Outstanding, clean, friendly, definitely coming back! Out of all the chiropractors I've visited surrounding Los Angeles county, this is the BEST one. The customer service is top tier at this location. I really appreciated how despite others being ahead of me in line, the receptionist Crystal took the time to welcome me; usually in a packed lobby, people go unnoticed, but not here. Crystal thoroughly explained the services The Joint offered and even went above & beyond to ask me more questions about my back pain; it didn't feel like I was talking to a robot for once, she actually knew what she was talking about. Ive been going to the joint for years usually switching between Monterey Park, Alhambra, and Arcadia. Today was my first time trying this location. The adjustment did nothing for me and the dr just seemed to "nervous" or "off" where i didn't feel comfortable letting them know i didn't like the adjustment. They also would not stop trying to sell me the subscription even after telling them no 6 times... I wouldn't come back to this location.. Please check with our front desk so they can help you schedule your visit. I have been to the Downey clinic a few times and the Dr.'s are great but the manager, Kelly is so rude and unprofessional and has zero knowledge of anything when I have spoken with her. I would give five stars as I've been coming here for over two years now and have been seeing chiropractors in general for over two decades and at least two to three times a week. But this last chiropractor they have on rotation causes some discomfort for me while providing maintenance to my former gymnastics body. He dose not do any side diversified adjustments with your leg over. But only the Thompson drop. Which is ok but did not do the job. What caused me discomfort was when he adjusted my top ribs with the neck manipulation while face down on the table. Normally this is done while laying or even on the chair but it came with no warning and cause discomfort for a few days afterwards. I don't want to say his name here but it does have four letters in it. read more

I've been coming here for years with my husband. Dr Himes is very attentive and makes sure he gets all the problems my husband has.

I hate saying negative things about places but this place was very rude. My sister made an appointment for 1 pm and she came 2 minutes before 1 pm and there was someone ahead of us already so technically we didn't talk to them until 1:03. We were inside before one so who thought we were all set. Then it was our turn to talk to them and the lady at the front desk told us that we have to come in at 3:00pm since we came in at 1:00pm. Mind you, she had made an appointment at one and told my sis to come at one. What she should have said through the phone was for my sis to come in at 3:00pm. She had an attitude with us and it almost sounded like she was excited to tell us to come in at 3:00pm instead. There was also only one patient waiting inside and then he left so it was just us.
