Being a working parent is tough when you have to drop off your kids at daycare, but I have reassurance knowing they are in great hands while I'm at work. This daycare was the BEST choice for my kids. The teachers are so kind and patient with our kids, and keep me updated in the app throughout the day. The front desk staff is so welcoming and caring towards my children, shout out to Ms. Melissa. This childcare center has been nothing short of amazing for our family. We know all of the teachers, and our kids have grown so much since coming here. Miss Melissa and Miss Brenda are so wonderful and keep us updated on everything with our kids. I could not have asked for a better daycare center for my kids. Our boys have gone through the two-year-old class, the three-year-old class, and a four-year-old class, and all of those classes have been very beneficial for their growth. Miss Rosa, Miss Teresa, Miss Terry, and the rest of the teachers we have encountered really care about our children and are so patient with them. Do not bring your kids here! The convenience and price may make this an ideal place to take your kids, but do not bring them to the facility. I should've taken my child out a long time ago based on the different things that I've recently heard. Most of the teachers get away with so much and are not as compassionate with these children. There are a handful that are actually good educators but it's not worth the risk with how much turnover this place has. The owners/ directors are more concerned with profit than providing the kids with a caring and safe environment. It saddens me parents drop off their kids thinking they will be cared for and it's not the case. With the Unexplained accidents and incidents they try to cover up. I'm surprised they are still operating. Pay a little more and go somewhere where they have cameras available to the parents. read more

This is probably the worst daycare I have ever seen in my life. I have never been so disgusted with place! The head director Ms Stacy will come off very nice and sweet but she is the complete opposite. I worked there and also enrolled my child I would not recommend it. From what I have personally seen children are treated differently. Teachers are also treated differently with certain privileges even as when it comes to go into the bathroom. The overall experience was horrible would never suggest this location or the one in Providence. It is the exact same, but the Providence location has many more younger children/teenagers working in there. They require the max from the employees but the ones In the office have very minimal work and don't help other employees often. Would not recommend!! read more

I DO NOT recommend this place at all , yes its very reasonable but not a good daycare for your child at all. We kept my daughter home for a year before she went into daycare, my daughter started with them December 2022 and every since shes started its been one thing after another. They are not friendly at all. My daughter has fallen multiple times under there care and did not receive a call regarding any incidents, very poor daycare facility. The Director Brenda, shes such a money hungry person. Shes called my phone numerous of times regarding small fees and very rude person. They would call myself and my husband to come pick my child even go as far as threaten us if we didnt give them fees. My daughters face would always be nasty when we pick her up. We would have too wipe her face in the parking lot every single time we picked her up, diaper was always full every time we got our daughter. Just very poor child care. Ive had meetings with the director and all she was doing was making excuses and tried blaming my 1 year old daughter. The director of the savannah location she was rude as well. Let me start off by saying I was never truly pleased with this daycare but because of where it is conveniently located I had no choice but to give it a try. My 2 year was enrolled in the center from March to June. We decided to take him out for the summer and than re-enroll him for the fall. The staff didn't like that AT ALL. They made it seem like it's was a No No. We came from a center in frisco whom was extremely understanding and supported families enjoying their families in the summer time. Never ever had a problem re-enrolling my children. The frisco center was VERY LOYAL to my family! Ok so here is why I am not a fan of this daycare! My sons visit my in laws every summer! The director knew this and called me a month into summer explaining they are getting full and would I like to reenroll him. No I would not at this time---it's 4th of July and we still have a month left. I find this funny bc when my son was attending the daycare the 2 year old room was OUT OF CONTROL. They had 22 2 year old and 2 teachers----really???? That ratio is not compliant and is insane! The noise level was extremely loud, no real potty training, no real learning programs! The teachers appeared to be overworked and overwhelmed! So this morning I get an email from the director saying they don't have the space and aren't allowed to hold spaces. This is just a sign not to entertain this center anymore and move forward with some of the NEWER centers that are being built off 380. I was paying $185 for him and it's probably one of the cheaper centers but hey you pay for what you get. Just because it's cheaper a doesn't mean it's better service! read more

