The staff and leadership were straightforward, professional, and made the purchase possible with minimal effort on my part. Having since experienced a few models from the brand and the effort (or "marathon", as some call it) that comes with it, I appreciate the value of the direct and no-fuss communication from the Devons team back then. Over the years, I have been a loyal customer, purchasing my wedding ring, a Mother's ring, and my daughter's birthstone ring from you. During my visit, I requested to have my rings resized and two small diamonds replaced. The gentleman who assisted me looked at the rings and stated it would be "too much" to have them sized. He never measured my finger to determine the required size and ultimately sent me away without any assistance. I later called and spoke with Rose. While she offered an apology, she seemed indifferent to the fact that your store has lost a long-term, valued customer due to this experience.
