This smoke shop trip ended up being the worst experience, .I have ever had! My boyfriend and I were in here recently and were about to make our purchase when the employee/owner started ringing up our purchase. He went on to not only accuse us (as he's attempting to ring up the item he thought I placed in my purse), but when we tried showing him that we came in with the same case he said I put in my purse, he wouldn't even look at us, just kept interrupting us, talking over us, and rewinding the video surveillance he THOUGHT got us caught up! I don't appreciate being told I'm a thief, and the fact that this guy couldn't even apologize or admit he was in the wrong is sickening. Thanks but no thanks,.I'll take my business elsewhere! read more

I love the layout and being able to actually handle the products without having to ask the sales associate. Makes it for a much more relaxed shopping experience and I have bought my last three pieces here. The sales associates and owner have always been friendly and helpful without making you feel pressured like at other stores. I was able to let my frantic mind check out all of the possible options and was able to make purchases I still am happy about. The products they get are of good quality too. I paid an embarrassing amount for my last piece before finding this gem of a store and the piece from the other place was CROOKED. Like y'all it's actually reasonable prices and good product. The stock also seems to be updated often. Like ya you can find your classic pieces every time but they keep bringing in new art! 11/10 recommend! read more

I bought a I purchased a smoking Dragon plus XL special special edition for 54.99 was the total price with tax and everything okay I went home and I tried to use it I put my concentrate in it and it wouldn't work so I thought maybe it needed to be charged then I couldn't even get the charger inside the thing to even charge it then once I got the charger to finally get all inside there it wouldn't even charge up it wouldn't do anything so I took it back up there with my receipt and show them that the only thing that happened and that the other one had never been used everything else was still in the bag all I asked for was exchange I did not want my money back I just wanted one that worked for 5499 you would think that that wouldn't be a problem especially since I had my receipt and you could see it had not been used but to do their store manager was very rude and would not have anything to do with it said he was not responsible to replace it now how can you have a product in your store that you don't that you do not back especially if somebody has a receipt in hadn't been used it apparently came malfunctioned from them and it hadn't been more than a week I don't live around this area so it took me a little while to get back over here but it doesn't matter it was not used I had my receipt and I didn't want my money back I just wanted an exchange and he wouldn't do it wouldn't do nothing none of it was really rude about the whole thing read more

Saying the staff is amazing is like saying Nicola Tesla was smart. Most importantly they are super knowledgeable on a ridiculously wide variety of products. If they aren't personally familiar they will tell you what they have heard from reliable sources..... One of the things I appreciate most is that you can tell it isn't just about dollar signs. The staff gets positive reinforcement from the owner when they just act as a friend helping you find the best deal possible on the best quality product that you're looking for.
