I got adjusted by a woman (I think it was Dr. Mendoza?) and although she was ok, she was a bit rushed. I feel like Dr. Jaime takes his time and is very precise in what he does. Loved the doctor. The hours suck though, and are not open late. I was able to get seen right away. They also sent me exercises to do for my back via email which is cool. They do military pricing, however be warned, they'll try and make you sign up for a package before you leave. Overall their lobby is clean and I was in and out within 20 minutes! The Joint Chiropractor located at the Azalea plaza in the city of South Gate, CA has a amazing service beginning with the receptionist Leslie that she's been super nice and has the best customer service with the patients since the beginning you walk in to the office and my mom and I are patients and we first met Leslie at the Downey, CA location and switch to the South Gate location since we live a block away and we got super happy when we saw her their at the South Gate location and made us happy, plus doctor Jaime Paredes it's a great chiropractor and had help my mom and I a lot with the adjustments and I can say one of the best chiropractor doctor The Joint has. I do recommend this place but only from Sunday through Tuesday because that's the only time Leslie and DR.
