At this point, my natural lashes are very short, sparse, and also falling out, which has been frustrating. I did reach out the following day, and they were initially responsive. I was out of town that weekend and wasn't able to return to the salon for a redo. After a few text messages back and forth, however, communication stopped. I appreciate that they initially responded and that the technician was pleasant, but unfortunately, based on my experience, I would not return.
