Went in for an adjustment, and I couldn't be happier. I have been dealing with a frozen shoulder caused by bicep tendinitis, and have had chronic pain. After just one treatment, I was able to feel some instant relief from the pain. I was also able to move my arm higher, which I wasn't able to move before. The price for treatments are so reasonable. Let me first tell you that Dr. Fisch and Lynn are amazing! Truly the BEST chiropractor I have ever been to. And what I say is true because I travel from Sherman Oaks to Santa Clarita weekly to see them. Sometimes more than once weekly. I have been in care over 20 years, just for maintenance. Once my son was born I started him in care as well, just for wellness. I've visited several location of The Joint in Southern California as well as Virginia. Even though I practice yoga on a regular basis, I deal with my atlas being out of place frequently and some hip discomfort. Dr. Fisch has been the only doctor to figure out the exact way to adjust me so that I can feel immediate relief when I get off the table. I broke my ankle several years ago and thought I would have to deal with limited mobility in that ankle for life, but with Dr. Fisch's mobility adjustments and advice to change up my ever favorite flip flops, lol, I am feeling much better. Lynn has created a CLEAN, warm and friendly environment at this location. She always greets my son and I with a warm welcome. I feel like we are visiting family. I would never be able to tell if she is having a bad day because she always has the same warm and loving disposition. Last week I was having and emotional meltdown and she responded to me as a FRIEND. So as you see they function as emotional therapist too! I believe they both genuinely want the best health for all of their clients. Lynn knows me so well, that if I walk in and "my doctor" is not there, she knows I'm not really feeling anyone else, but will let me know if I can expect an adjustment similar to Dr. Fisch. From the second I walked through the door and was welcomed by Ann, I felt comfortable and welcomed in the Valencia location. I have been afraid of getting adjusted since I broke my back in 2012, and Ann went above and beyond to ensure my questions were answered and my concerns addressed and validated. My first visit was on a weekend, and I was adjusted by Dr. Mary. She is friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and got my lower back moving again! My second visit, during the week, was with Dr. Fish, and after seeing him a couple times I started getting mobility and strength back in ways I though I would never have after my break. He has also helped my posture, started to relieve my carpal tunnel syndrome, and reduced my daily pain levels. After my first visit, I got on the wellness plan that Dr. Mary recommended, and I can't say how much of a difference it has made in my daily life. I took my daughter to this place for the first time and we saw Dr. Singer. He was very nice and informative. However, I have a hard time giving a positive review or recommendation for this business. I entered into a three month contract and after cancelling, was still being charged. They state they never received my email with the cancellation form. I had replied to their email and had proof that it was sent. They told me they would only refund me for two months (they charged me for three). Not good business practice. I went to this facility and I left in more pain then I arrived in. The chiropractor ( bald man covered in tattoos with horrible posture) did not listen to my pre existing injuries and gave me the worst adjustment I've ever received. On top of that They will charge you for 8 sessions at a time but not inform you that they charge you for 2 months in advance. That's how they scam you, if they were such a good facility they would not need to charge you 2 months at a time because they know after 1 visit you won't want to return. This was first time visiting The Joint and while the adjustment was good, the attitude from the receptionist was rude. After the adjustment, the doctor gives a recommendation as to how many times he suggests you coming in and gives it to the receptionist to find the best plan that fits you. Sure $79 for 4 adjustments plus "3 free" isnt bad, but she failed to let me know that you HAVE to have a reoccurring payment come out of your bank account. Once I realized that this was in the fine print in the paperwork, I told the woman that I wasn't comfortable with that and she was rude and her attitude changed completely. Horrible customer service. The front office lady couldn't care less about my concerns.They are great at taking your money but when a problem arises there is nothing they can do. I paid 169$ for one visit- Chiropractor cracked her back and didn't even do a New Patient examination-10 mins. This includes 3 visits after that for my daughter. She decided not to go back tried changing it for myself and was denied. This month came and they charged me 79$, yet they won't give me a refund even though I haven't used any of the 3 visits. As a business owner, when you offer a service or a product. You have to always put the consumer first or the business cannot survive. I signed up with this place because initially it was a good bargain and they did have amazing practitioners working. Getting adjusted weekly is a must for myself and I'm sure for others that sign up for the monthly membership. Since this whole pandemic, I can totally understand it's been hard on everyone, but it's still a business that has been able to keep open through out. As of lately, this place has been opening at strange times and closing randomly. They will open on time but the adjuster is no where to be found or simply "running late". I've been there multiple times in the past few months with no luck of getting adjusted. "So what am I paying this membership for?" I'm sure they are short staff or what not, but having employment at this time is a precious thing. Especially when so many people have lost theirs. As a chain of stores, it is the owner's responsibility to make sure their staff are up to par with the daily operations. I really want to give this place a good review. I'm just not happy with having to pay a membership and not receiving my goods or service for it. I really hope they can turn this place around sooner then later. read more

My daughter had been experiencing chronic neck pain, and it was excruciating after she started working as a courtesy clerk. I was so happy to see this reasonably priced option. ThIs place is great! Super convenient being open 7 days a week. They don't accept insurance but depending on which package/plan you sign up for it ends up being about the same as a copayment. The initial adjustment was $29 and then the plan I chose was $79 per month for 4 adjustments. If you need more than 4 it's $10 each adjustment. There are many different options. I saw Dr Fish and was so happy to realize I had seen him once before a few years ago somewhere else. He's so awesome! For those that haven't tried a chiropractor, in so many cases it's life changing. I can walk in with stiffness and excruciating pain and walk out with practically none. If you don't do some sort of plan I think it's $39 for an adjustment. I've been coming to this Joint location for almost a year; myself, husband and two kids. My kids can be rowdy, but they've always been so kind to us! I always feel better after a visit. I like that they don't force you to do X-rays and there aren't any hidden charges, just pay a flat fee every month for a certain amount of visits. They also aren't always trying to Sell you vitamins or other services. I love that you don't need an appointment and you are in and out within minutes.
