This has been a great year for discovering desserts, that's for sure. I enjoyed discovering this other local gem that offers coffee, tea, desserts, and some savory pastries. I must admit, I was a little intimidated by coming out here originally because I thought I was going to have to go through the interstate, not be able to find paid parking, and be far away from it by the time I find something, but parking was incredibly easy and ample. Right at the outskirts of Ybor, is this adorable, charming coffee dessert boutique like place with outdoor seating so my adorable Muffin can enjoy her day with her mommy. (You can go up to the counter with the dog, but you can't dine with them. Not a problem because their outside seating is plentiful, too and just as gorgeous.) Already, I was getting such a great vibe. I ordered a special chocolate latte and some pastries, which was exactly what I came for. Their pastries and cakes are nicely displayed behind a glass case and they had a large selection offerings. I went for some macarons and tried a slice of their chocolate chip ricotta cake, and took this outside on such a beautiful day. Every item I got were crafted with care to detail and taste. The breakdown: The chocolate latte. Beautiful latte art, creamy with hints of chocolate and caramel . Macarons: Chocolate chip pistachio with chocolate chips inside and drizzled with more chocolate. Ube vanilla, sweet and complex, and I loved the purple. Black coffee, possibly my favorite, with the strong coffee flavor. Each of these were delicate and crisp on the outside, creamy on the inside. Perfection!!! Chocolate Chip ricotta cake: Looked like a small piece, but this thing was DENSE. Soft, moist, and generously studded with chocolate chips. I was pretty full when I finished everything. Staff was very nice and accommodating. I really enjoyed coming here and loved how their pastries and desserts are works of art on their own. I can't wait to try more! read more

Beautiful shop that has an assortment of baked goods and has coffee matcha and even refreshers both sparkling and not. They guided me through all my questions and I ordered a hot latte (cardi). Elevenses is a rare gem of a bakery/coffee shop! I've noticed that when I go to a bakery that has coffee the bakery items will be good but not the coffee or the other way around but Elevenses has amazing coffee drinks AND delicious pastries. I've been coming here for quite some time now and they're consistently good at crafting all their menu items. I also appreciate how they're constantly switching up their menu and keeping it interesting. I'm crossing my fingers for more savory options in the future maybe? I know they do serve pretzels on the weekend but that's about it as far as I know. The associates here are professional, friendly and very efficient. Met up with my sister-in-law at Elevenses and loved how cute and cozy this coffee shop is. We both got lattes (hot for me, iced for her) and shared the Dubai chocolate olive oil cake along with a few macarons -- everything was really good. I especially loved that the cake wasn't overly sweet, just rich enough to enjoy without feeling like it's too much. This is a hidden gem in Tampa. My sister told me about it, because we are not fans if macaroons....they are pretty, but never have I ever enjoyed one, until today. I actually enjoyed it so much as I was driving away a huge truck that came out of nowhere, came speeding down the road almost ass ended me. Pretty crazy for a Saturday! Cute little coffee shop/bakery in Ybor. It's a fairly small space and it gets packed pretty quickly - it seems to be a well loved spot! There was Twilight decor everywhere, even the menu items were named with little Twilight nods their way and I thought it was so fun - I love a good theme, it just makes the simple, everyday things so much fun. I noticed from their socials that they also do a Gilmore Girls week - I don't know how often themed weeks happen, but I love that they do this - it's such a quirky, awesome way to keep things exciting. Everyone that helped us was very nice, there's a really uplifting vibe to this place. The baked goods and drinks were fantastic - the homemade pop tarts were so yummy, definitely recommend trying. The oatmeal cream pie cookies were also wonderful and I had the pear matcha for my drink - I had never tried pear and matcha together, but I would order this again! read more

