Whenever I need chiropractic care, I always stop by The Joint. The customer service at the front desk is impeccable and they always make you feel extremely welcome. I used to come here before monthly, but I got busy with personal things and didn't have time to stop by so ultimately I had to cancel my membership :( ... I now have a reason to come back. I needed some adjustments made because I was feeling pain on my back. Anyway, the team here always does a consistent job of maintaining it for my wellness. Each chiropractor does adjustments differently, but they all do pretty much the same thing. For general maintenance, I would highly recommend the $89/month plan that comes with 4 adjustments in 1 month. But because my back was too messed up, they came up with a personalized plan to get me back in better shape lol. Eventually it'll get me to the 4 adjustments. For every additional adjustment, it's only $10 for a quick fix. I thought it was $20 each, so to me it's a great deal for getting rid of the pain and discomfort on one's back. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SCAMMERS I came in for one time visit and they pressured me into signing up for their membership $89 monthly. After my first visit I decided it was not worth the monthly plan. I decided to cancel, but they told me I had to wait until the second month to cancel. Not a problem. I waited the month and came back in person to cancel. Filled out a form to cancel and the receptionist "processed my request". She mentioned I will get an email confirmation. Six months later I'm still getting charged $89 monthly for services I had cancel and not using. I called and spoke to the manager Shateah. She didn't handle my concern in a professional matter then she started to raised her voice at me and was being defensive blaming me for the situation. I asked to speak to someone above her and she mentioned I'm out of luck because they're franchise and she's the only one I can speak to. Turns out I'm not the only person this happened to based on the other reviews. Stay away! read more

But to my surprised it was just very quick and I met Dr. Nshan who did my first adjustment. It was life changing I must say. I got a quick result right away. Came in for a quick adjustment, and maybe get back into a chiropractic routine if the new pricing was good. Dr. Himes was friendly and informative during my adjustment. The facility was clean, though the lobby very full of patients waiting. I had paperwork to fill out as a new patient, but i observed existing members check in and get seen quickly. An otherwise good experience, though i couldn't get out of here until i wrote a review on the spot, if i wanted the check in $10 discount, which was not required as a condition of the offer. (I've written this review based on my experience prior to this uncomfortable and annoying hostage situation, otherwise they'd get a 3.5 for holding me hostage!) read more

This place has met my needs everytime I've been there I'm on a plan that I pay 19 dollars a month and I only pay 15 dollars per visit and I think that's a deal instead of paying there new prices which is 45, but overall I had a knot on my neck and now it's all gone and then they also see you really fast ur in and out in like 5 mins. read more

This review is for receptionist. (Obvious lack of training customer service) I am on a monthly service. I feel robbed. When I use my free appointment and then got charged. Completely pissed me off. I call her many times because she keep putting me on hold. She refused to give me a refund but she can have the manager call me..... well nobody get back to me. She did not treat me nicely . That is the reason why I have to write negative review. She seems doesn't care and said I have the right to do. Completely unacceptable to charge unauthorized charges to any body's card. I had an appointment at the Downey location for 10:00 AM today. I arrived at approximately 9:50 AM. The doors were locked lights off. I waited walked around until my back could no longer take it. 10 o'clock. I got ready to leave;Three other people walked up I asked had they been there before? Everyone was new except one female employee who stated they forgot to give her the new key. I left.. This is not professional I suggest if you make an appointment make it after 10:00 because being prompt is not their strength.as I left the parking lot I could see employees in black scrubs rushing up to the door. lunches bags water bottles in hand.
