Great place don't get me wrong!!! My husband loves going here. However!!!! He signed up for the monthly plan. And had it going for a while. We were blessed to welcome a new baby into the family. And as everyone knows money gets tight. So we canceled 3 months ago. They still continued to deduct money from the account. We were understanding. Stuff happens! Then again the second month it happens. I called and spoke to them they said they would take care of it and sorry for the inconvenience. So not today I'm already short in my account and now am over drawn. And I call and ask for the manager. Shatia is er name! And she ask what is going on. And starts by saying that she knows her associates know what they are doing and pretty much called me a liar nicely saying that she will have to track phone record because she doesn't think I spoke to anyone. Then goes on telling me that there is a paper that needs to he filled out for cancelation. And I explained for 3 months I ha e never been told this! And now all the sudden! This is the issue. She then nicely in her own words called me a liar. Stating that all her workers know this is how it is done there.so again I'm a liar!!!! Horrible customer service!!! On her end. Never had experienced this type of customer service there. I have worked in customer service for over 20 years and am appalled by the way it was handled and extremely pissed. read more

Maybe it was miscommunication or lack of training or maybe I wasnt clear enough. Went in nearly 3-4 months ago. I was very pleased with the service I received so I decided to enroll in one of their plans. I was under the impression that the sessions weren't lost every new month, but that they would simply rolled over. In fact, we asked the gentleman in the front (twice) if sessions rolled over - we were assured that they did and that we didn't need an appointment when visiting the chiropractor. False! Double false! Apparently, we always chose going on busy days so walk-ins weren't possible. After the 3 months I called and explained to their receptionist in South Gate, what was going on and that it's now been 3 months (as required) so we just wanted to cancel (we only used the service twice). She informs us that the guy who enrolled us should of explained to us that we needed to go in a month ahead to cancel. At this point I'm just upset so I call the original place where we enrolled (Downey). He swears that he explained everything to us, and that he can give us 2 extra sessions blah blah blah. I tell him we are not interested and that we just want to cancel. He tells me that he has noted the account and that he was still going to honor the extra sessions for the inconvenience- Again I refuse because fool me once shame on you, fool me twice shame on ME. He goes on to say, I simply need to come in and signed some paperwork but that there won't be any more charges from this point on! LIES!! I'm just over this place! I'm over the lack of honesty and misleading information that was provided. Stay away! And if you do enroll make sure you cancel on your second month so it can be discontinue by the third. Came in for the first time and after waiting for about 5 minutes at the unattended counter, I was turned away. Apparently they don't take in new "patients" after 5pm for the first time discounted rate. Not to mention they also offer $10 off for first time check in via yelp. Just extremely surprised that I got turned away. First time ever having a business turn me away. Business owner myself and just completely caught off guard to be honest. Dr.Kevin was awesome. He gave me a lot of useful information about posture and getting my posture corrected. Probably the worst experience ever. Was scheduled for an appointment at 6:30 which I guess they can't schedule pass 6:15. The admin Shirley (SWEETEST LADY) says she will make an exception. 7 PM comes. DR. Kevin comes out and says I refuse to see this patient. Starts yelling abruptly at his admin demeaning her. I explain all good sir you don't have to speak to her that way. He replies "I can speak to her anyway I want". He proceeded by storming out and I can tell she was embarrassed she says I apologize he isn't usually like this. This is probably a great establishment and Kevin is probably a great chiropractor but after seeing the way he treated her not even the way he treated a future customer I would never want to be apart of this team. Very dissapointed I told Shirley get a new job she was working her butt off and hate to see a man demean a woman. As a future customer her could have pulled me aside. He did all this in the lobby and really gave it to her extremely unprofessional his excuse for leaving was "I told my wife I'm coming home for dinner". Chiropractors are good , but they lock the door before their closing time and won't let you in even though they have patients. So if it's 15-20 min before their closing time, don't bother. read more

Great quick adjustment for when you're extremely compressed from international travel. I had the membership when I lived in Colorado and it helped immensely so when I came back to LA I was happy to see one. Crystal really makes my visits memorable. I am recovering from both a back and a knee injury and these visits I make 3 to 4 times a month could have be near panic-attack inducing. "They're going to move something the wrong way" I remember telling my husband long before we decided to take the plunge at subscribe to their services for the long haul. I was met with a boastful "Hello and welcome" Crystal not only remembered my name but remembered the sound of my voice! I called in once and she said "yeah I remember you Judy and how is your daughter doing?" before I was able to introduce myself....and I was calling from my work line not my cell phone! The doctors are all wonderful. They greet you kindly and treat you well and never fail to ask if there is anything else they can do or another area we'd to focus on. I'm doing better. Much better and I credit a lot of my improvement to the wonderful team here as it stands right now on October 2, 2021 [because things can change...I am aware] I'll be in tomorrow!! read more

First time I'm leaving a review; I felt I had to! I went to this place because I saw review for dr Kevin being a good chiropractor, I went in to see him and I regret it! When he adjusted me he was really rough and I was so uncomfortable... he adjusted me so hard that I saw stars and felt light headed! I went home and took Tylenol to help my massive headache and hasn't gone away. He advised me to come back to see him everyday while pointing at himself while smiling. I walked in to try and get some information about the place but the Asian man at the front desk was quick to cut me off and was SUPER rude to me and in front of everyone that was there waiting. I tried to be quick but he continued to interrupted me several times and told me that there were a lot of new patients and he didn't have time to talk to me. Who does that? THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT NEW PATIENTS. I setup an appointment for my fiancé on a Sunday @ 2:30 p.m. She's been dealing with really bad back problems and was hoping this would help. She was in pain going to this place hoping to get some relief. She showed up and the office was closed. It opened @ 2:40 and once in, they kept taking in other walk in patients before her. It was over 50 minutes and still no help. She had to leave over how frustrated she was. Terrible place. Do not go here if you're looking for a chiropractor. It was wonderful, he could pinpoint my back pain and actually helped the pain for the day. He recommended to go a few times a week to get rid of the pain and then to maintain it.