A Lord of the Rings inspired coffee shop? Yes please! The shop is super cute. There's plenty of free street parking on the road. I love that every iced to go cup has a sticker. There is no wifi so it's absolutely more of a connect with others coffee shop than a WFH vibe. The ube Macaron was so fluffy. It's also cool their macarons are gluten free. The Iced Biscotti Latte was good but I will absolutely be trying a different coffee when I return. I was asked if I wanted to add an additional shot of espresso, which I declined. One of the best, if not the best, coffee shops in Tampa. Such good high quality coffee and yummy baked goods. The shop is also so cute and decorated well. Everyone is very friendly. Checked out Elevenses in Tampa - it's a super cute and aesthetic spot with a creative drink menu! We tried the Banana Carmy and Cardi V lattes. We love that their drink menu is constantly changing as they try out different combinations. Both drinks were pretty good but the banana carmy definitely surprised me because I'm not a huge banana lover. The cold foam was perfect! The cardi v had more of an iced chai / spice type of flavor profile. The Cosmic Brownie Cake looked promising and nostalgic but was just okay taste-wise. It was fairly dense (but to be expected from a cosmic brownie). The real winner was the Blueberry Lemon Bundt Cake it was bright, moist, and packed with flavor. I would come back again just for this Bundt cake! Colourful pastel atmosphere, friendly staff, and a perfect place if you're into unique drinks and a cute photo op with the girls! My favorite bakery in the seminole heights/ybor area. WOW it's just all so good. Their corn cookies are out of this world and I specifically come here to get them. A corn maple cookie may just be what you're missing in your life. The pastries are all a great size and are good to last a couple sweet treat cravings. I've also tried their macarons which are 10/10 and their olive oil cinnamon sugar cake with cream cheese frosting which was just delicious. The treats are on the pricier side compared to what you would pay in a grocery store, but it's definitely worth it. I visited on a Saturday afternoon, it was fairly busy but the line wasn't out of the door (as I've seen in photos). I got a salted orange blossom latte that was out of this world! I've had coffee at other places since and I just keep dreaming about Elevenses! I've tried a lot of coffee places and not often does somewhere get the flavor, coffee & milk ratio to such perfection. As for the baked goods I got 2 cookies & a pretzel. The cookies were both stuffed, one with Ube and the other caramel. They were out of this world, they were moist and delicious. The salted pretzel chewy and fresh as well! Parking wise you may struggle especially if it's busy and there is very limited seating inside with about 4 tables available and a few outside. read more

I have been here countless times and keep coming back! I love the rotation of baked goods that Elevenses has going on. Each theme is cute and delicious! I can't recall everything I've tried but my top 3 are the following: + Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Cinnamon Bun -- I would literally vouch that is the best thing my lips have ever touched. I need them to bring this back!! + Oatmeal Pies -- I know this sounds basic, but trust me when I tell you I literally asked my boyfriend to buy me enough of them to make it the shape of a birthday cake for me. + I cannot recall what it was called but it was served around the holidays and it was a slice of cake that had cranberry and corn? What an amazing bakery, pinch me, I'm in Gilmore Girls heaven! I absolutely love this place. The pastries are delicious, and the attention to detail is incredible. I tried the almond tart, and it was phenomenal. The Fruity Pebbles macaron was a perfect 10/10. The New York Cheesecake macaron, I have no idea how they managed to capture that classic cheesecake flavor in a macaron, but they did, and it was amazing. The pistachio macaron was also delicious, so rich and flavorful with real pieces of pistachio inside that made it even better giving it that extra crunch. The Luke's brownie had the perfect texture, melting with every bite. This was my first visit, after seeing on Instagram, that they do a Gilmore Girls-themed menu. The decor added to the experience, and I loved the outdoor seating options in the wrap around porch. They even have themed drinks inspired by the show. While the coffee itself wasn't my favorite, it paired well with the pastries and balanced everything out. I also loved that they have merchandise available, with so many cute Luke's stickers and pictures that any Gilmore Girls fan would appreciate. The wall decor was adorable! Despite how busy and packed it was, the service was great and pretty fast. I really appreciated the girl at the counter being so patient with me while I took in all the details of this cute bakery. The only small downside is the lack of available parking due to the location, which is right in the neighborhood on Columbus. Luckily, I found a spot right in front. I finally had a chance to venture to Elevenses the other day. I found out about them after having their divine macarons which are served at Tea Bella on Davis Island and at Oxford Exchange. They have a small cafe in the Ybor neighborhood. Staff is friendly and the decor is cute. I sat outside and tried their Biblo's birthday cake which is a black tea infused cake with ganache and honey buttercream. All of their sweets are beautiful and they have many vegan options. The cake was an interesting array of flavors. I was surprised to get a lot of salt with the sweet. Of course, I had to grab a macaron for later. The macarons are my favorite. The interior decor is too cute and the sweet treats are endless. I drove nearly 2 hours after my flight landed to get a box of baked goods! I'm so happy that Elevenses is now a store front, I remember going to pop-up markets and coffee shops just to get my hands on some of these macarons! Loved Elevenses! So much passion and detail is put in to all of the wonderful desserts and drinks served here. Been loving on Elevenses on IG for some time, & when I visited, I was not disappointed at all. This is the type of vibe I love inside and it kept reminding us of some of our fave places visited. From the outside building to the inside decor. The girls working were super friendly and welcoming and we talked to them for some time while sitting on the comfy couch. Our favorite was the Thai tea cake which I swear is not something you can find just anywhere. We also had a couple macarons and a wonderful soft cookie(to go), & a peach cloud latte. Their menu changes every week, & I look forward to checking it out each week. I also love how they have themes at times and these times the place gets so crowded with lines outside. I haven't had that experience yet. Look forward to visiting again and trying all of what she has to offer. Such a great variety for desserts, flavors, drinks that you just can't find anywhere! Definitely a must stop and just know to check for her posted menu on the website, and also that they are open Wednesdays to Saturdays. Top-notch baked goods, A+ themes and stellar service Headed to Elevenses today after we got wind of the LOTR theme they were having for their one-year anniversary. I was NOT disappointed. The location is easy to get to and we easily found parking up front of the shop on the street. Upon entering, we were greeted with the vision every foodie delights in - a full bakery display of delights. Each pastry and goodie had a Hobbit/LOTR name, or flavor or aspect tying it to the franchise. Unique combinations, colors and textures were everywhere. They do themes as previous reviews have mentioned, and they also do non-themed stretches as well. I'm sure they are all delicious. We decided to enjoy our treats on site, and chose the Banoffee Pavlova, Bilbo's Birthday cake, Mines of Moria coffee and Mordor iced beverage. The Banofee Pavlova was delightful. Pavlovas are so unusual to see on a menu, so I ALWAYS order them when I encounter them, to encourage future offerings. This one had banana, toffee syrup and a glorious custard. It was like a banana cream pie met up with a pavlova shell and had a party. The cake was worthy of someone's eleventy-first birthday indeed. Earthy matcha combined with sweet carrot cake, vanilla cinnamon cream cheese frosting...the balance on this cake was perfection. 10/10 would get this cake again. And again. The drinks were fabulous to behold, the Mines of Moria dazzled with it's black holo glitter top and wizard hat foam design. The staff was friendly and accommodating. I I've gone in to Elevenses after hearing about it form a coworker. I have enjoyed coming here every few weeks to get a coffee and a baked good. I like the salted caramel pumpkin spice latte. I get that with Oatmilk and it so so good! I have tried their pop tarts and some fo the cookies. My favorite baked goods so far are: Tracy's nut cookie, the pumpkin pop tart, and the Nilla cakie. The service is great and helpful! The atmosphere is nice and you can sit to read or do work while you enjoy your coffee. I recommend trying Elevenses! read more

