The shop is unassuming from the front it's in a little shopping area but don't let that fool you this place is top notch. Not only was my chai tea delicious we got to see kayakers sail by on the water as we were waiting on it!! But alas, more about my drink the consistency is a little thicker but the flavor is so on point even the ice couldn't touch it. I also didn't want to have an argument in front of my children, so I swallowed a lot of what I wanted to say. I can't say what motivated the difference in treatment, but as a Latina woman, I noticed it and it made me uncomfortable--especially when I later watched difficult interactions happen with two other Latino tables as well. I was glad to see apologies and much warmer treatment afterward, but our initial interaction had already affected what should have been a nice family breakfast. Thankfully, a second server eventually took care of us and our experience with her was much better. We ultimately waited around another 40 minutes for our food. I'm not writing this because I expect special treatment. I expect the same basic courtesy given to every other guest. Whatever the reason for the initial behavior, responding "whatever" when a customer politely tells you his name is disrespectful and unnecessary. I hope management takes this feedback seriously, because no guest should leave a breakfast table wondering why their family seemed to be treated differently.

We ordered a hot latte and the daily special, an iced banana bread latte, and both were excellent. The banana bread latte was especially delicious, with just the right balance of sweetness and coffee flavor. Beyond coffee, they offer fresh juices, açaí bowls, and a variety of breakfast bites, making it a great one-stop spot for breakfast or a quick morning pick-me-up. The space itself is beautifully curated and thoughtfully designed, creating a welcoming atmosphere that's perfect for easing into the day.
