We gave them two chances and made sure to address the issue both times, but the front staff dismissed it, saying, "Everything is in the bag." The second time, I made sure to speak with the manager, who acted like he was right from the start. I explained that I placed two separate orders, but they gave me only one bag. He insisted everything was in the bag. The problem was that by piling everything into one bag, they made it impossible to separate the orders evenly, and we ended up getting less food. After spending 30 minutes to an hour talking to the manager, the best he could offer was a cup of sauce for our next order. It was the worst experience I've had in a while. Do not go to the Juicy Seafood in Dalton. They just really embarrassed us and was very rude. We brought Jasper a happy meal in because he's picky and that is what he wanted. We sat down after we go to order she was like we are adding a 18% fee for bringing outside food in. I'm like nobody told us and we already sat down. Mind you she was loud about it and everyone was looking. He is 6 years old it was just a happy meal, if we brought something in then I would understand. Then I go to get information to message district about it. They call the manager in Spanish where I can't understand what they are saying. That is very rude. I will not go to this place again. That just shows how rude this business is. Mind you I'm waiting on the manager to get here and their talking all about customers rudely on the phone. The food is okay, the whole restaurant has smelled like rotten fish both times I've gone in there so i probably won't go back. The service is always okay never horrible but the last time i went I asked for sweet tea and was told they don't have sweet tea and they never have. I've had the juicy seafood in the restaurant before food was okay crawfish definitely taste gross and like it's from the walmart frozen isle. could be better , BUT EVERY TIME I GO WITH MY FAMILY & order shrimp boils , each for their own . They Never Combine them . I order often and they even have my number saved. One day I made A TOGO order for me and a friend of mine (she ordered shrimp+mussels)/im only allergic to mussels/inmine only wanted shrimp) and instead of asking if we wanted our bags combined , they just combined it all into one!?! And We took it back to be fixed & I even mentioned being allergic to mussels after they made the mistake. they simply just ignored. definitely should have remade it instead but i Didn't even Notice until i got home from work bc i ordered it to eat in my home & didn't open till then . to my surprise i found STILL MUSSELS IN THE BAG that they supposedly fixed ?? The customer server sucks always on their phones, have the nastiest attitudes. even the managers who are supposed to better the place ?? , I was a server before and if someone mentioned an allergy. I had seen other reviews that mentioned a smell. I am pleased to report I did have that issue. The place was very clean. The service was great. Our server was very attentive. 3 out of 5 people got the fried shrimp and loved it, but the onion rings were not up to par. I got the seafood boil. It was supposed to be 1/2 a pound of crab legs and 1/2 pound of shrimp. I've been to a lot of seafood boil places and what they put down in front of me was disgraceful. I ended up saying something to our waiter because I was missing the piece of corn completely and I also said " there's no way that's half a pound". Our server quickly took it away and got the corn and threw another bunch of crab legs in, but the shrimp was still small. The flavor was non- existent. It seemed like they put a small amount of the flavoring in the bottom and then just put the already cooked plain seafood on top and shook it. That defeats the point of the boil. You're supposed to cook it in the flavorings. I personally would not recommend this place again if you're wanting to eat the boils. For what you pay it seems like a rip off. If you only go for the other items on the menu, then that seems fine. read more

Food was fair. Had the shrimp which was good but the crab was petty much shell. The largest part of the legs was smaller than my little finger. Taste was good just very little meat. Service was excellent. Very nice server and very attentive to our needs! Ambiance was very comfortable and it will have a nice bar once their liquor license is received. Looked really nice! All in all, I think I will give it another go when they can serve beer and alcohol. I won't order the crab because too small and no meat. Hope my next visit will be better. First and last time coming here. My waitress was Elizabet. The environment in this place was horrible all the workers do is go on their phones and if not on their phones they stare you down. Elizabet scammed me by giving me the original receipt we payed half money and the rest card and she made a $39 transaction on another receipt for her "tip" keep in mind we left her $20 tip already. read more

It's not a place where you're going to get quality food or service. The cupons they emailed out, they didn't even accept, and that happened to me on 2 occasions when dinning there for dinner!! So, they get you in the door w/cupons, then do not accept them?? Really! Well, the food was nothing to rave about either. For the price you pay you'll think twice before going back there again! The service was horrific, the manager was EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL arguing and actually yelling at my sister in law over something that was added to their bill by accident. I wish I could give him just a review. It all started when he pulled our server off of duty and then never communicated to another that our table even existed. We had to ask to be waited on by several people and it was just a giant hassle. It took over 20 minutes at one point to get a refill on our drinks and I had to track down somebody so we could. We were treated as an afterthought by the entire staff and the manager... whew boy, he needs to be relieved of his managerial position and promoted to dishwasher.
