What a lovely winery and charming inn. Upon arrival, I received a complimentary wine tasting. The staff was knowledgeable and the selection was very good. The view from the top floor room looks out onto the vineyard, with Seneca Lake further in the background. If I woke up to this view everyday, my life would be complete! The room was very clean and a cold bottle of wine was awaiting us in the refrigerator. I can't wait to go back.

Inside the room..king bed with patio.

Very conveniently located, quiet and great views. I do recommend trying the restaurant on site. We also recommend the FLX Wienery which was less than 1 mile away, if you need to grab a quick bite before checking in. When you are wine tasting all afternoon, it is so convenient to be able to take a short break to cool off and relax in your room and get freshened up before walking to dinner. The grounds were clean and the interior was thoughtfully decorated. The room delivered everything that was promised and earned high marks from my boyfriend for the firm mattress and high marks from me for the whirlpool which was clean and actually worked! And the room had enough towels to cover a few dips in it. The patio view was just what I was hoping for and the complimentary bottle of chilled wine couldn't have been better. I did feel that one of the staff was not welcoming. (Although every other staff member we met were great!) We would consider coming back again, especially if there was a special promotion or special event.

The view from the inn is fantastic. The balcony seating is great for an afternoon glass of wine. A bottle of wine is included in the stay and room service is available. The restaurant is decent although limited selections right now. Very easy check in and check out. Rooms are spacious and the fireplace was a great perk.

Stayed here for 2 nights for an early 4th of July vacation and it was fabulous. The inn has a gorgeous view of the Seneca Lake and located on the property behind their vineyard. The rooms are comfortable, spacious, and clean. The hotel even included a bottle of wine and free wine tasting at their winery for each person and each day staying at the inn. Glenora is located on the west side of the lake, which is limited in food choices, but they have a nice restaurant on the premise.

Nice except people dropping F-bombs every 10 seconds, & partiers later. Nothing w/ Inn itself, but made our expensive stay less romantic

I understand it's Covid time and I have to say that everyone here was very polite, helpful. The housekeeping staff was very, very loud, though. They were knocking on the neighbor's doors and we about hit the ceiling. The doors all slam loud and the Inn gave us the room right next to the main entrance, (of course). The walls were beyond thin. I think if they were built with paper we would have had more quiet. We learned more about the neighbor's lives than we really wanted to. And the last thing I want to say is that the shower drain did not drain. I had to wait about 15 minutes before I could get in the shower after my friend had. If this in is going to charge what they do for one night and one of these rooms, and they glamorize it on their website, they should live up to it.

This was an amazing place to stay overnight. The small, cozy, environment with breathtaking views was perfect for our trip (even during a march winter storm weekend). We booked through hotels.com which made it more reasonable for us and could definitely help people out in the summer months. This price included two complimentary glasses of champagne, a bottle of their wine, and free wine tastings for two people at the winery. This was all a cherry on top of the reservation price and views!! I can't wait to visit and stay another time when we can enjoy the patio!

We checked in yesterday and we have decided that when we come to the Finger Lakes, this is where we will stay! Rooms are clean and spacious. You get a complimentary bottle of wine and 2 bottles of water in your room. You also get a complementary glass of wine at check in! Also free wine tastings for 2 people! Happy hour at the bar is nice. Try the chicken fingers and fresh cut fries ! Enough for 2 people! You get tastings at the on-site winery ! The view of Seneca Lake from your room is absolutely beautiful!

After decades of travel, we're pretty picky about our hotel accommodations. We found this gem while wine touring. Well appointed rooms with fantastic views of Lake Seneca. On the same grounds as the Winery and convenient to Watkins Glen. Friendly staff who greeted us with a complimentary bottle of wine and tasting passes. We visited in early June so the crowds were light and room rates less than $200. Plan on staying here on future visits.

A great place to have a wedding. Gorgeous views, even on gray winter days, the view is spectacular. Wedding was in the Veraisons restaurant, including the ceremony. Late April, the weather was good, not sunny and hot, but pretty decent for spring. Again, even with some gray clouds and cool temps, green grass, but no visible green on the vines or trees yet, it was amazing. Patio deck was a great extension of the indoor space. Inside, the wall of windows don't let you forget the location. The restaurant has added a bar/lounge area as of early 2010. Now, they have several beers on tap.. Almost all local micro-brews!! Wagner, Ithaca, Custom Brewcrafters... also had a Sam Adams seasonal. Obviously, I think these are excellent selections. Being at Glenora Wine Cellars, they only serve their own wine, which isn't great, but fair. Food was excellent, I had a large filet mignon, and the apps during the cocktail hour was amazing (especially the cheese platter, supposedly all local cheeses including an amazing brie! Staff in the restaurant and inn was also very attentive, polite, and welcoming. Perhaps one of the best reasons to have a wedding here is that your guests can sleep on-site (no drinking & driving). We took over the entire place. All the rooms face the lake, with either a deck or patio area. Post-wedding partying was easy as you could walk around outside to determine where the after-party was. The rooms were very nice, some comforters seemed a little old, but the bathrooms were beginning (very very beginning) to show their age. The room's cleanliness was immaculate, beds were comfortable, but again, rooms were beginning to show their age. Rooms would get 4.5 stars. Rumor was that ESPN takes over the entire facilities during the Watkins Glen races. While this was a review for the inn during a wedding, I think it would be a great romantic spot for a weekend getaway, however, I'm sure the word will get out about its wedding capabilities it'll be booked for most of the year.

Don't get me wrong, it's expensive. But for once I felt like I'd gotten my money's worth! Everything everywhere was meticulously clean and well-kept. Our room was spacious and bright, with a private balcony and chairs, a couch and coffee table, and a full table that allowed us to take comfortable advantage of the room service breakfast. Potpourri sachets in the closet, free water bottles in the lobby, free coffee stations on each floor, and chocolates every night on the pillows--details, people! We also enjoyed the indoor pool and hot tub, and of course the gorgeous patio and firepits overlooking the lake which was 80% of the reason we booked here. All of the staff we encountered, from the front desk to the housekeepers, were very friendly. I did think it was a little strange that the fitness center was in a whole different building and you have to walk across the parking lot to get to it, but hey--you get your steps in. The hotel is also very centrally located. On the water, of course, but next door to Seneca Harbor Station from which you can book lake cruises. It's also less than a mile from the entrance to Watkins Glen State Park and hiking trails and only a 5-10 minute walk from most restaurants. We did most things on foot. When you do get back in the car, there are multiple wineries within a 15-minute drive. The only problem the whole visit was the hotel internet, which was terrible every day. You could make do in the daytime, but at night, when everyone was back in their rooms after the day out exploring, it was slow to the point of unusable, and I ended up turning on my data hotspot to even be able to check my email. I would not suggest bringing time-sensitive work with you, and you should not expect to be able to stream videos on your devices. Just disconnect, you'll be less frustrated. There is an onsite restaurant and bar, and while it's nothing mind-blowing, it is a nice option to have (and is one of the few "higher end" type places in Watkins Glen). Menu includes a few of the standard local wines, which was nice!

The view from the patio is amazing. We enjoyed some time just sitting outside watching boats sail around the lake. For the July 4th fireworks, we sat on the deck (which is exclusive for guests) right on the water. We could not have asked for a better view. As much as we liked the atmosphere of the room, we liked the owners even better. We interacted mostly with Olga, who was so sweet and accommodating. Anything we needed was provided. She treated us to a fresh watermelon, and even allowed my wife (who is a die-hard Buffalo Bills fan) to take a Bills glass that was in the freezer home.
