Went to try this business today. I made the appointment for 3:30pm and I realized at 3 that's I was not going to be able to make it. I called to see if I could reschedule and was immediately put on hold- after 8min I decided to disconnect and just show up 10 min late. I was happy to learn that I could still be seen and Stephanie the receptionist apologized for not coming back to the phone. She stated she got busy. I was seen by Dr. Chain and she was wonderful. She listened to my concerns and was able to adjust exactly where I needed the work done. I ended up Buying 6 sessions and I'm excited to come back. Good thing about getting a package is that it can be used in any location. Booking can be done online and it was simple to do it. One thing to note is that this is not your normal chiropractor. Do not use this company! They are liars. Do not sign a contract! If you did, cancel right away! They tried to defraud me by lying to my face about recurring charges. I wanted a one-time treatment and they offered me a "package" of 4 treatments for $89 instead. I initially declined but they promised that it was a only one-time charge of $89, that I had a month to use them, and that once I used all 4 or the month was over I was done and there would be no more charges. They swiveled around a screen and asked me to sign it. I believed what they said and signed it. I only had 2 treatments cause it was terrible, and I never went back. Turns out they lied and conned me into signing a contract with recurring monthly $89 charges. I found out 18 months later when I saw their charges on my credit card. I have witnesses that were there when I signed that can back up that they lied. Even worse, they refuse to cancel my "membership" when I confronted them on the phone, claiming I had to send an email. And even when I sent an email demanding they stop trying to charge me, they refused to cancel and still now continue to try to charge me every month. I have to dispute the charges with my credit card company. It's telling that they never once contacted me until the credit card charge wouldn't go through, and only then they started contacting me pretending to care that I "haven't been in in a while". Came in here when my regular chiro was out of office and met with Dr. Mary. She helped with my sore neck and headache. I was also having lower back pain but she didn't fully examine me. She was way too strong on my lower back and I've been in pain ever since. My neck was also a little sore afterwards. Just because a joint moves doesn't mean it's supposed to and it doesn't mean you got the job done. Align only what needs to be aligned and dont go beyond that point of forcing it. She over aligned my back and now I need to go back to my main chiro for another adjustment to fix her adjustment. Calm down Dr. Mary and examine your patients spines. Don't just go Jackie Chan on someone's back because you can and you're a strong woman . I waited over 25 minutes at the door and still nobody showed up, or responded to the phone or email. This place is such a scam. I have been in an insane amount of pain and have had a hard time even walking and where I tried to seek out care I instead got confronted with a subscription. The "chiropractor" talked about what he was going to do for about 5 minutes and then did only about a minute of actual care. He barely even adjusted anything before saying "oh you have to come back. I can't do everything today". I have been going to chiropractors for years and I've never been told I need to return immediately, they are able to get everything I need done in one session. Everything became clear when the receptionist informed me that the chiropractor was recommending about one more month full of adjustments and I could subscribe to get a discount of $89 a month. I asked if I'd be able to cancel after the one month and she said "no it's a minimum of two months". They just want your money and to do barely anything so you think they helped. I was making an appointment for my mother and was planning on accompanying her and I was asked if she spoke English I responded that she primarily spoke Spanish but I would be there in case she needed any translation to then be told that if she didn't speak English she would need to go visit another office because the doctor didn't speak Spanish. This location is the closest location to me why should I have to visit another location traveling even further with my senior mother simply because she doesn't speak English that makes no sense and is discrimination. Arlene, the front desk manager was super nice, and walked me through the new patient sign up when there was trouble with the tablet. This is a walk in facility. Dr. Nick, apparently had to call in sick that morning, and his regulars were none to pleased. Arlene handled the irate OC guy well. From the moment the doors unlocked at 10am there was a steady influx of returning patients getting their 10-15 minute adjustment. The services area is one large room with three adjustment beds. I met with Dr. Mary who didn't know she was going really earn her dollars with me. I had level 6 back pain for the first time ever, and needed info and relief. She had to serve up a second adjustment option as I couldn't relax enough for the first one. It is clear that Dr. Mary is passionate about the work she is doing, and it took only a few deeper dive questions for her to take the time to grab her spine body prop and to draw diagrams to help me understand what was going on with my back, to make recommendations for how to correct the issue, and offered exercises to do at home. My adjustment provided some relief, but I will need addition adjustments to rectify my discomfort. The rush of emotion post adjustment is wild. Mary sent me back to Arlene to get a rundown of pricing for future memberships or single visits. They offer a few different packages. There was plenty of parking at 10am. They do close for 45 min for lunch from 2-2:45. I'm headed back tomorrow for another adjustment. Pray for me. read more

