It was was first time going to a chiropractor and today Doctor Mike made me feel comfortable getting adjusted. He explained the whole process step by step and answered any questions. I do go the gym and lift weights and he gave me some Techniques to do to better my performance while squatting. I will be opening up a membership and will be coming back to see Doctor Mike. I've been coming to this joint location for years, since 2019. Visiting the joint Weekly eases my pain, & helps me feel SO MUCH better! I love the convenience to be able to walk in, & I love that they're open Sundays & most holidays! I've seen a few different doctors, & all the doctors who assisted me, have allowed me to always feel SO MUCH better following the treatment. Called ahead of time and asked if walks-ins are available. I mentioned that it would be two new patients that needed adjustments. The receptionist asked me to come by 6:30 to have enough time to sign the documents. I arrived at 6 and the same receptionist said that they could not see us because it was too late to sign the documents. Once I reminded her that I was the person who spoke to her earlier over the phone she came out now with the b.s that the tablets no longer work. Waste of time !!! You need to train your staff better so they won't waste people's time and gas. read more

At first I was nervous and worried because this would be my first time getting adjusted. I walked in and waited patiently to be seen filled out some documents and meet Dr. Phil. Dr.Phil made me feel welcomed like old friends that haven't talked in years. He was able to adjust my back (had lots of pain in the upper, mid, especially lower back), I felt like a new person again and I got the wellness plan. It allows you to come a certain amount of times out of the month to get your back adjusted you will not regret it. Dr.Phil is amazing, charismatic, and wonderful gentleman would recommend him always. I use to visit frequently for relief from back and neck pain. Initially, I paid as I went instead of opting for the monthly plan. However, it soon became bothersome as the staff kept trying to sell me additional services every time I came in. I felt like they were not honest with me, and only wanted to make a sale by offering me better deals. If they had been transparent from the beginning, I would have probably made the purchase. First time ever going to a chiropractor and this was the best decision I've ever made. I called ahead to make sure it was open for either walk ins or if I had to make an appointment. Right away Jessica gave me all the information I needed and I quickly made it there after work. I filled out a couple of forms, saw a small but very educational video, and soon enough I was called in. Dr. Nick was amazing!!! He asked me what my problem areas and proceeded to release the stress/tension in my back. As soon as he was done I immediately felt so light and the tension pain was gone. I had to sign up for the membership. Dr. Nick and Jessica were very helpful and were open to questions. Seriously best service! I recommend. I am a heavy line mechanic. I work on big trucks, remove big tires, basically I'm tired all the time. I Can count on the Joint in Azalea to help me crack that one spot I can't quite get to on my own while stretching.
