Shane did a remarkable job on my kitchen backsplash. Clean, prompt, fair price. I highly recommend.

He stayed in contact with us every day of our project, coordinated everything with the individuals teams that were doing the work (tile, paint, drywall, electrician, etc) and it was an incredibly smooth process. The Teamwork crew was some of the hardest working people we've ever had work on our house. They made this process worth every minute and penny. The price was very fair and the quality of work was top notch. Luce, was also on our team and worked incredibly hard for us. Between Avi and Luce we couldn't have accomplished this project and we are so grateful. We will use Teamwork again in the future and will request Avi again personally!

The team appeared comfortable working on bathroom renovations; however, the shower diverter was not installed correctly, which caused the handle to be improperly aligned. We later hired a licensed plumber to inspect and correct the issue. Overall, the quality of work did not meet our expectations. Some aspects of the workmanship appeared rushed, and based on our experience, I would recommend exercising caution with detail-oriented tasks such as wood staining, drywall, painting, or door hardware installation. This project did not go as smoothly as anticipated, and I would not choose to work with this company again.

I really liked their customer service and the high quality of their cabinets. Unfortunately, as my house was getting close to completion, I flew in to meet in person to work on the kitchen project and they quoted me $66k now. I understand prices are increasing during the pandemic but not nearly triple. It looks like on top of the price increases, they may have counted the wrong number of cabinets needed for the project. I tried to work with them cause I wanted it to work out but ultimately, I would have had to make too many sacrifices to fit the budget such as not doing some upper cabinets and doing open shelving instead. In making these edits, they could get it down to $45k, still double the original quote and with too many sacrifices. If I calculate cabinets, counters, GC work, etc, the kitchen would be well over $100k. For that price, you should just go with a fully custom kitchen company. If I wasn't building a new house, building out a big pool and deck and all these other incredibly expensive projects, I would have liked to go with UB, but their pricing was more than I think I'd worth for semi custom

We met over 3 weekends to come up with a design that worked for us, with some fantastic solutions that eliminated the issues with flow and storage in our kitchen & laundry room. From design to execution, the team at kitchen central worked well, delivering a functional kitchen to us in much less time that we had anticipated. They showed up early everyday and worked with us to ensure that we were getting our requirements met. When we wanted some enhancements they were quick to adjust. They have an exceptionally skilled team headed by Michael that handled everything from demolition, floor, tiling, plumbing, countertop & backsplash fabrication , drywall & painting to hanging sleek sliding doors to installing appliances and also worked on our lighting which made a huge difference. They delivered to us a breathtakingly beautiful & well functioning kitchen on time and with great quality of workmanship. Our laundry room is a lot more usable with the solutions they came up with. We highly recommend this team for any kitchen remodels. They aim to please with their design and meticulous project planning. This is the most hard working crew we've seen. It was a pleasure working with them, we're happy to give them this review. Rick wasn't afraid of special requests and worked creatively to accomodate all of my wants, needs, and wishes. Rick helped us to source ideal materials for our kitchen and made suggestions that helped enhance the functionality of the space. Additionally, we have a toddler and his team did an excellent job working to accomodate nap schedules, playgroups, and cleaning up diligently to ensure our little one's safety in our home during construction. Several months after the remodel, when I had one or two minor issues (so small that I can no longer even recall what it was), Rick came out personally to fix them and ensure that everything was still meeting his standard of excellence. One of my dogs recently chewed one of the cabinet facings that housed the built in trash can, and Rick- who paid careful attention to my love for my baking and cookbook collection- also helped me to come up with a cookbook cabinet solution that will be built to put in its place (and will be far less enticing to our hungry pups!). We plan to do a gut remodel of our master bathroom in the near future, and we will use Austin Kitchen and Bath for that as well without hesitation. We did not realize until speaking with several remodelers that the remodeler takes your vision to fruition. Selecting home materials is largely up to the customer, which was acceptable to us. Transparently, there are a numerous decision points from picking out the tile and backslash to knobs and grout color. Naftali was our project manager and provided recommended vendors like ProSource, Tri-Supply and Ferguson Home who had representatives with expertise that help narrow our decision on many items. Speaking with folks like Kathleen at ProSource was extremely helpful. The Tri-Supply representatives, Jonathan and Alissa, were extremely helpful also. To do a remodel is not inexpensive. You pay the remodeler for construction work. In addition, you pay for all materials...large and small. Throughout the process, Naftali was in constant contact with us via phone. We received texts from him virtually every day. When we raised concerns, he did his best to resolve them in a timely manner. If we were to give constructive critique, Naftali or an English-speaking project manager should have been on site more to supervise an all-Spanish-speaking crew. In addition, about 70% of the job was done with excellence. The other 30% took some rework and more preventative precautions would have enhanced the process. While we found some exceptions, Naftali ensured those exceptions were corrected. In fact, he sent out two experts for a couple of updates. Watching our ideas come to life was incredible. Walking into our newly remodeled bathroom feels like we are walking into a model home. Overall, we were pleased with the remodel and look forward to using our newly renovated bathroom for many years to come.