Yes, I'm a fan. Great local business to support. Delicious baked sweets, and creative drinks. I love that they have periodic specials - they have done a Gilmore Girls themed weekend, and most recently they did a The Office themed weekend, which is what I showed up for. They were also doing a Christmas in July theme. The location is in an up and coming area. Plenty of street parking was available. The store inside is cute and bright. They opened at 12 pm, and I was there at 1:30 pm, but I missed out on the fresh baked pretzels, which bummed me out. They recommend placing an order in advance to ensure getting what you want. I did end up with an assortment of items though: the Kevin's Chili pop tart, which was excellent. Two macarons which were fantastic. And the Classy Christmas Cake which was heaven, although at $10/slice this will just be a special occasion treat. I also got one of their specialty drinks called the Shrute Matcha Latte, which I did not love, because the combo of flavors was just too off for me. But, I would love to try one of their regular drinks next time I go, because they look divine. This is dangerously close to my house, and I foresee me becoming a regular. read more

Me and my best friend were super excited to go here because I am the BIGGEST Gilmore Girls fan. Parking was surprisingly easy to find when we arrived, which was pretty early, probably because it is located on a residential street. The line to get in was not as long as I thought it would be, it took around 30 minutes, but I can't say how long it takes on a regular day. I ordered the pumpkin pie spice latte and I couldn't taste any flavor other than the coffee, it definitely wasn't on the sweeter end of coffees I've had. My friend ordered the Sweet Iced Tea and said it was bitter and lacking flavor. Of the sweet treats we got, the s'mores brownie was by far the best. It was really sweet, almost unfinishable but still really good. The next best thing was the maple bundt, also really sweet but a little less. We actually scraped the frosting off this and the cake alone was delicious. The coffee cake was good but this was another one we had to scrape the frosting off of to lessen the sweetness. The corn cookie was our least favorite, which was disappointing because we love corn flavored desserts. The frosting was too sweet and the cookie flavor just didn't stand out. The decorations did make going here worth it though and I enjoyed getting to take photos. read more
