They had about 5 beers to choose from all of which I would never ever drink nor would anyone else in our group which is saying a lot because we all have pretty diverse tastes. All of the beers were like $18, even the garbage beers. I expect that price as we pay $19/beer at the hockey games but the arena offers a great selection. I'll pay $19 for a good beer. I saved lots of money at The Underground since they don't have any beer worth drinking. The bartenders at the bar on the left were not friendly and not interested in answering any questions. We ventured to the bar on the right and a few of us ordered mixed drinks.

There's literally NOWHERE to park in the area for free. Th cheapest lot we found was around the corner and at the end of the street in a gravel lot and it was 12 bucks. Parking right at the venue is 40 bucks. 2. Drink and beer prices inside are way high. A shaker cup cocktail is 20 bucks and it's ALL ice. Refills are 17 bucks!!!! Another thjng I didn't like is that the box office is not attached to the venue and is up the street and they didn't take cash for tickets there. They also don't give you a paper ticket...they digitally text you a receipt and your tix too. Security has a walk through metal detector and they wand folks as well.

The short female security with a white stud was extremely rude, clearly didn't know the policies, and took my vape even though I'm 22, not even letting me take it to my car -- something that's never happened to me before. Meanwhile, right after, I saw a dude hitting his and another group smoking a blunt inside the club. They pick and choose who they enforce rules on -- personally, I've gotten free shots from the bartenders while other people get punished. Speaking of shots, they're overpriced and barely poured the correct amount of liquor. On top of that, there's tons of underage drinking, with underage girls getting into the club with zero issue, and I even heard rumors about human trafficking connected to this place -- completely insane. I used to be a regular and loved this place, but after this level of negligence, favoritism, and outright danger, I will never go back. Prices are on par for Charlotte. Parking is always issue so you'll probably have to walk a long ways or get an Uber. They do offer coat check-in for $2, which I thought was amazing bc a lot of places don't have that, and you have to walk around with a jacket in your arms all night. There are basically two rooms. The main room had tropical vibes and music playing all night with a couple of VIP sections and a big bar to purchase drinks and the restrooms. Attached to this room is more of their covered patio room. This is where they played reggaeton all night. The bar was in the back, and most of the VIP tables took up most of the room, and it was IMPOSSIBLE to move once it got packed. It's a nice place, BUT it's super small! Like you can't move once you're shoved into one spot and dancing can become impossible. The women's restroom only has about 2 stalls, so even waiting for the restroom took about 30+ minutes. This place would definitely be much better if it were a bit bigger! I dont think I would go out of my way to come back here again BUT if I'm ever in the area I wouldn't mind stepping in as long as it's still early enough to get in free and skip the lines. Parking is trash also. There are no spots at all. Better to Uber/Lyft or have someone just drop you off.
