The Juicery in Salem is solid for what it is--no frills, no surprises, just exactly what you ordered. If you want a green juice that tastes like greens, or a smoothie that tastes like the fruits listed on the menu, that's exactly what you'll get. It's clean, consistent, and quick. That said, there's not much razzle-dazzle here. In a town with plenty of smoothie and juice competition (some with more creative touches or better price points), I do think they could be a bit more reasonable with pricing. Still, if you're nearby and craving something fresh and straightforward, The Juicery delivers.

I got the Bowl 51 and it was absolutely delicious. I've had many açaí bowls and this was is definitely in the top 5. They blend the açaí with other ingredients to make a delicious base. The service was fairly fast for how busy they were. It's a great atmosphere as well- gives you small town vibes.

We were in Salem for a few days, my daughter said, I want a smoothie! Her wish was my command and we happened to just be steps away from The Juicery. As soon as we walked in we could smell freshness. It was very clean even though there were many people coming in and out. The person who took our order had patience while we were trying to decide. We got a smoothie with beet in it, it was very good! We even went back the next day to get a green one and a coffee one. Both delicious! We will definitely be back! read more

Super impressed with this cute little spot! When I'm out of town, I'm always on the hunt for spots with good gluten free options, and this totally hit the spot. Not only are there good gluten free treats and bowls, but savory options as well, and everything is clearly labeled. I got a chia pudding that was to die for and a fresh juice. I'm a regular of getting smoothies here. Normally pretty good, nothing special but hits the spot. This time I came in 20 min before closing.... I normally never do this, but was in a pinch for a quick juice. The staff were already cleaning up, which is fine.... But the smoothies I received were the worst tasting things ever. For smoothie places, I really enjoyed this one! My go to is the "Green light" as it's really refreshing and filling. They have some other items on the menu I have yet to try like the toast, but my coworker has had it and loved it! I once grabbed the noodles in the cooler section and they were really tasty! Overall its a great place in Salem for something refreshing and easy on the go. I doubt in the colder months Ill be running there, but for the hot ones, absolutely! read more

Their pumpkin shake was not I went in to get but I couldn't help it. Pumpkin is short lived so I had to get my fix. They have all kinds of good stuff though like fruit bowls, smoothies, fresh juices & other tasty treats. So yeah this is where you want to go after not getting enough of your greens essentially. Of course you can just get something that strike your fancy as options are abound. Good to have vegan options too. I also think it's great to be able to check out the art on the wall which is also really pretty. So go & get something your taste buds will enjoy that is god for you too. read more

I tried to order last night 15 minutes before they closed, and tried calling the number and there was no answer. I made it there at about 8 minutes before they closed and I was told that everything was cleaned and they would not be making any juices at this time. I was very dissapointed that they would not make a juice for me and turned me away. I have been supporting the Juicery for a while now - the juices are great and saves you the hassle of making them a home. read more

Incredibly disorganized. Our smoothies were sitting behind the counter for over 30 minutes. On top of it their toaster broke, which life happens, but that was about 20 minutes after we ordered our food and people who came in after us got their food before us. I do not recommend. read more

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. There are bugs all over everything. When someone turns on the juicer you see them fly out of it. Disgusting. The wait was also soooo long because there was only two people there. I went again a couple days later and it was the same thing. I asked for a manager but was told she was on vacation. Fair and valid but are there other managers?? The music was also WAYY too loud !! read more

Ridiculous prices, surly staff. I'd guess the other reviews were from friends of the owner and requested. What exactly is the point of this place when Life Alive, with a huge menu, wonderful staff and great value is a block away. Definitely go to Life Alive. read more

I noticed some people using straws, but I drank it without one, and it was delicious. The foam blended into everything perfectly while still keeping those pretty layers. My bowl came out soon after and was just as nicely presented. I especially loved the whipped sweet potato, which was such delicate touch. The bowl was also very filling, with lots of fresh, hearty ingredients, so I couldn't quite finish it--but it was satisfying and delicious. I visited late in the afternoon, around 3pm on a sunny Friday, and the cafe was still packed. There was plenty of seating, including cozy corners and brighter areas near the windows. Overall, it felt peaceful, relaxed, and very much like a community hub. If you're visiting Salem and looking for a vegan-friendly spot, this is definitely worth checking out.

The clam chowder had the perfect consistency and, unlike so many others, was loaded with tender clams instead of mostly potatoes. The one-and-a-half-pound lobster was sweet, tender, and practically melted in my mouth. I wasn't in love with my pasta dish. The scallops, however, completely stole the show. They tasted as though they had been pulled from the ocean just moments before being cooked perfectly fresh, sweet, and delicate. Unfortunately, the pasta itself was undercooked and lacked flavor, even after the Parmesan cheese finally arrived. The strawberry shortcake was the perfect dessert on a hot Fourth of July afternoon. It was light, fresh, and exactly what we wanted to finish the meal. And the oysters? Absolutely phenomenal. Every single day. They were consistently fresh, delicious, and one of the main reasons we kept coming back. While the service has plenty of room for improvement, the kitchen is doing something truly special. The quality of the seafood alone was enough to make us return day after day, and that's about the highest compliment I can give a restaurant.

There's no seating inside the coffee shop, but it's def perfect to grab a cup of hot coffee while you walk around in the cold. Ordered a regular Vanilla Late with low fat milk and it was delicious. Not too sweet and definitely tasted the caffeine. Also ordered their bacon, egg and cheese breakfast sandwich on a croissant roll, very flavorful and filling. No complaints at all on the coffee and food. We actually decided to tey this place as it was right next to the train station and it was the only coffee shop in the area that was actually open. Others didnt open till 9 or 10am. All the employees were super friendly and efficient. Everyone was very welcoming. Loved their decor and the vibes were just setting us up for a great day in Salem.
