I was clearing out the 1st floor of the house and didn't know where to start to have the items discarded. Some places don't take this and some places don't take that. We searched online and found The Junk Tycoons and sent a message through Yelp for more information. My scheduling was a bit off due to training so I had to postpone the pick up. I contacted The Junk Tycoons again to tell them I was ready for a pick up , sent pictures and Jahmal gave me a reasonable quote. On today, pick up day, he called about 30 minutes prior to coming out and showed up within the time he said he would. In an hour or less the junk was gone and the area is now clear again. I would recommend them to anyone looking for this type of service. He was polite, moved quickly and made sure to ask questions if something seems out of place. Most companies didn't respond or said they'd send someone out before giving a price. The Junk Tycoons are great! I called them on Wednesday to come remove some junk from my garage. I sold my house and I really needed it moved out the next day. They gladly accommodated me even though I gave them short notice. They came the next day and removed everything quickly. I grossly underestimated all the items that needed to be removed, however, they gave me a very fair price. They are extremely cheaper then their competitors and way more friendlier and professional. We needed a dead built in fridge removed before we could get the new fridge delivered. Another junk moving company backed out after agreeing to move it. Junk Tycoons were second on our list but will now be first call for any type heavy moving. They responded quickly to the phone call, scheduled in a couple of days, were on time and were very careful not to bump the door frame with that huge fridge when moving.
