Came here because I was shopping in the area, I normally visit the Rancho Cucamonga clinic with Dr. Garcia. The girl at the front desk quickly greeted us and made me and my daughter feel at home as she looked me up. Dr. Bowen was fantastic, he made us feel comfortable and was super friendly. His adjustment was great. I liked the way he adjusted me and I felt very comfortable with his style. Been coming here for a while now. I got the monthly plan with 4 visits a month plus 10$ if you need to go within the month. Dr Bowen is pretty great! Always sweet! Front desk receptionist is wonderful too, makes you feel welcomed. Best part is my migraines are getting better each time I come. read more

Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, I would have hoped "The Joint" would have understood that a handful of us would be unavailable to walk in, but instead I'm still being charged and unable to use my session. I went today to cancel because my back and especially my hip has gotten worse. I am not able to do my running like I was used to prior the treatment. I understand that sometimes this is not for everyone. I was told I can't cancel until December and I need to bring in a Doctors note. WOW. Called ahead, explained my situation and drove directly to East Vale location. Stood in the reception area (in extreme pain) for 20 min while receptionist was "busy". Was then handed a new patient packet to complete - this could have been handed to me the minute I walked in and would have been done by the time the receptionist was available. Moving on the my nightmare visit...... After explaining to Dr Bowen that I woke up with hip pain and it had gotten worse in the past two days - I was referred to "the joint" by a co-worker. He then went on to say that they "don't do any billing" there and he will not see anyone with a work related injury. I explained that my "injury" was NOT work related in any way. He said "we also don't treat ppl who have been in car accidents". I went on to explain that there was NO car accident. It then occurred to me what was happening. I asked (exact words) "are you saying you won't treat me here" his response: "I can refer you someplace else" I explained again that I was not injured at work or in a car accident and had money with me to pay (so there would be no billing necessary) he said again that he would refer me some place else. I left in pain and humiliated as he escorted me out to the lobby (yes, there were people there watching and listening) . He told the receptionist "give her her file" which I snatched up in a hurry. In summary. I am a professional, educated middle aged caucasian woman who simply asked for an adjustment and was literally turned away by Dr Bowen today Nov 15th 2018. Unless you are a 20 something super model who "needs" a monthly maintenance plan (their top selling package) - I encourage you to find a reputable chiropractic office. NOT THIS PLACE read more

I went to the Joint because I had slept wrong and my neck/shoulders/back was is immense pain. After the lengthy intake forms I saw the Dr who explained chiropractic work to me and did an adjustment. I then had a massage at another business. I am unsure which--adjustment or massage assisted more but I did have some relief the days following. I'll likely go back and see if they can help anymore but not sure I'll continue for the price long term. read more

Great place. No appointment needed and you can be in and out quickly. My only real complaint is that I wish they posted the chiropractor's schedules and that they wouldn't randomly change. I have two guys I love to see there (the main chiropractors), but not the biggest fan of another employee that I've seen filling in. After seeing all the good reviews I wanted to give this place a shot. I called and asked if they accepted insurance and they said no. I find that kind of strange, most chiropractic offices will accept insurance since some companies give free sessions throughout the year or will cover some cost. Person who answered the phone was nice though! I gave 2 stars because to me thats a major fault... I recently came into The Joint for the first time and was refused service because i was seeking treatment following a car accident, and even had documentation from my physician stating I needed chiropractic services. I was told they didn't want to deal with insurance claims - I told them I would be paying out of pocket, and was still turned away. Nowhere on their Yelp profile OR website does it state that a person will be refused service for this reason. It's absolutely ridiculous that I could not find this information prior to planning my visit. So on top of needing treatment and continuing to be in pain because I was turned away, I wasted a morning to get there before they opened, trying to avoid a wait and knowing I'd have forms to fill out. I came in for an adjustment for a pinched nerve. I've been in a few times before and they're always really pushy to sign up for their monthly plan. This time I was charged $39 for the chiropractor to write on a piece of paper that I need to go get x-rays from my primary care doctor and sent on my way. What a waste of time and money. read more

