***DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY*** This place destroyed the paint on my car. They told me they would give me their insurance information when they dropped off my car. It took them two days to send over the details. They emailed me the insurance information after I spent hours emailing them requesting it. I contacted the insurance company they provided to me. It turns out they did not have a policy with that company! Update as of May 19: Their insurance company called me and they opened a claim. They aren't as shady as I thought, which is good for them. However, I am still really pissed that they returned my vehicle in this condition. This company not only ruined my paint, but they did a horrible job on the wax and leather cleaning. I am absolutely disgusted by their business ethics, how they lied, and how they have handled this so poorly. Not once did they offer to make things right or show any ounce of care for the damage they did to my car. They told me the fractures were there when they got the car and that it is because my vehicle has 160k miles on it. WRONG! I know for a fact that my car did not look like that when I gave it to them. We did a walk around before they took the car and NOTHING like this was there. I have a second vehicle that is the same year with over 200k miles on it. Nothing on my second vehicle has any evidence of fractured paint covering the car!!! They told me they couldn't see the damage to the car because of a layer of dirt that was on it. I washed my car 1.5 days before they took my vehicle. I took a photo 1.5 days after their services and guess what? I could clearly see the fractures in the paint!!! I sent them the videos and photos I took within an hour of them servicing my vehicle. They didn't bother to look at them and if they did they didn't acknowledge the crappy job they did and the damage they caused. What kind of a business does this? DISGUSTING! I have two VERY detailed videos showing all of the damage they caused to my paint. It was difficult to get photos because of the reflection. There are millions of fractures that show all of the fiberglass under the paint. I took my car to a professional auto body and paint shop to have the damage evaluated. I was informed it was caused by them buffing the fiberglass panels. They also ruined the side louvers. They are now covered in scratches from them buffing the plastic incorrectly. The photos I have uploaded shows the rubbing compound they didn't bother to remove from the plastic trim, the places they did NOT clean on the vehicle, they left chemicals sprayed on my rocker panels, and they didn't even clean the leather that I paid them to clean. I did not want it to come to bad reviews. I wanted them to own up to what they did, but instead, I got the run around from a company that doesn't care about their mistakes, or making them right. I should have done this sooner, but I gave them the benefit of doubt to allow them the opportunity to do something about it. Not even a refund was offered. Not even the slightest apology was given. I want the damage caused to my car by M'Bros paid for by them. read more

I thought the owner was rude. He accused me of showing him a price for a sedan and trying to redeem it for my truck. If it was a minor incident, no worries... but he was persistent to where I had to show him the screen shot of the price and then look it up and buy the deal to prove that I wasn't lying. In my opinion, that's not how you treat your customers. I had a 20 in my pocket that I was going to tip them with but after all the BS, I just decided to leave. Yeah, I'll go somewhere else before I bring my business back to M'bros detail. read more
