % was to be paid before unloading, which means you have no leverage if you notice any damages after unloading because the full amount has already been paid.
