    Pumpkin Cheesecake Popsicle
    Regina M.

We stopped in for a mid afternoon treat and we loved our popsicles. I got their pumpkin cheesecake pop which was delicious, and my husband got their honey cinnamon cheesecake pop which he loved. This is a great place for a sweet treat, especially on a hot day. They have so many unique flavors and some rotate seasonally! Definitely the best quality popsicle I've ever had. I would like to see sugar free options!

I think I've just discovered my new favorite dessert; which is super awesome since my pup loves the popsicles here too . I got a strawberry popsicle dipped in chocolate yummy so good. Thank you, Jasmine for the recommendation. I will be back again to try some new fall flavors. Also the Halloween decor is so adorable

Cute concept! I've never been to a Hyppo and this location was clean and had so many flavors. We enjoyed the comfortable arm chairs while we rested

Great location with parking for free in the garages nearby. Little sitting inside however there's plentiful seating outdoors throughout Hyde park. The popsicles are out of this world! There are so many flavors that you wouldn't think could be combined and taste good, and I'm constantly proven wrong! I decided to get a guava mango flavor after some studying and it was very refreshing and flavorful, I definitely recommend!

Delicious low calorie popsicles! A cute little shop in the heart of Hyde park has both indoor seating or options to take your popsicles to go to enjoy in Hyde Park. The employee helped us pick out popsicles which we loved. Definitely would come back!

I tried this place for the first time while walking around Hyde Park, and I was amazed by all the flavors (fruits, chocolate, alcohol-infused, etc.). The staff were super friendly with helping me pick out a flavor, and I ended up getting Nutella. The popsicle was good, but I wished I tried their fruit flavored ones!

Always a great and tasty treat at hyppo! They even have a food truck you can rent at events. The service is always quick and the decor is cute. We love all 5he different flavors as well.

It was a hot day in Tampa and what could be a better treat than a yummy popsicle! The shop is self is cute and there are lots of flavors to choose from. They have flavors on rotation so there are actually even more flavors to choose from if you live nearby. I ended up getting the Pistachio Rosewater. It was creamy but not too sweet.

I heard about this cute shop from my family so I was intrigued to try it out! The Hyppo is located within the Hyde Park Village shopping area and it's pretty small so if you're not paying attention you might miss it. They've got a cute entrance to catch your eye with a neon sign and a chalkboard hippo! Inside they have a large case full of different flavors ranging from simple ones like chocolate to interesting ones like apple honey goat cheese! The coolest thing about this place though is they have popsicles for the 21+ crowd that have alcohol in them! So if you're planning to spend a good bit of time in the area you should try it out! For our popsicles we ordered the strawberry cheesecake and strawberry lemonade flavors. Mine tasted exactly like fresh squeezed lemonade with natural strawberry flavoring (5/5), while my husband said his tasted not exactly like strawberry cheesecake but was still very tasty (4/5)! The Hyppo is perfect for the coming hot days in FL, so whenever you're visiting Tampa be sure to stop by!

Can't go wrong bringing everyone here. Lots of fun choices to make and all so very fresh.

The creamy texture of these popsicles, even with non creamy ingredient based popsicles, makes them out of this world. I had to buy & eat two because I didn't know what to get. The interior is also beautiful, with seating & murals.

Stopped in after an evening stroll on Bayshore boulevard. It wasn't crowded but people going and out. So many flavors to choose from but I opted to try the cashier's personal fave, the mango mojito. It was so refreshing...especially with the bits of mint. I got the watermelon for my 3 year old but she struggled to finish it. Only after I cashed out, I noticed there were kids size popsicles, perfect for my toddler. I was disappointed that the cashier didn't inform me of the size options so I took a star off.

Summer time calls for delicious cold things and I present to you one of the finest options!! Hyppo provides variety that few can match. There is exotic fruit flavors to the more conventional, they have it all. Everything tastes exactly as it should and this visit I ordered the pistachio coconut. Personally I'd rather opt for a pistachio by itself but this was a great cool down treat. Get a pop NOW :)

I want to say we arrived about 930, and found out that we were the last table they were going to accept. So make sure you double check what time they will take walk-ins for dessert. I feel like everyone knows this, but just in case the dessert room is all upstairs and each table is in its own private little room. We were right next to the piano player so we got to hear his playing. Otherwise, if you're a little farther away, then you can choose music in your room, but for us, his piano playing would've definitely drowned out. His piano playing was beautiful though, so I'm not complaining. You can pick up a phone and request songs, which we did. For dessert we got the peanut butter truffle and the vintage lush chocolate sundae. We switched out the ice cream in the sundae for the macadamia ice cream. Everything was super rich and delicious. You need to have a major sweet tooth to eat here, because the desserts were punch you in the face sweet. It is Valet only in Valet is eight dollars. They do let you tip with card, which is nice. Service here is fantastic and everyone is dressed to impressed. This is old school Tampa. So don't expect any modern decor. It's all dark woods and velvet feeling. This is definitely an experience that I think everybody would love.

The macadamia nut ice cream is hands down the best I've ever had--worth the visit all by itself! The peach cheesecake was also absolutely delicious. The service was warm, attentive, and impeccable. Every detail was thoughtfully curated. Perfection plus! I can't wait to come back.

Little pricey but to be expected. Now the sundaes are insane! Watching them make it was pretty neat- they newly have a non-dairy strawberry which I felt went perfect with with Strawberry sundae that stood out to me! Mind you I can have dairy but my stomach definitely prefers less is better! LOL I did not try my friends brownie one but she really liked it. Honestly you can likely order the size mini because it really isn't so mini and perfect size to actually finish! My friend got the regular and had to toss likely the amount in difference between our two sizes because she was full and we had no way with our hotel room to freeze the leftovers. My dad and I had a great time browsing the selection of international candies and ended up picking up a bunch of treats from countries like Sweden, Denmark, and Germany. It's always fun trying snacks and candies from different parts of the world and seeing how they compare to what we're used to. My personal favourite was the Raspberry Fizz bottle candies, which I believe are from Sweden. They were absolutely delicious and easily the standout candy from our haul. While we focused on the imported candy this visit, the ice cream, chocolate, and other desserts all looked incredible as well. Everything in the display cases looked tempting, so we'll definitely have to come back and try some of those next time. The staff were great too; kind, patient, and happy to help as we looked through all the different options. If you're visiting Sparkman Wharf and have a sweet tooth, this is absolutely worth a stop! The description of it is as follows: buttery Graham cracker crust with milk, dark, and white chocolate chips, bits of toffee, and topped with coconut.
