Carly is the absolute best! She microbladed my horrible brows in 2018 and I've been going back ever since. She microbladed my brows and later we did powder brows because I like them bold. Carly is magic. Carly is super-responsive with communication. I contacted Carly via her website in the late afternoon and she had responded by the early evening. She made me feel really comfortable during our sessions while remaining professional and attentive. Went for a 2 year follow up and the new line of ink Carly used made my eyebrows red. I had brought it to her attention and she promised to fix it. Long story short, I reached out to her via texts and emails for months trying to set up an appointment but she never responded. It wasn't until I posted on her social media that she finally contacted me and came up with in my opinion "lame ass excuses", blaming her friend for not responding to clients on her behalf, along with a list of tragic encounters during her move to Santa Barbara. I chose Carly Miles to microblade my eyebrows based on a few years of research and talking to many people about it. Without a doubt, Carly has the Best reputation in Ventura County because she knows what she's doing and she does it well.
