My husband injured his back so I called to book an appointment and they were able to schedule him for the next day and the receptionist was kind and patient while finding the best date and time. I will say I thought the initial exam should have included X-rays but the doctor who adjusted my husband was gentle and kind. I will never be back, and I recommend no one else visit this establishment. There are other places with better business practices than this disappointing place. The joint has been nothing but great to me. The initial exam is only $29 which includes an adjustment. I was extremely nervous but Dr Vincent Casey was very kind, thorough, and made me feel comfortable. After the initial visit, I am in and out in less than ten minutes. Of course there can be wait time as there's no appointments, but they take care of everyone quickly so it's never long. I have been suffering from Sciatica for a while and when I decided to try the joint my pain level was definitely a 10. Dr Casey told me to come in everyday this week to manage it and although I was skeptical, I did just that. My pain today, less than a week later, is immensely better. I love that this location is open on Sunday!!! I was literally at another location and had to drive here because I totally forgot that all the other locations are closed on Sunday LOL! Dr. Rollins is awesome and is super consistent with my adjustments/treatments. I've had others that just seemed to "crack" me but I can totally feel it didn't do anything HAHA!!! I go to two other locations but this is definitely my spot when I have to go in on a Sunday. I get a little disappointed when he takes a Sunday off and I get adjusted by another doctor LOL! I came in for the first time about a month ago to get my back adjusted after a sprain. They were pretty busy on a Saturday morning. The receptionist kept having to take phone calls so the process of getting me signed up took a lot longer than expected. And then I had to wait for the several clients who showed up while I was signing up to get adjusted. Once I finally got in, the chiropractor was very personable and thorough with getting my back adjusted to help heal my sprain. She gave me a healing plan and I signed up for a package deal. I was referred by my boyfriend so we both got some money off of the current month and the package was very inexpensive. When I came back in for my second adjustment on a Thursday around lunchtime, they were absolutely SLAMMED. I ended up waiting about 30 minutes just to get into an adjustment table. They only had one doctor working and it wasn't even the doctor I had seen initially, even though she had said she would be there if I came in on Thursday (but her schedule is Friday-Sunday?) the chiropractor that helped me this time around was super nice and very thorough and honestly really great at his job. He made me feel comfortable and I felt better after leaving. But I was still a little frustrated about the lack of doctors to perform adjustments on weekdays and the fact that I couldn't really stay with one chiropractor for my healing plan. This may be the right kind of Chiropractor for some people. You can generally get in and get out in a quick manner and you can just walk in without making an appointment, but the impersonal nature of everything really threw me off after coming here for an injury. It's probably a place more suitable for maintenance adjustments rather than a continuing health plan.. read more

I came to this location because it was the only one in town open on a Sunday that I could find and I was injured. Dr Rollins was so kind and helpful which I appreciated because I was terrified to be adjusted as I had never been to a chiropractor before and I was in a lot of pain. He was able to gently but firmly get my back headed in the right direction. The funny thing is though, I have had a lot of little things going on that I couldn't find the source of, for example, I have had this cough that I always felt like wasn't very deep or productive, I have had ongoing sinus problems that would never go away and constant ear infections, and when I drive I would always have the tips of my fingers go numb after a while. None of these were related to the reason I came in, but after he adjusted me, all of these problems dissipated and are no longer there. I had never thought that a lot of problems I was having were from the spine being misaligned. I feel like a whole new person. I definitely recommend Dr Rollins, he is very kind and informative and helpful. read more

I went because I was in pain and I had noticed their clinics throughout the country. I called and was told it's a first come first serve type of chiropractic practice. I arrived in less than 10 minutes. I walked in and proceeded to wait for my turn. Meanwhile people who subscribed to their "plan" were walking in and going into another room. I was waiting and a young couple came in after me. To be nice I mentioned I was waiting, but I sat down because I was nauseous with pain. I mentioned it to them so they weren't surprised when I walked up to the counter next. The girl from the couple said she was on her lunch break. That is a "so what" because we all have things to do. I was called up to the counter next. I thought it was first come first serve, so I was waiting my turn. The male was a subscribed member and proceeded to go into the next room with the others. Then the girl asked to use the bathroom and somehow was seen before me! I was not happy and I asked how that worked if it's first come first serve? The girl at the front desk immediately got an attitude about it. She said it wasn't intentional. When I was finally called to be next to enter what I felt was a "Cattle Call" room there was another patient sitting there. He even came in after me, but when I was called he went to the front to complain. I should have left st that point but I was in pain, and stayed. The chiropractor on duty went out to confront him, and came back. Then he proceeded to tell me I would have to wait for him to service the guy who complained. I spoke up stating he took another walk in before me and I was there first, in addition to other patients who walked in after me! The chiropractor got an attitude towards me and threw his clipboard on the counter, and proceeded to do a half-ass chiropractic adjustment. Folks, I've been to chiropractic clinics all over the country who are professional and care about the patients, this was not one of them! Intook a good look around and will never go back! There had been a miscommunication on my part from when I enrolled in the monthly membership, that I didn't realize I needed to cancel my membership prior to moving out of Reno and that the two month minimum was a minimum commitment not the amount of time I was commuting to. When I called the clinic they were super understanding and helpful and explained how important convenience and satisfaction was for me. It was a display of excellent customer service and empathy on my part, even though I was the one that misunderstood, or didn't ask enough questions when I enrolled in the monthly program. Went here when I hurt my back while on vacation in Reno. They were amazing to be open in a Sunday. I could barely move or sit and had a 3 hr drive home so I figure what did I have to lose. The wait was a little over 30 min a huge amount of paperwork and then people coming in and out and them taking walk ins that were already registered before people that were new which was a little irritating. I finished paperwork in about 10 min and still had to wait for all their current walk in customers to be seen. Also reason for 4 stars it would of been nice to know what stretches I could of done at home or how to treat my severe back pain. Adjustment don't know if it helped as I pretty much froze my back with an icepack all the way home. read more
