The chiropractors were fantastic, listened to my needs and made sure I left feeling great! They have some great deals that make it pretty affordable to go every week. My only complaint is the hours of operation. My day gets started pretty early and I would love to go early in the morning 9am or so while I'm already out dropping kids at school or running other errands. Having to go back after ten or then remember that they are closed for an hour in the middle of the day made it inconvenient for me that is the only reason I stopped going. It's okay. The location and hours are super convenient, but since it's walk in only, it's easy to feel like the providers really want you in and out. I also don't love how open the design is because everyone in the waiting room can hear your conversations with the doctor. As for providers... I like the way Dr. Moore adjusts, but he doesn't seem too concerned about trying to resolve your issues. He seems so rushed that I don't like asking any questions. He normally just hands you a paper that give exercises when you ask him something. Dr. LeBre seemed to really care and offer lots of helpful counseling tips instead of only adjusting. Some of the other providers also try to discuss your symptoms in more detail, but their adjustment techniques aren't the best. I left in more pain than when I went in with at one particular visit. I went with the membership because it was cost effective. 4 visits per month for 80 dollars and was given 3 free visits. I've been going for nearly a month now, but I plan to cancel after the required two months. I normally don't need to go often enough to need the membership, but I was having significant enough pain that the regimen recommended was for me to come in 3x per week for 2 weeks, 2 times a week for 2 weeks and 1x per week after that. I felt like 3x per week was not achievable while trying to time my visits to providers that I do like, so I've been going 2x per week for the last 3.5 weeks. My pain has gotten somewhat better but never went away so I started physical therapy instead. read more

I recommend this business solely because I know from previous visits in multiple states has been great! However, my experience at the Keystone location in Indy left me in more pain than when I came in. The doctors rushed me in and out and was more interested in being a salesperson for their packages. They don't read your charts and don't take time to soften the tissue in order to adjust you. I am in need of so much care I don't just need an ADJUSTMENT I NEED A FULL ALIGNMENT. Filled out some quick paperwork and headed back to see Dr. Grotzinger. He is an older man who is hard of hearing but very knowledgeable. I instantly felt better I love how fast the whole process is. In terms of care, they do a decent job of getting functionality back in the body. business-wise, when I requested to cancel over the phone, I was informed i am required to cancel in person. I requested to cancel the first time and they put me on a smaller plan when I asked to cancel. I found this out a month later when I was billed. secondly, I went to a location outside my original (due to moving to another part of town) the front desk said I had to go to the original location I signed up to cancel. this is AFTER they changed my account instead of cancelling. "youre supposed to go there to cancel." honestly not a great answer and not worth the discussion. so I have to drive 40 minutes the opposite direction to cancel. I have been going to The Joint for about a year now. I have received treatment from Nashville & Franklin TN locations as well as Carmel & Broad Ripple locations. Each visit has been very good with the exception of Dr Kristen at Broad Ripple today. She was rude, disinterested, argumentative & dismissive. I have never had such terrible experience from a service provider in my 57 years. I would recommend The Joint but I would never be treated by Dr. Kristen. read more

They are all about the money. I used this clinic for pain in my back but the the chiropractor is ROUGH , and only goal is to get you in and get you OUT as quick as possible. They are not worth the money for roughly $65 a visit I made the mistake of buying a packet with 8 visits for $189 it felt like a rip off . Did not help my back pain . I was hurting more after I left the chiropractor office then before I would go. SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY. read more

Fine chiro care when needed in a pinch and cheap. I walked in on a Weekend day and was seen in 15 minutes. Quick overview of concerns etc and then an adjustment. My only complaint is that the gentleman who I saw, a bit older, had an online game set up on one of his monitors when I went to the back--thought it was odd and unprofessional. He also seemed rushed which was annoying--I guess you get what you pay for? Or he was in a hurry to get back to his game. I have been seeing Dr. Robins. I have a very stiff piriformis muscle and she is really helping me. She doesn't just "adjust" me, she gives me instruction on what I can do at home to keep improving my stiffness and pain. I am making very good progress and intend to add the stretching and icing, etc. to my lifestyle. I work out a lot and have a stressful job so my lower back can really tighten up on my. So I literally just left the joint on keystone. I walked in to ask a few questions since I've never seen a chiropractor before and I'm a little nervous. I walked in and the woman at the front desk says "new patient?" I said "no I actually have a few quest-" and before I could finish saying questions she said all the answers u will need will be there and points me to a series of brochures. I said umm okay? I grabbed a few and said thank you and got a head nod as a response. So I will not be coming to this location for my first experience. I am a huge fan of the joint chiropractic. I have been to clinics in Florida, Arizona and all over Indianapolis. I have not had a bad doctor at any of them. I will say that Dr. Robbins is probably one of my favorites and she is at the Broadripple location on Keystone. She gives you helpful advice for when you go home, things you can do differently to alleviate the pain and gives you a good work over when you are there. read more

Only 1 person at the desk and she was very nice. She took to the back for the adjustment and it literally finished by the time it had started. Very quick, which can be great for people who are in a rush; however I felt it was way to quick for the money spent. Less than 4 minutes tops. I had also felt, not only was this process very rushed, but that the over all chiropractic adjustment was NOT thorough at all. In which case would leave the body in more of a harmful state of rushed and without complete accuracy. read more

I've never had a health care "professional" treat me so rudely and unprofessionally in my life. Only the most abusive people in my life have treated me so poorly. I mentioned I was nervous and she laughed at me. (I believe her name was Dr. Robbins, correct me if I'm wrong - seems accurate though considering a similar review someone else left on Google Reviews). I had only been to a chiropractor one other time in my life (96th St. Chiropractic. HIGHLY recommended - he is very patient, understanding, and gentle)...so naturally I'm going to be anxious going to someone new. I have a tension issue in my neck and shoulders which is a big factor in my chiropractic pain, so my shoulders were drawing up a bit. She literally grabbed my hands and yanked them down to restrain me from moving without my consent. I had to tell her to please let go of my hands. Then she got frustrated and said "well if you're sooo nervous, then why don't you come back another day to see someone else." Basically kicked me out of her office! But I was about to leave anyhow considering how aggressive she was being. BE PATIENT WITH YOUR PATIENTS. Chiropractic care is a treatment that people have to be vulnerable for. This woman should not be in a health care field. I would never trust her to give me an adjustment. I know she doesn't reflect the other doctors or receptionists at your location, but her behavior with me warranted a review. read more
