I had monthly meetings with Bianca and I would pick up the monthly dosage the following day. She's very knowledgeable and started me off at the lowest dosage of 2.5mg and continued to the second month since I was still losing weight. The food noise started at the end of month two so she increased the dosage to 3.0mg. Before I started going here, I had already loss 12lbs and this place helped me lose the next 10lbs but at a healthier rate. I was losing an average of 1.2lbs a week here versus 2.5lbs at the previous place. They also have the body scan that you do when you pick up the dosage. This was helpful to see all aspects of your body rather than just weight loss alone. Overall, I am very pleased with the service that Bianca provided. They took my vitals, blood work that I have already had from UCLA, and made me stand on their scale. From last time that I have seen them, I have lost 50 lbs. That was few years ago. Lindora is a metabolic health and wellness clinic focussed on improving energy, confidence, and weight loss under personal supervision. They also sell vitamins/minerals and if you want, you can sign up for their diet program and purchase food from them. That will eventually happen later. You also need to keep a journal and count your points by what you eat/drink. Their facility along with gender neutral restroom was super clean. I am very pleased with the care and attention that I got from this facility and looking forward to seeing them again very soon.