I've been working with a chiropractor for over two years due to chronicle back and neck pain. Both doctors who work at this store are extremely knowledgeable and professional. All adjustments I've got were great. If you read reviews, you will learn that they don't have doctors on Mondays and you may need to call to make sure that they are working. They don't do reservations, so you have to manage your time wisely. I haven't been waiting for more than 30 minutes ever, but I don't come during the lunch either. And if you buy a package, you would have to commit for two months until you can cancel it, but it's totally worth it. Think about it: most people around here are charging about $100 per visit. And here you get a professional adjustment for less than $20, if you buy a package. It's worth it. It has a downside. But I personally cannot be happier that I found them. read more

5 stars for the chiropractic care, 0 for customer service. I've been a member for over a year, and you can't find the quality of chiropractic care for the price anywhere else. The customer service leaves a lot to be desired, though. This location is in a shopping plaza, and up until a few days ago, they were allowing people to check in and leave, creating hour+ wait times that the wellness coordinators were not informing patients of. I went several times and was unable to get adjusted because of this. Between the mediocre wellness coordinators and long wait times, I decided to cancel. I called customer service and to try and dissuade me from leaving, they informed me I could go to any location as they are all connected. Driving out of the way to avoid long wait times isn't any more convenient. I assumed that because they're "all connected" I could cancel at any location. When I went in today, I asked to cancel and was handed a form to fill out. After turning it in, the coordinator informed me he couldn't cancel my membership because this wasn't the location I signed up at. (Ummm what if someone moves out of state or something?) The conversation ended there, no offer to fax or email or help in any way. Shortly after, the coordinator left unannounced. While he was gone, I called the location I originally signed up at and after checking with a manager, was told I could email a copy of the cancellation document. What seemed like a prospective new patient (wandering around, picking up brochures) stood in the waiting room for about 10 minutes until the coordinator came back with a sandwich. We all gotta eat, but put up a sign that says you stepped away or let the doctors know. Moral of the story is: maybe consider a less busy location and don't expect much in the way of hospitality. read more

I've been coming to this location for a few years now because it's the closest one to my home. When you can get care it's great. However, the problem is this place is constantly closed on days it should be open which isn't fair to its members. For example, I came to get an adjustment on Saturday 3/10/24 during working hours (10-5) but they were not open. I thought for a minute they could be out to lunch so I looked at their sign and it clearly shows they do not take lunch on Saturday. There was no sign on the door explaining why they were closed nor was there an email or text sent to alert members of their closure. The reason I decided to write this review is this happens OFTEN its not a rare occurrence. So if you are looking to join and make this your go-to location THINK TWICE!!!! And yes you can go to any location not just this one but it's an inconvenience to go elsewhere when you are near here plus one of their main selling points is their availability and accessibility in comparison to traditional chiropractic offices. And yes I've called plenty of times before coming but the receptionist doesn't always take calls if they're signing up new customers so the receptionist not answering a call doesn't equate to them being closed. I didn't call this time before coming because I came to shop at Trader Joe's which is in the same place. However, I did call while I was outside and there was no answer and no message indicating they were closed. Note: There is currently a sign on the door saying they are closed on Mondays until further notice. Mind you Monday is probably not a peak day but Saturday is for sure yet they won't put up a sign or update their voicemail in case a member calls. The ownership of this franchise needs to do better as it is deceitful to keep signing up new patients (really shows their GREED) when they know darn well they do not have enough chiropractors or the ones they hire to work on the weekends are not consistent in showing up to work. Maybe if you offer them premium pay to work weekends the chiropractors will think twice about calling out. Trader Joe's pays their employees 10.00 extra per hour on Sunday because it's their busiest day and call-outs are almost non-existent. SHAME ON YOU FOR PUTTING YOUR GREED FIRST NOT YOUR MEMBERS! A few notes: Dr. Mary who is the senior Chiropractor has been out for months due to medical reasons. Dr. Rodriguez is rough but his adjustments are great. Dr. Chang's adjustments are my favorite. As of recent Dr. George who came from the Mission Hills office (it closed) is great too. The office is clean and well kept. Parking can be challenging due to Trader Joe's being so close.
