Great and honest guy to get parts from! Would use them again in the future, and if you need a part I suggest calling to see if he has it !

Very disappointing experience at this location. I came in…read morebecause my car was low on oil and needed help getting the right kind. Instead of checking my vehicle or asking what oil it takes, the employee immediately started lecturing me about how bad it was that my car was low on oil and that I needed an oil change right away. I understand that driving low on oil is serious, but I came in asking for help, not to be talked down to. I ended up buying three separate bottles that totaled over $32, only to realize later that they weren't what I needed. When I came back the next day to return them, the refund itself was processed, but I noticed I wasn't given a customer copy of my receipt. Since I've received one during previous returns, I went back and asked about it because I wanted proof that the refund went through. While trying to explain my concern, I kept getting interrupted. When I finally said, "Can I please finish speaking?" the employee told me I was being "aggressive," which I found really disrespectful. Asking to finish a sentence is not being aggressive. Mistakes happen, and I understand that policies vary, but customers deserve to be listened to and treated with respect. This experience left a bad impression, and I'll most definitely be taking my business elsewhere.

Then to top off they continue to lie and say all dealers are doing it, so I checked around and both the ones I called said they do NOT markup reservation orders, but they do on stock. Don't be dumb like me, go to Aiken Ford or Courtsey Ford. Bunch of dishonest crooks. UPDATE: Dealership Manager called admitted the mistake and lack of communication and made me whole. Not 5 stars because should have never happened to begin with, but 4 stars since the did clear things up.

One of the worst service experiences I've ever had!…read more I brought my Ford Fusion in to this service center to get the A/C fixed and a headlight replaced. I was told I'd get a call back in 3 hours with an update--two full days went by without a single call. When I finally heard back, they gave me an absurdly high quote. I agreed to it anyway because I needed my car for work. Then they held my car for another three days just to tell me they couldn't fix the headlight--at a Ford service center, no less. They also tried to fix the A/C and failed at that too. To top it all off, they didn't even screw the under-shield back in properly, and it ended up dragging under my car while I was driving. The customer service was terrible from start to finish. No one was friendly, helpful, or professional. I strongly recommend taking your car anywhere else but here. Total waste of time and money. If i could give them a negative start i would.

Then the self-propel stopped working and the battery would not charge. I had to keep using the mower to keep the lawn cut. I called and spoke to Mr. Sosebee and he said to bring it in and they would put it at the front of the line. Well I finally got a chance to bring it in and they fixed it in three hours. I went back in the afternoon and picked it up. Seems a sweet gum ball (can't stand the prickly balls) had gotten lodged in the belt and ripped it so that's why the self propel wouldn't work. The battery was defective and under warranty so it was replaced. They also replaced the 22" blade. It runs great now and I'm glad as I was getting tired of pushing it up the hill. Stephanie Trotter and her team did a great job getting right to the repair and I really appreciate it. I've used other repair shops but Sosebee gets my vote for the best. Thanks again!

I work out of town so I didn't have a need to use it for a couple months. I tried to use it and it would not start. I took it back and of course they were happy to charge me another $51 to look at it. They got it to start but would not start for me. I purchased a compression tester and discovered the blower only had 70 PSI of compression. Now I have over $300 wrapped up in an old blower that needs to be completely rebuilt. Do not use these people. Any shade tree mechanic can throw parts at something without doing any troubleshooting. Hey Sosebee, I'll be happy to attach pics of receipts if you think any of this is made up but you and I both remember each other. Go ahead and keep being mediocre. It's gotten you this far.

Their cars looked good, but the cars would all have major issues months after purchasing them. When I would let them know about the car issues months afterwards, I would hear those famous universal words. 'AS IS'! Well not at LUX MOTORS! The two owners who are brothers only do business one way. And that way is Honorable. I purchased a car from them and months later I took it to a certified European mechanic's shop for a performance issue. Don't get me wrong the car drove well when I took it to them, and they kept the car for a month stating that it needed this and that costing me $3000. When I went to pick the car up the check engine light was on, and the car wouldn't run. I talked to Lux Motors where I purchased it from and asked them for help to fix it. My Porsche was towed to them in terrible shape. The two Lux owners and brothers replaced the damaged parts done by the other mechanics shop and paid for it out of their own pocket because they knew that I was done a mis service by the European car specialist. Who does that, but very incredibly, honest, caring and the most honorable people. They didn't have to do it. But they went above and beyond the call of duty. My Porsche now runs like a brand-new car, amazingly well. I just want to let anyone know that rather you live in Georgia or out of state and you're looking for a good dealership that will sell you a good car with great customer service before and after you buy. LUX MOTORS in Loganville, GA., is the car dealership for YOU! Thank you so much LUX MOTORS for being the very best car dealership. Best Phineas Sebastian Jones Sr.