Too many children, too loud = overstimulating environment for the children and staff. Not a good learning environment and did I mention it was too loud- like a zoo loud. I really tried to give it a chance because it was close to up one and less expensive than other centers but I could not put my daughter through another day there. I've had my 2 daughters enrolled at The Kid's Corral for the past 2 years. We had a fantastic experience here and would highly recommend to any one in the area! Ms. Stacey and Ms. Patty are fantastic and have great communication and follow-up with parents. My girls were always excited to go to "school" and loved to talk about their friends and teachers. My 4 year old was learning so much and will be ready for kindergarten thanks to this daycare. The only reason we left was because we moved farther north. read more

I am really pleased with how much my daughter is learning at Kids Corral, Savannah. She wows us with the new things that she is learning everyday. The teachers are doing a great job. The staff at Kids Corral are very friendly and are always smiling. They have a kind and loving heart towards my child. I couldn't ask for more. My two-year old triplets (that's right, triplets!) and our six-year old attend The Kid's Corral at Savannah and we could not be happier at the great care and attention that they receive there. The center is clean and bright and the equipment and toys are modern and fun for the kids. I have never had a negative experience bringing my children to this location. Our son began attending The Kid's Corral of Savannah at the beginning of May. We knew upon enrolling him that it was not nearly as nice as his previous daycare. However, we told ourselves that we had been spoiled by the previous place, and that our expectations would have to be more realistic for the area. That being said, both locations of The Kid's Corral enjoy a monopoly along the 380 corridor, so we didn't have much choice other than enrolling our son there, and hoping that things would be ok. Things were not ok. After 7-weeks, we finally made the decision to remove our son from The Kid's Corral, and drive a bit further to find a suitable place. We had reached a point where we felt guilty leaving him there, and we were also growing concerned with our son's behavior, which had taken an aggressive turn. Here is a list of things that I observed, and believe to be lacking at The Kid's Corral: * Too many kids in the classroom. The legal ratio always seemed to be maintained, but the teachers always seemed to be run ragged, with kids running around, and many of them crying. * The overall noise level of the place is too loud. There is no carpet, which is good for keeping the place more sanitary, but there is also no ceiling tile. This means that all sound has absolutely no place for absorption. Instead, all sounds are amplified and echoed off the floor, ceiling, and walls. This means that teachers have to yell to be heard, and when kids are crying, the atmosphere is miserable. * No evidence of Potty Training. The classroom our son was in was considered a transitional class, where kids enter in diapers, and graduate to the next class once they've been potty trained. However, the amount of potty training that actually occurred seemed negligible, and with the amount of kids in the room, I can understand why, as it's simply unrealistic. We never once received a report of our son using the potty at school. However, after only 2-days at his new school, our son successfully used the potty. * Food provided is cheap, processed, and unhealthy. Breakfast never changed, and you had to make a plate for your child during drop off. The choices were cold cereal, donut holes or muffins, yogurt, and orange slices. The worst offender on the menu that I witnessed was what looked like canned chili on Fritos, with a side of canned pineapple. I know kids are picky eaters, but there are plenty of whole food based items that kids will eat, if the effort is put forth to prepare such food. The Kid's Corral seems perfectly content offering the bare minimum of what the USDA's requirements are, and that's not good enough. * No enrichment programs. The Kid's Corral offers no extra enrichment in their curriculum. Other schools, including our son's new school, offer Spanish, Gymnastics, Dancing, Music, etc., all included in the tuition. * Tiny parking lot. The parking lot at the school is tiny, and is shared by the parents and employees, meaning that there are very few open spots to begin with, not to mention during the hectic drop off and pickup hours. There were numerous times when we had to park in the street