Clean facility, great service, and excellent chiropractic adjustments. I've been to about 7 different Dr.s and either didn't adjust me right or I felt uncomfortable in the office like a victim of mishandling. I was a little nervous not knowing what to expect, but the friendly staff and the welcoming atmosphere put me at ease to relax and get good adjustments. Because they are so good, expect a wait time. I usually check in, ask for the estimated time and go to Vons or something. Besides the awesomeness of what is Dr. Parisi, the membership card can be used in many locations if I'm traveling and need a good adjustments. They have many affordably plans which are good for different needs. After my care, they checked in to see how I'm feeling/doing. I love the honesty and the direct chiropractic services instead trying to sell me vitamins or etc. I've brought many of my colleagues and family members and all benefited from Dr. Parisi adjustments. I was a regular at the Ventura location. I noticed that as time has gone by, the quality of their chiropractors has declined. I went in today and my adjustment was less than 7min. It seemed like the chiropractor was trying to figure out what to do and had no Idea even where to start. I paid 45 for an adjustment and by the most part he couldn't even adjust me. They dont do any x-rays and they dont take insurance, but all of the people working there are professional and very kind. I love the convenience of being able to walk in without an appointment. My husband and I seen Dr. Tyler Erickson. He was able to help a tension headache I had been dealing with for 3 days, to finally go away after getting an adjustment. I also had crooked hips from giving birth to my children and he was able to help straighten them out by relieving the pressure I accumulated from that. I'm torn to give this place a fair review. I walked in stiff in pain back in March 2019. No appointment needed, just filled out some demographic info and I was adjusted same day. Wait wasn't even long. I was so relieved to have been seen and adjusted that same day. And all for only $30! I was hooked, great service, friendly staff I joined a monthly service plan. Which I could cancel ANYTIME after two months. Kept going, doctors were great. But just got harder and harder to make it to their location. On one of my last visits in June in office I verbally request my plan to be stopped/cancelled. It was too late to cancel had to wait til August for written request to a form they never sent to me and never while in their office was handed to me. Here we are in September still being charged and haven't used the services since. Enrolling was so easy (to take your money) but canceling is nearly impossible. So much infact that going through them I'm done with and will possibly just go through my bank and put a stop payment & file a transaction dispute. Waiting on the form to cancel on my boyfriends plan and now their computers are down, have been all day! I'll start by pointing out that I have been dealing with chronic hip & back pain since 2015. This year, I've had 3 steroid injections that have not helped one bit. My pain management Dr. wants to do a 4th! So, I took matters into my own hands and I'm so happy I did. My daughter started coming a few months ago for an issue that she felt was improved after a few treatments, so she referred me. I'm really glad I gave it a try. I tried 3 of their treatment providers, and found that Lisa H. is the best match for me personally. They don't make traditional appointments, but if you call them, or use the app, you can find out current wait times, and even put yourself in the cue/in line. So, do yourself a favor and try them out. Plan ahead if you can, talk to them about their busy times of the day/days of the week. Sometimes it's hit or miss, but I have found it go be plenty convenient...and I've been there about 6 or 8 times so far. read more
