The business has an opportunity to improve on their communication. It took 2 months to get my bumper installed. The reason it took so long is because they never follow up to schedule your appointment. Then all of a sudden it would hit me and Id reach out then set a date. I spoke to them about the insurance claim and gave them all the details. They quoted me online which was a plus. Then they said they are going to order the parts. They never contacted me to let me know the parts made it. Then I asked next step. They said we need to do a paint match. I went for the paint match. They said they would contact me to schedule install after it's painted within 2 days. Almost two weeks went by and I realized I wasn't contacted so I reached out to get it scheduled. Dropped it off Monday morning and it was ready by the afternoon. This whole process started on 6/8/23 and was finished on 7/26/23 I understand I could have been more on top of it with faster follow ups, though I do believe it is the business responsibility to be on top of earning business and keeping the customer up to date of their sales process. I'd use them again in the future but I would be more prepared to make sure they get the job done in a quicker time frame. Take note that every person I spoke to during the process is kind and friendly.

Well, when I returned home to see the car, I could see that they did vacuum it, and they did clean the exterior, but the interior was not wiped down very well, and as you can see from the pictures, the cupholders were disgusting. He did not detail this car. He simply washed it. $150 for a simple wash is way too much! He ripped me off. When I messaged him with the pictures, he apologized and said that his tech should've done a better job than that. Luckily, for me, my car sold very quickly after that, so he did not get a chance to redeem himself with that vehicle. When I let him know, he said that he would speak with his tech, but that's all that he offered me. I am a teacher, and a single mother. $150 is a lot of money to me. I'm very disappointed with this company. Please don't be fooled by them as I was. *EDIT* He continued to text me to "make it right", saying that he would come detail my new car. I explained to him that my car is BRAND NEW and does not need to be detailed. He might be unclear on what a "detail" is. (which is kind of scary since he owns a detail company). We weren't aware of this at first until we had to call the guy to confirm his location. First and foremost, I think he could've done a better job at vacuuming my truck. I still saw debri, dog hair (he explained later when we picked up the truck that he had a separate service for dog hair removal) but there was some debris in there that were noticeable that couldve been vacuumed. He did offer to vaccuum it again before we left, but i thought that he wouldve done it in the morning again before giving me back the truck Plus we left my vehicle overnight. The cleaning of my dashboards and stuff were okay, upon looking at my windows while driving, i can see streak marks like the back of my sliding window was not cleaned. There were parts that were missed in cleaning from my photos. I think for the service I paid, for the job done it should've been less than what was quoted. I understand he is a start up business but I think the service could've been done much better.
