I had never been to a chiropractor before so the front desk girl was very helpful. I filled out some paper work and was seen by Dr. Brown. She asked me some questions and went to work! I had a run in with Dr. B over in the Rancho Cucamonga location. He didn't want to see me and told me he pretty much needed my entire medical history just to get an adjustment. I went to another location and they helped me out fine there with no hassle and no problem the Dr there didn't think xrays were necessary. I now want to come to this location because I live closer to this one. Now here I am running into Dr. B again at this location and he asks me for the xrays again and won't see me till I bring them EVEN THOUGH I WAS ALREADY SEEN AT ANOTHER LOCATION NO PROBLEM. He tell me if I bring them tomorrow I'll be seen with another doctor. Reminds me about a bad review I left over there before I leave lol. I come back the next day and before I even say anything about myself Dr. Cameron says "So Dr. B said you need xrays so you can gets those and come back. " (He doesn't know that i now have a copy of my xrays on a disc with me now ) I say "ok that's fine I have the xrays" and this guy looks at me and says "oh you do? actually you know the other doctor? You can come back when he's here." WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE ?? YOURE BOTH DOING THE SAME THING?? So I ask him "what's the difference?" And he says "It's my discretion" and i say "ok but what's the difference?" And this grown adult just keeps repeating "it's my discretion" like a child. IM DEALING WITH 2 MAN BABIES PEOPLE! JUST TO GET AN ADJUSTMENT JEZUS CRUST. These guys are holding a grudge against me lol. The front desk guy was totally nice and very professionally greeted me and talked about 4th of July that guy deserves a raise. BUT THESE OTHER 2 DRS NEED TO LEARN HOW TO BE PROFESSIONAL AND NOT ACT LIKE MAN BABIES. I call corporate to try to make a complaint but I've called multiple times different days and these guys don't even answer the phone what is up with this company ?? I never make complaints I'm a pretty patient guy, but omg I've never been so frustrated with a company that I actually have to ask someone for the corporate number for the first time in my life. I HIGHLY DO NOT recommend The Joint chiropractor in Eastvale. I went for a routine adjustment & they rejected me. I told him I'm in pain & he said I can't help you today. WHAT KIND OF "DOCTOR" are you?! He wants some X-rays first, for a routine adjustment? Whatever it doesn't matter, what turned me off is that he couldn't fulfill my SIMPLE request to take me out of my pain. I will NEVER be back. Thought I could try some place closer but nope. I've been going the The Joint in Eastvale pretty much every week since 2015. I look forward to going each week and I'm always greeted warmly by name when I arrive. I have only had the opportunity to visit the Eastvale office for a short while. But within a few days I was able to walk normally without the feeling that I waddled while walking. My lower back pain has decreased noticeably and the stiffness in my neck and shoulders has all but disappeared. The staff is very professional, courteous, and welcoming. If you feel you need to get chiropractic attention, please do not hesitate to visit the Eastvale office. It's a good idea to listen to your body when it asks for help. read more

I clearly called in ahead of time and told the very kind receptionist about needing a note with the Dr's letter head in order to excuse me from certain duty's. I was told that since I hadn't been evaluated that he would see once treated what the Dr could do for me. Once I walked in I was greated by Jordan a very kind and energetic young lady. I also met Dr.Bowen and I quickly showed him the kind of letter that I would be needing. He said "let's see what I can do after I evaluate you." The next 45 minutes were a waist of my time. Once adjusted I was told that I would need to be seen 3xs a week for 2 weeks and then 1x a week for 2 weeks. He lead me to believe that I was officially now his patient, so I quickly reminded him that I needed that letter from him. Next thing I know he's hemin and hawin about me not needing the letter because he didn't think it was necessary. He eventually started talking about him being sued in case I wasn't as injured as he thought and so on and so on...So let me get this straight I'm injured enough to receive your treatment for the next few months at $40.00 a visit? But I'm not injured enough to receive a letter stating that I'm injured and inpain? That was all I needed to hear that this Dr was not a man of honor and was just out to fleece me. As I was paying the young lady he had the audacity to tell her "oh he was only here for the letter". Yes!!! And I guess he was only out to rip me off! We could have avoided all of this had he told me as soon as I walked in through the doors and I asked for a similar letter, that he does not have the capacity to provide me with one. That being said as a new home owner to the community of Eastvale I can not in good faith ever recommend this location to my neighbors, family or friends simply because of the way I was treated. I will quickly refer them to a chiropractor with more dignity. I honestly saw myself bringing my Wife and children to this place. Oh well. ='(. I would give 0 stars if I could. read more

Came in for treatment on pinched nerve in my back & they did the job. Signed up for a 2 month membership & still got charged after the 2 months. Called & talked to a manager/receptionist that said I have to come in and sign a form and I'll get my money back. Came & signed & now they don't want to honor what they said about refunding my money. All they're after is your money. They don't clearly explain to you what's going to happen they just want you to keep coming back forever pretty much. read more

