Such a great way to get affordable chiropractic care. The sign up is easy. The doctors are awesome. I was hesitant to try Joint Chiro at first because it was different. But I am so grateful I did. You sign in and walk to the back where there are waiting chairs and 4 tables. There have been a few times I have gone in and waited up to 15 minutes to be seen. There are some busier times during the day/ week, but usually there is 1 or 2 people in at the same time. This place is completely misleading and predatory when it comes to payments. Apparently they don't feel selling a two month contract should be limited to two months and will continue billing. When I signed up I specifically asked if the transaction period was limited to the two month contract and was told "yes" by the person at the front desk. After being billed for a third month, I went in and they told me that they continue billing unless told otherwise, which wasn't what was shared when I signed up. I've gone ahead and filed a dispute with my credit card company and reached out to the Better Business Bureau to rectify this matter. Also, I noticed that they apply the same treatment regardless of what your injury is, which is almost laughable. Any reputable chiropractor would know that different injuries require different treatment. They are simply "checking the box" and taking your money. Avoid this company. They are bush league hacks. read more

Dr. Sorenson is the only chiropractor I trust with my hip. I have been to multiple chiropractors outside of this practice and within this practice and when they adjust my hip, it's always in way more pain than before. I have hip dysplasia and he is so gentle adjusting my hip back into place. He is also firm with his back adjustments and they feel incredible! Everything is perfect. Last Thursday was my first visit with them. After going through several other chiropractors not associated with the Joint Chiropractic, I saw 'The Joint Chiropractic' ads on Instagram and thought to try it out. And guess what? I felt that I found a hidden gem! Although they do not accept medical insurance... the first visit was only $29 for consultation, exam and adjustment which is not bad for a first visit. I used to pay $20 copay anyway with my insurance with other chiropractors. They also offer a program where you can do monthly payments for several visits which is not that expensive if you are serious about getting the right treatment for your pain. If you are second guessing to go here-please don't and just go! I love that they do accept walk ins as well and has a lot of office locations that you can go without making an appointment. I also love that their office is open until 7pm and opens every Monday through Saturday which is perfect for a busy life! Their office waiting time is less than 5 minutes. The front receptionist or assistant, Crystal, was very accommodating, very positive and friendly. The doctor was very knowledgeable about the treatment and listens throughly with my concerns. After the doctor adjusted my spine, my neck and back pain decreased which I felt the improvement right away. Not only they recommended to put cold compress on the affected area, they even provided me with a little FREE ICE PACK which I am using right now! I highly recommend The Joint Chiropractic 100%! This place is absolutely incredible. I went in on 6/17 for my first ever chiropractic adjustment. I have an autoimmune disease and it has contributed to degenerative joint disease and arthritis as well as a slew of other fun conditions that leave me stiff, inflamed, and in pain. I have not been super satisfied with options presented by my physician that included cortisone injections and the looming probability of joint replacement. At 32, I'm just not ready. I'd love to be a cyborg, kind of a dream, but come on. Immediately I was greeted by Melissa, the sweetest gem of a person. She is just a truly lovely person. She explained the process, took time and care to ensure I was comfortable, and was super mindful of my needs when it came time for me to select plan which I was not at all pressured into, because I was sold after meeting with Dr. Platt. I feel like I need to write and dedicate a song to Dr. Platt. Sing it on stage. Dedicate my Grammy to him. He went through my reported history, explained the connections between my pain, my nervous system, and the alignment of my spine and joints. He was so gentle, thorough, funny, and knowledgeable. He adjusted things that had long seized up. It sounded like my body was made of bubble wrap. When he adjusted my neck, all neck, jaw, shoulder, and even a headache was gone. When he adjusted my hips, I walked normally for the first time in forever, having improved a very distinct waddle. I went back today and brought my fiancé to experience this magic. My mother, who has had chronic neck and back pain all her life visited him while she was in town. She has probably tried more than a hundred chiropractors. Both are very similar, and both provide me with pain relief. If I had to pick, I prefer the chiropractor who works wed-fri.
