False advertisement! The store advertised 30% off all online orders. I picked strains from their website that said 30% off and when I got to the store they charged me full price. I confirmed the strains I picked should be 30% off as they are advertised as such on the website and I had an order total confirmation on my phone. They tried to tell me it didn't matter because they had a piece of paper inside which was not advertised when checking out online or in person.*(see edit) The staff was very rude to me when I brought up the mistake. I will not be giving anymore business to this pot shop unless they fix their mistake. *Edit: During checkout there is a small statement that states some products may not receive the discount. However, the reason for why the discount did not apply was not brought to my attention at physical checkout before I paid. The budtender simply said, "the discount was applied." and asked for a different amount than I was quoted for online. HOW TO FIX: You should fix your website to accurately portray which items can and cannot have the discount applied. At the very least just add a page/note to your website listing which products cannot use the online discount. WHY THIS NEEDS TO BE FIXED: The result of this type of false advertisement hurts your customers in at least two ways. 1. Customers with limited budgets may not be able to afford the higher price and be forced to spend more time in store making decisions about what they can buy, causing the line wait times to increase during social distancing. 2. Customers who are withdrawing money may not have enough and are forced to withdraw again accruing more ATM fees and once again increasing wait times. read more

I order 2 hours early online for 12-1 pick up. I show up at 12:30, the budtender sold 3 grams of what I ordered to the person in front of me, then told me they're out. After that they try and upsell me more expensive things because they couldn't fill my order. There is literally no reason to order from here, Kush21 gives a discount for online orders, has a better parking lot, nicer budtenders, and better prices. This is the first time I've went to "The Joint" in over a year and the owner asked me why I havent been back in a long time. It is simple The Joint does not treat customers like people buying from a legitimate business, more like a random person buying drugs from the neighborhood dealer. Poor inventory and the inventory they do have is not good. Poor sThis is a last resort option I live blocks away but take a BUS to buy my goods and will only come here if I'm short for time or if i want something other than flower like an edible. This evening I went to The Joint in Burien. This was my first time going. The store was super clean. The staff were so helpful. I was helped by Rick. He was so kind and helpful. I had a ton of questions about CBD oil vs RSO. He was so knowledgeable and based on my answers he was able to provide me with products better suited to my needs. I can't say enough nice things about this young man. There is so much to learn about these products and he was super patient with all of my questions. His excellent customer service has guaranteed that I will return to your store. Additionally, I will not hesitate to recommend your store to my friends and family. Front door states they can't take vertical ID's. Saw that before I walked in so I told him I saw the sign and asked where the next closest place would be and the man gave a vague, rude answer.
