Elyssa is absolutely amazing and you can tell that she loves what she does. When the staff is excited about having you there, it makes the whole experience better. Booking online is easy and their site has plenty of info on the rooms including trailers and photos. We found street parking easily on a Saturday afternoon. It's really close to Monument Circle so we got there early and checked out a few things before we walked over to PanIQ. It was nice to do multiple things and be able to park and pay just once so I really liked the location. When we walked in, my attention was drawn to the PanIQ Room throne...go ahead, press the red button! The waiting area was a fun yet cozy space with some seating and games. They do provide lockers for free and they have restrooms! When our room was ready we headed to the back to start the adventure. We chose to do Perfect Crime and it was a lot of fun. If you're not sure which one to pick, just give them a call. Elyssa and the whole team are wonderful about answering questions and are happy to help you choose a room that best fits your group. Before choosing, I asked about themes, brightness, difficulty, and accessibility. In this room there are a few steps (as in stairs) that you may have to go up and down a couple times so if you struggle with stairs, just make sure you have other people in your group that you can communicate with or talk to the staff about possible weekday accommodations. I believe there are only two physical locks in this room and the rest are what we call 'magic locks' that open automatically when a puzzle is solved. I really liked the tech in this room and the way the puzzles worked. The puzzles made sense and went along with the story. The difficulty rating on their site is "expert" and we were able to make it out with only two people. They do allow unlimited hints so you could make the room as challenging or as easy as you'd like. To make the leaderboard I think you have to use three hints or less. I'm not 100% sure on the number but we weren't fast enough to make the leaderboard either way. The room is rated family friendly and it was not overly dark or scary but you definitely have to do some thinking! If you had more people in the room, it would probably get a little toasty so I would suggest dressing in layers if you are wearing a hoodie or something heavy. Overall, this was a wonderful experience and I can't wait to go back to try Insane Asylum!

I believe there are about five different rooms to choose from, ranging from crime themed to a high-tech space room. My group chose the psych ward, and wow - it really got our adrenaline going! Just a heads up, this room features a non-stop strobe light until you break free from the first room. It took us about 5 minutes. After that, there were two more rooms to unlock. Elisa, who welcomed us and went over the instructions, was amazing! She has the perfect personality for this and you can tell she loves what she does. Overall, it was a fantastic experience. Decided to check out "Hanna Haunted Acres" last minute on Friday Evening and were not disappointed…read more We bought tickets online for all the haunted attractions (6 total) for $45 a person. I was so surprised with how well done each haunted house was. All of the actors were scary and good at what they do, but if they saw a little kid that was really scared they wouldn't try to scare them, very respectful! My favorite was the haunted corn maze, I was screaming, laughing and running, very well done. They also have food and drinks for sale, but I didn't try any of the food because it wasn't very "gluten free friendly", but it looked really good. There's also an add on ($8) where you can go through a special haunted house with a hood over your head and apparently you get shocked, dirty, wet and smell different things. Talk about a scary sensory experience, not sure if that's my thing, but a cool attraction. Highly recommend checking this place out for your next fun filled night.

Rows of claw machines with stuffies and smaller machines with keychains and backpack charms. The owner or manager was very friendly and explained how it worked. You pay $1 for a rechargeable swipe card and most machines are 1 swipe with a few being 2 swipes. You can load whatever amount you want onto your card but they give you extra credits for 29 and 50 dollar purchases. There is also a recharge machine up front. There is a large stuffie in most machines and you can win it if you get 3 of the same prize from that machine. There are also larger stuffed animals and backpacks at the counter you can trade up for. Any 3 small animals for one of the larger on the counter and when we were there it was 5 small animals for a backpack off the counter. What I liked was that the claw tensions were set so you could actually win prizes. We left with about 9 or 10 item. Several key chains, a large stuffie I traded for and 4 small stuffies. They were all good quality too! I don't plan to go back any time soon because I don't need anymore stuffed animals but I sure do want to go back. lol I've recommended this place to several friends and some have already taken their kids. I love that you can trade 3 from the same machine for a bigger prize or a collection from different machines for a prize up front. We spent about $30 per person and won 4 big capybaras plus 3 small stuffed animals across 5 of us. I saw young kids winning with relative ease, but it's easy to get discouraged at first as you get into the groove. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Even offered to fluff up some of the toys when they saw a young kid struggling to win on one. The sign does say arcade but this is 95% claw machines with one or two VR type games in the back. Come for the claw machines - it's a lot of fun but plan on spending $20-30 per person.
