Carvana could not have made the process any easier. I answered a few questions about the car online, and when I was ready for them to pick it up, I went back to the website and was able to schedule the pickup within just a few hours. The young man called when he was on his way and gave me an approximate arrival time, he was also very friendly & polite. After he arrived, he asked for my driver's license, looked over the vehicle, took a few pictures, and tested it with a small device. The entire inspection took about five minutes. He then loaded the vehicle onto a flatbed truck, handed me the check, and was on his way. The entire process lasted only about 20 minutes.