and walk. * No bank auto draft. It's 2015, and The Kid's Corral still insists that one pay with check or money order. For us that don't use checks at all, this is very inconvenient. We set it up with our bank so that a check was sent monthly, paying for the whole month up front. There was once when our check arrived a day late, and we were charged the late fee anyway, besides them getting 3-extra weeks of tuition upfront. * Never met the director. In the 7-weeks that our son went to The Kid's Corral, we never met the director. All of our dealings were with the assistant director, who was very kind to us, and to all of the children. However, it was odd to us that in all that time, the director was never present. To us, that says she is hands off, simply collecting a check while her subordinates run the place. Ultimately, we withdrew our son because of the classroom environment. The noise level was so excruciatingly loud at times, it's no wonder that the teachers always seemed beat, and the kids cried a lot. We felt that this caused a lot of stress to our son, and it carried through to our home at night. We kept hoping it would get better, but it didn't. It broke our heart that even after a month of attending The Kid's Corral, our son would still say he wanted to go back to his old school. Well, he may only be 2, but we think he knows what's good for him, and the Kid's Corral is not it. If you're thinking of putting your kid(s) here, please think hard about all that I have said. There is very little choice for those of us living along 380, but we are beyond happy with the new daycare about 8-minutes further down the road. Don't take your kids to Kid's Corral. We have had a healthy baby since day 1 and at 8 months old started him here. staff is very friendly and the place looks great when you walk in. The staff in the nursery seem understaffed to handle the number of babies in that room. Every time I drop him off its 1 woman to 6 - 8 babies. The first round was flu, then he got better then strep, then he got better and now we are back at the Dr. This place is a Petri dish of germs and bacteria. Our family has been attending the Kids Corral for 6 years now. As with life and most daycare centers in general, they are not perfect and may lack some of the amenities you may find at some of the newer daycare centers in the area. There is always room for improvement, no matter where you go. With that being said, the one thing that has kept us here is the security in knowing that our children have always received great care from the center and thier employees. For our family, the piece of mind in knowing that your children are safe and well taken care of has always taken center stage above all else. If we ever had an issue or concern, the school was always open to the feedback and addressed and/or resolved our issues/concerns quickly. My son is 9 weeks old and I was so upset about going back to work and leaving him. I originally wanted an in-home daycare that was a little closer to home. He has been at this daycare for 2 weeks now and I have loved seeing how he is well taken care of. I get reports on him everyday. His diapers are changed very frequently and his feelings are right on time. Thy have continued the schedule I had for him & make him a priority, just like all the other babies! I am so thankful I chose this place over in-home daycare due to the reports I receive, the amazing care, the ratio of babies to teacher & the cleanliness. We chose this daycare originally due to its close proximity to our home. BIG MISTAKE! I can't stress enough how horrible our experience was here! The rooms are incredibly crowded with kids, so much that when you pick your kids up, it is a ZOO! They do not teach the children or discipline/teach manners. Kids are often climbing on tables and chairs and screaming while the teachers literally just sit on the floor. The rooms are not sanitized and my kids were literally sick 2 days every week due to this issue. The teachers there are NOT happy. Not only have they told me personally but you can see it when you walk in. When i would drop my toddler off, the teacher would not even look at me or say hello and did not even greet my daughter! She would cry and curl up in a corner when I left. Not a very good feeling as a mom, to say the least. The teachers yell often as well. I was informed that my daughter would be getting potty trained but was told by the teachers that they can't do it because there are to many kids. My daughter would come home with bruises and bite marks and most of the time, I was not informed to how this happened! How can you not know what happened to my child!? It seems great when you see how much you can save by taking your kids here as it is cheaper than the good day cares, but please I assure you, this place is NOT THE PLACE! Pay extra and put your kids in a reputable safe place. I also urge parents to look up the violations of this daycare as there are many...including leaving a child unattended and injuring a child and not reporting it.