I found the chiropractor on call to be so unprofessional and very unhelpful. I went last December and through his "exam" he started stating all sorts of stuff he thought I would have. Said I have scoliosis, no I don't have that. I have actually have x-rays years ago that shows a straight spine. Then he said I have arthritis because my neck wasn't very flexible, no I don't, it was from carrying my kid around. I went in for an adjustment yesterday due to carrying around my 5 years when she fell asleep and I carried her to the car. As a laid there for 20 minutes while he talked to another patience about personal stuff. Then when I went to explain I most likely have a herniated disk, he tell me "Well maybe maybe not" It's literally text book description of a herniated disk and it highly recommended to see a chiropractor. He wouldn't help me at all. Wanted me to get x-rays and was trying to write me a prescription to urgent care, of which you don't need a prescription to urgent care. Second you can't see a herniated disk on an x-ray. He was such a waste of time. I left and saw another chiropractor that day that was confused on why I wasn't treated. I would never recommend this place to anyone. read more

Came to this place three times in about 3 years. I only go to the chiro when I need a adjustment due to injury or something slip, I do not need to be here every week. That's not the case with this place, you can give them every detail of what is hurting and explain it to them and you can tell it falls on deaf ears. I told the chiro my lower right trapezius May be messed up (around my scapula) and it may be my rhomboid or infraspinatus, that it send pain down to my elbow. They just stare blankly at me and give me a basic assessment test that you learn in high school health class (thinking that I don't know jack of what they're doing) and then follow up with a general adjustment and not even assess my problem. Then say go to the front desk and get a monthly plan, a monthly plan?! MF!! This isn't a damn gym membership! I need to be fix not some damn body count. Go to a real Chiro and not this money grab place. read more

Front counter taking my order was very nice, well that's where in the pleasantries stopped. So I looked for reviews on this place before I went and I only saw one negative review. At that point I tell myself OK I couldn't be that bad. Good hours so forth and so on so I went on Saturday, August 18th meanwhile the negative review was about them continuing to charge someone's card for three months when they have never been back, As I sat in the lobby waiting to be called a lady came in complaining about her card being charged several times. To sum up things this is a assembly line quick fix and revolving door chiropractic approach. The whole gist of this places to get you to sign up for automatic withdraws from your account forever how long the doctor specifies he needs to see you. The whole time there the doctor recommended four return visits for everyone. Bottom line this is a sales tactic/assembly line chiropractic approach with very little equipment no sound insulation for treatment area so forth and so on. read more

This place is convenient because they are nearby, have good hours and usually didn't have to wait long. The office is nice and bathroom is clean, the staff is always friendly and pleasant. I have a membership for 9 months, but because Dr Cherlika Brown is no longer there, I canceled it. I did try out the two chiros there but their skill level isn't the same. I have been receiving chiropractic care for at least 20 years and have found it a waste of time and money to continue to see a doctor that is not effective. I am new to this area and joined The Joint for convenience, but was going to cancel my membership until Dr. Morton arrived. He is a keeper! A game changer. He is well educated and effective. Having said that he is only now available on Sunday. It is VERY difficult to get in to see him. Sometimes up to a 45 min. wait. If this review does anything I hope that it will convince the powers to bring him in more. If I can't get in to see him then I can't see keeping my membership. Yes, he really is that good. In all honesty, I thought I was silly for ever considering chiropractic care. Sure my back hurt, and my neck even more so, but that didn't matter much if the source of the pain couldn't be helped. I have tmj, and by the time I decided to check the Joint out, the pain was constant, and even becoming unbearable, even when my jaw wasn't locking up. A location just opened up and was offering free adjustments, and I thought sure! Pay nothing to find out there was nothing that could be done was fair. To my surprise, I was wrong, and over a few months my pain became more manageable. If it was at a 8/10 before, it was now a 4/10. But then after some time, my mom and I found the Eastvale location and started exclusively seeing Dr. Bowen. I haven't been in pain since. I can't even remember the last time my jaw locked up. I would recommend the Joint, and especially Dr. Bowen, to anyone. I went from thinking I might need to consider surgery for what was becoming nearly agonizing, to feeling absolutely no pain at all, and I love it. read more
