We had to wait a long time to get a server. When she came, you tell she didn't want to wait on us. Took a long time to get our drinks. We can see our server hanging out on the other side of the restaurant. Half of our drinks didn't have ice. She didn't come back and check out n us. We had to wave her down several times. Food and drinks are 10! We will be going back when we visit again. The food was work the money. Too much breading on the fried calamari and too rubbery. The oysters were good but a little too much breading. The shrimp was fried just right. The staff is great with the exception of one employee coming out saying "I am Ret to go" which is Ghetto and rude considering we spent $250 and arrived at 9pm. We had to wait for a table and food so we had so little time to eat and enjoy all the food. There is a tactful way to say we closing etc. I won't say the employee name but it wasn't our server. This restaurant just opened up in Columbus in New Years Day and it was highly anticipated. A few restaurants was in that location before but none of them stayed open for a year. Some people thought it was the location but ultimately, the spot was waiting for the The Juice Seafood. Our wait was around 1 hour and 15 minutes and it was a little hectic to put your name on the list and to get inside. Once our name was called and we sat at our table, the service and the food was AMAZING. We will definitely go back again but we will have to wait for the newness to wear off. read more

This seafood restaurant is great for this side of town, but I definitely did not enjoy the hour and a half wait. The staff is friendly and helpful for a first time visit. Mercedes was our very attentive server! I got the shrimp, crab and sausage boil. It was good...at first and then when I started eating the sausage, it was way too salty for my taste. If we come back l, I would try the boil without it. The crab was good but the corn was tasteless and the ONE potato in my bag was hard. What I can say is that I enjoyed the seafood portion of a dinner but will wait a long time before I come back so we wouldn't have such a long wait. Went here for my birthday! Went in on a Sunday they had just opened so it wasn't too crowded. Our server was fast and attentive. The food was good! Seasoned well enough to our liking. Got a Tokyo tea alcoholic beverage and it was good. Server said it was a strong one. But it's was good. We got all kinds of seafood. I was a regular at this establishment so to be treated how I was treated is absurd ‼ first you put automatic gratuity on my check for a party that I was not a part of for a server that did not check on us not one time! This girl literally took our orders brought our food and we didn't see her again until she was bringing checks. We got up to get our OWN drinks. I had to get up to get anything I needed because the server was a ghost. I asked for the gratuity to be removed and the shortest manager refused to remove it. REFUSED TO LISTEN TO ME.