I am a sugarist and own my own business in the area and was in desperate need of some chiropractic work on my back. I was going to go into orange county to go to the joint because a couple friends had referred me but I was so happy to find one close to home! I walked into it not knowing what to expect because this was my first time ever to the chiropractor! Honestly I was scared lol but the chiro was so sweet! She explained everything and what she was going to do. Omg I was so happy and put at ease. So far I have been back a couple more times and I sure feel the difference! I've had ongoing back issues my whole life, I used to see a chiro. 2 times a week when I was younger.. Having that said, I threw my back out and was in terrible pain. I tried dealing with it as long as I could before finally giving it & checking out The Joint. I emailed about the introductory offer, and got a response within a few minutes. The whole process was smooth & easy! They don't do appointments, but they put me down for a general time to show up that night to fill out paperwork. Once I arrived there were only 2 people ahead of me. Once I was called back the doctor went over my medical history, and general questions, then within a few minutes I was popped back into place & felt immediate relief. I love that this place is local, affordable, friendly & doesn't break the bank! I will continue to visit this location as needed instead of going through my insurance - MUCH easier. I'm honestly not sure why this place even exists. My husband was experiencing back pain on a Sunday and I found this place on Yelp so we decided to go. When we got there, we were greeted by the Chiropractor. When he saw my husband he was extremely condescending. He kept asking him, "Wow, you look like you are in extreme pain. You're in a lot of pain, huh?"...then goes on to tell my husband that he cannot treat him because he would need x-rays first. When I told him about the journey we took to get there, he didn't have much to say besides, "Just have him lay down and ice his back". REALLY?! That is all you can offer us? This place is an absolute joke and the chiropractor is ALSO an absolute joke. I'm in the health profession and honestly, I'm not sure how you can be in practice or be in a helping profession when it's obvious you could care less about patients. I would absolutely not waste my time here. Go to a REAL chiropractor. read more

I love going to the joint! I especially love that they have multiple locations throughout the area so if I need an adjustment I can just look for the nearest one. Dr. Bowman works at this location. He is so knowledgeable and really cares about our spinal health. His demeanor is very warm and has a way of making you feel that you're speaking to an old friend. After an adjustment I feel much better with my posture and noticed I don't have backaches as often. Ever since I began getting adjustments regularly I have been feeling so much better throughout my daily routine and even sleep better now. I recommend this place to anyone meeting adjustments. It's also nice to know that it is reasonably priced as well. I am a very happy customer. read more

Customer service was OK but all lies. Had excruciating back pain so I called them from work to see if they could see me. The lady on the phone was very polite and said "sure!" She mentioned that they do walk ins and to be sure to come in at least 20 minutes before closing to handle paper work. So I left work early and got there by 6:13. She apologized and said they can't see me since it's after 6 (they close at 7) and that there were already 3 people waiting before me and wouldn't be able to accommodate me. I decided to try this place out for the first time as I had some neck and back problems mainly from working out no accidents or injuries and I felt like I just needed a good adjustment. I met with Dr Bowen very unprofessional and didn't even do an evaluation he told me I need to go to the hospital and provide him X-RAYS . I'm going to a chiropractor to be adjusted if I felt the need to go to a hospital why would I be at this establishment. I was hoping for a better experience as this place is down the street from me but Dr Bowen is the extremely if your a Doctor don't you think by doing an evaluation you would know where the pain comes from or do I need a real doctor to provide an evaluation. Why would a real doctor give you X-rays don't you think they would provide their own specialized care and follow up. This place is a joke there are much better places that actually care about there patients and will evaluate you and explain to you why you are feeling certain pains. read more

The prices are extremely reasonable and you rearly have to wait more than 5 minutes to see a doctor. I highly recommend this place to anyone who needs regular adjustments. If you have their membership DO NOT COME HERE. Management is unresponsive and makes you jump through hoops to get things done. Right now, I am not using my membership. So I put it on a freeze, I wanted to extent my freeze until I went back to school, so just another month. I do not live near the Eastvale location anymore. I emailed the freeze and sent a follow up email as well, NO RESPONSE. My credit card was charged! I have tried to have my account transferred over to the Riverside location more than once and they keep telling me that unless I want to cancel my membership I am unable to do that. Any real help, I get from the Riverside location. Dr. Madi is detailed during his sessions and genuinely cares for your improvement. This location is just a joke. Poor customer service. Their doctors are ehhh. Like I said, if you have this membership DO NOT SIGN UP with the Eastvale location they won't release your account to go to any other location. As for the Riverside location, thank you for helping me with this hassle. I will NOT be coming back to this location. read more

The doctors are awesome, the customer service friendly and effective. This place has an in and out adjustment model, perfect for preventive care and active people. There's a but... many times the water cooler has water but no cups, the restroom runs out of paper and broken toys are kept in the children's toy box. read more

One star because I didn't actually receive any treatment. I've had severe pain in my shoulder and decided to try chiropractic work out of desperation for some relief. We called pretty late in the day, 6:40pm and the receptionist was nice, she said if we made it in by seven they could see me. We rushed out the door and made it to the shopping center, but had a hard time locating the building. I called again, I said we were driving around the parking lot and asked what they were next to. She told me they were located by Bww, not Vons, so we drove across the parking lot. I was in the lobby at 7pm on the nose, and the same receptionist I called and talked to twice turned me away. She said they take patients until 6:59pm to try again tomorrow. I get it, business hours are business hours... but if they couldn't see me at 7pm then she should have told me that one of the two times I called! It's not easy driving with a limp shoulder, wasted my time driving over there for nothing. :( read more
